Everything went exceptionally smooth and I could not have been more pleased with their work. Customer Service Expert, Karen Duncan is friendly and very proficient at her position. Repair Planner, Chris Yates was more than an enormous help and went out of his way to advise me and make my experience completely painless. (Not only knowledgeable but also a super guy.) I took my Camaro to them for a brand new front bumper and paint as well as several other items, and there was several issues with the work they performed: -Paint runs. I could understand if it was a repaired bumper and the run was small. But this was a significant run on a brand new front bumper. -The amount of orange peel on the newly painted front bumper is what I'd expect from paying a mom and pop shop that did work in an unventilated garage. I will attach a photo to the business listing so you can see for yourself. Completely unacceptable. -Vehicle was taken to them for to fix the orange peel on the front bumper a second time. Car looked the exact same when I got it back. It looks to me like they just washed it and applied tire shine to it. -Filled in rock chips with a sharpy marker. See the pictures I attached. -Scratched my steering wheel, now everytime I make a turn, I can feel the scratch. Shop pulled the whole "well there's no way to tell how that scratch got there" strategy. I noticed it immediately after getting in my car, I suspect an employee had a tool in their hand while moving the car, but who knows how it really got there. -The post detail work they do is a joke. There was dried on compound marks all over my vehicle, one was so bad that I thought it was a scratch. The second time I could see buffer trail marks. Drying streaks all over the car (I have pictures). Their lifetime guarantee is complete BS - If you use rubbing compound on the front bumper, it's void. So if your bumper gets scratched and you use a buffer to remove the scratch, you're no longer covered -Non-transferable. Good things: -The wetsanding on the hood was actually quite decent. I thought it was brand new paint... until I saw the use of a sharpie to fill in rock chips. This was escalated to the point of involving the Quality Control Analyst for the Eastern Region. They don't seem to want to right this wrong. If you like the idea of paying outrageous amounts of money for mom-and-pop type results, then I'd recommend this shop
