The reason I purchased them was to have a better and more comfortable boot over the issued pairs. I guess I made a costly mistake, especially not purchasing from AAFES which are in places the troops are overseas. The guy here at Fort Hood basically said I need to contact Belleville which translates to me (shit out of luck). Waiting to hear back from them. $150 is a large chuck to take from Soldiers putting their trust in merchandise sold by vendors and not AAFES who guarantee products sold or money refunded.

Hood and with all the similar stores in Killeen. I went in looking for an alice frame and was able to find a very good condition one for a good price. The store employee/owner "not sure which" was helpful and put up with my questions. I would shop here again for decently priced surplus items. I already have a wish list of things I want. I do wish they had extended hours past 5pm as it is hard to take time off to go there when other stores in the same area offer more convenient hours.
