They were more authentic than Tex Mex (everything here is), but a great proportion of sauce to cheese to enchilada. With a bit of the spicy salsa (yowza!) or pico (the pico is ah-MAYYY-zing!), just mmmmmmmMMMMMM. So good! Picky Eater (our 18 yo son) got 3 burritos with just ground beef and cheese inside. He was in heaven. Vegan (our 15 yo dgtr) got the fries and some chips and guac. She was fighting us ALL off her food. That GUACCC!!! Yum, yum, YUM. Just yum. And they serve beer, too! Y'all.
