A fun trip to shoot on the 4th turned into a very uncomfortable situation. It made us feel like we were criminals. We will not be back. Other places appreciate their customers, less money and just as safe. By your responses to other reviews it clearly shows the customer is wrong and you are always right. Not one apology or Im sorry you felt like that. Not someplace I want to give my money to. Do better.

It was entertaining, comprehensive, and the follow through (using the website to complete the process) was easy and convenient. The instructor was extremely patient and very knowledgeable - he was able to explain things so that everyone in the class understood. The range portion was low stress and operated smoothly. This is the easiest 5-star rating I have ever given.

Downgrading my review. Staccato Ranch, while a great place to shoot, is falling into that familiar…read morepattern of worsening customer experience. While they updated the calendar for New Years Day to indicate being closed, they made no such updates for New Years Eve, indicating they were open until 7P AND that they had an all day special from 9-5 for shotgun shooting discounts. When I showed up at 4P for a standard indoor lane I was told they closed at 4. No notice to paying members, no updates to the calendar for NYE (31st). This is compounded by new, untrained staff with inconsistent policies: some indicating their new electronic waiver (signed when you join, and required for guests) had to be filled out each visit; others never even nothing to ask (knowing members had already signed). It's still a great place, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. It's still a good value. It's just starting that "we're not new anymore, how much less can we get away with and people will still pay for" phase. That's disappointing... but not unexpected.

Hand made and so nice in your hands. They are super accurate. So I purchased the guns directly from them and had they shipped to a dealer locally. The process was so nice. Their customer service is top notch. They always help you out. I was able to get the handgun at a discount because of my job which was amazing. Their handguns are at a premium cost due to the fact that they are of the highest quality and hand made. It really reflects on it when you use them. They are First Responder friendly and made in America. I can't say enough of how great their weapons are and the quality that they promote. I love both the handguns that I got and they are worth every penny I spent on them. So reliable and accurate.

My annual membership renewed on a credit card that I didn't want to use. The membership…read morecoordinator, Chris, assured me that I could switch my membership charge to a different credit card. I let him charge the membership on an alternate credit card, but the original charge was not reversed at that time. I was told that the owner, Terry Flick, was the only person who could reverse charges, but he was not available. I was assured the money would go back to my original card in a few days. At this point I was billed a total of $1800 for one $900 membership. One week later I called to ask when the original $900 credit would be issued, and I was told that the owner had been unavailable but that he would issue the credit that day, and it would take a few days to see it on my credit card. My credit card payment was due before then, so I had to pay the bill for $900 or pay interest. Another full week had passed before I had to again call Chris about the credit that I was supposed to have seen 10+ days earlier. Chris insisted that the owner had issued the credit seven days earlier when I had called last time, but my credit card company had no record of any charge reversal attempts. I finally sent an email to the owner asking for the credit that had been promised two weeks earlier. I also demanded a credit for the second charge, because one or both of them lied to me about the credit. This business is not trustworthy. The owner responded to my email stating that their policy states they do not give refunds. I guess I missed the part in the policy where they state that they reserve the right to charge twice for one annual membership. Terry Flick did credit both cards that 14th day, and he expressed in his email how generous he was to overlook his policy on refunds in my case. I suppose his expectation is that I should be thankful that he eventually refunded the extra money that he tried to keep??? They have a nice facility. I had hoped to enjoy another year of membership, but I prefer to not do business with liars and thieves. Beware.

The price of ammo these days just will never be what is was before I ever starting started shooting maybe someday soon that will change, however when it comes to firearms and knowledge to help you find the right weapon for your purposes these guys got your back. Eventually I decided to buy a rifle from this company on layaway, really was not sure what type I really wanted. It went somewhere along the lines I want a really accurate one, not understanding what that entails I decided to go with a $1,200 rifle with a stainless steel barrel brand new. Upon further research months late after putting down almost $700 on the new rifle I changed my mind and wanted a rifle built for more general purpose with a more standard barrel and life span over precision. I was unsure of what to expect telling an associate I would like to put a different weapon on layaway in place of what I was originally going to get, pleasantly surprised that a newer associate simply picked out a rifle that was perfectly what I wanted for just under a grand. Despite a minor hiccup at the time I paid off the rifle ( In the system It still had the new rifle on record instead what I decided to get months later ) I left very happy with my new purchase. Upon inspection of the weapon further at home I was very pleased with the parts used and condition of the rifle internally more than I could have expected otherwise. So impressed with this store that I brought them a new customer to buy their first rifle as well just like me, once again I think this place made another two gun owners very happy, the rifle they sold my friend is in great condition for the price, the only minor flaw is on the side of the manufacturer with M&P. The BCG is not on par with what I had gotten in my rifle although I did pay more for mine in the first place so that would generally be why. Nothing deal breaking about the weapon just a non mil-spec BCG that was in need of a new gasket ring, Considering an entirely new BCG is less than $200 it's not a big deal at all when the weapon already came with upgraded furniture in the first place and it works as is. Bravo, I only wish there could be a wider selection of upgrade parts for the Rifles in general. The walls are full of stuff and what you generally would want is there however you are unlikely to find a significant variety of furniture that would make your head spin mostly just the basics sold separately and none of it is particularly cheap generally the same price you would find anywhere else really, that includes ammunition while they do currently have a decent selection it's not any cheaper than anywhere else I have found and the cheapest of the cheap ammo seems to go fast anyways. Not a bad place for a first time gun buyer in my opinion it definitely helps to know what you want before you go and put money down though. I personally look forward to my next gun purchase from these guys at some point in the future.
