The assistants do not practice cleanliness and I called them out on it. One assistant even practiced horrible sanitation in front of the doctor and I called her out in front of the doctor. The assistant did not have on gloves, touched the pik with her hands and put it on the instrument. When I asked her to remove it she took the dirty pik off and put it back in the drawer to use on someone else. Never! Ever! There are more issues but you get the drift. No more mint dentistry for our family!!Chairs were not wiped down after each patient. Assistants holding equipment in hands with no gloves!

During previous appointments they sent multiple reminder texts and even rescheduled my appointment several times, so the lack of communication this time is confusing. When I left, a staff member signaled for me to come back and the owner approached my car while I was seated inside asking me to return. I also tried calling the office five times last week and no one answered. She said they're closed on Thursdays. Overall the experience felt disorganized and frustrating due to poor communication and lack of respect for my time.

They didn't tack things on that were unnecessary and even conducted fillings immediately (one of which was a chipped front tooth that was sensitive). Their website shows that they are open until 7pm. Therefore, being unable to call, I tried the CHAT window on their website. At first, there was no response. Then, after about 20 minutes, there was a response. I asked for an appointment, and I was offered the next day or the next Thursday. I wrote that anytime on Thursday (15-FEB-2024) was fine. But I never received a response. I tried also to use the "First Visit" link on their website to fill out forms and paper-work, but it always failed. It is now 17-FEB-2024, and I never received a response for the time of an appointment on 15-FEB-2024. Therefore, I decided that there were already too many red-flags (unanswered phones, unresponsive CHAT, failure to follow up on scheduling via CHAT, and web-site errors attempting to download forms via "First Visit"), and decided to try to find a different dentist.
