My smoked pork with two different kinds of dumplings was delicious, but the red cabbage and sauerkraut were not to my liking. I learned why after I saw big vats of it being prepared at an outdoor market. It's sauteed in lard, lots of lard. I can't stand the taste or the thought of eating it, though at this meal I didn't like the taste without knowing why.
I suspect that my take on the cabbage is probably different from most people's, so if you are a lard-lover, this would probably be a great meal. It was halfway for me. I'm also not a beer drinker, so I can't review that. But you CAN eat the atmosphere, so go!!
