The business model for PTs have evolved over the years. Today, you get 25 mins of 1X1 time with your individual therapist, in my case Emily who is fantastic. While you share an Aide for the remainder of your visit and who will Ice you down afterwards. I've met nothing but friendly nice talented folk here over my first four weeks of rehab for my new hip. Nicole also tore a scab off of his mouth (which was scabbing because they do not provide oral care as they are required to do with patients on a trach) and made him bleed. He also has worsening bed sores, as they do not rotate the patients on bed rest as they should. My dad went 6 hours without being turned on Monday. He is in a coma and requires constant turning and care. I constantly call to make sure he's being cared for but I only feel he truly is being watched when I am there and constantly reminding the nurses to care for him.The nurses will try to tell you that they are taking care of your family and you do not need to worry or be present. They're just trying to get you out of the way so they don't have to tend to the patient. (My dad has also developed sores behind his ears due to the lack of support for his head when they rotate him from side to side. They often just let his head drop to the side and when I arrive I find him drooling on himself. This is heartbreaking.) On December 11th my father passed in this facility, although he was already in critical condition, Kindred did not provide any kind of comfort for him, instead neglected and made his last couple of months on Earth a nightmare. I had to file a complaint with the California Department of Health in order to potentially help other families who had to watch their loved ones suffer in Kindred's "care". In my 2567 form it states that their failure to provide proper care "had the potential to delay patient care, cause harm or injury, and/or death to patients." The CDPH has cited this facility and even though my father is no longer a patient I will follow up to ensure Kindred betters itself as they currently do more harm than good.

The staff made me feel at home and were genuinely concerned about my well being and cared to get to know me. I started physical therapy after being in a car accident. As a result, I ended up with a herniated disc. I was in a lot of pain. I never thought I would be able to recover. I had a lot of questions and Dr. Ramil was able to answer and explain thoroughly. I researched a large number of in-network PT companies, but PacificPro caught my eye for the very large, consistent number of very positive reviews from both current and former patients, for all of their office locations I reviewed. I called an made an appointment and spoke with a very personable person who initiated my insurance file over the phone. Soon new patient intake forms were mailed to me to fill out and submit on-line. You have to wait for the email, the Pacific Pro website does not have any forms you can download despite showing that there are forms. Upon arrival I met with Amber, who again was very personable and professional, explaining what my portion of each PT session will be and what my insurance carrier will cover. I soon met my Physical Therapist, Jack. He and I chatted about my issues which gave him a better idea of my course to recovery or at least how to alleviate the pain and symptoms both a home and work environment. He explained some of the medical symptoms and causes that was easily understood, he was really easy to talk to, friendly and enthusiastic that he could teach me easy to implement exercise and stretches to help me recover. He had one of his aides, a young lady, teach me some additional stretching exercises that I can do, and she was equally patient & friendly as Jack. This office was pretty busy when I came in today, but this location is very clean, hygienic and well kept. Just after one session, I definitely feel a little bit better and have a bit more flexibility I didn't have when I walked in. I am looking forward to improving my health with PacificPro's Lake Elsinore location, though I pretty confident that you will equally impressed with staff & equipment hygiene at any of their other locations.

They have it in a very bad spot! They said they were working on it two weeks later it's still there. It took me a while the first time because the sun's glaring in my eyes mind you it's a glass door. & a long window above the door I asked the manager Angie how long is this going to take for me to fill out this form, she said it shouldn't take that long. I said I'm not asking that I'm asking how long is it going to take? Give me minutes she told me as soon as I stop talking I should be done. She was just completely rude. I told I keep repeating myself and asking you what I can't hear with the noise, the music the people talking all right there she said take about 3- 5 minutes. I said that's what I was asking cause I'm trying to hurry before someone comes through that door. I don't want to get knocked over. Second time I went in. I stood there waiting after about two minutes she says are you waiting for me? I try to look at her, but I can't see like I said you can't see anyone from all the computers or whatever they have on that desk, I said oh yeah, there's no one else here she goes well I didn't know if you were on the phone or with somebody else I told her you are very sarcastic asking me if I'm waiting for someone...obviously yes I was waiting for her last time. I told her hold on we met. That's my bad knee. I just got replaced!! I told him take it easy you hurt my knee that gave me a sharp pain! Then I know they are with like two people at a time so they're trying to rush it so they switched me with another guy and I was doing my exercise and then when I was there, I couldn't do no more cause my knee hurt it far from that guy banging into it.
