Since it was cold outside at the time, there was really no way for them to know it was not actually cooling properly. About two weeks ago, once the weather got warmer, my husband realized the AC was not working at all. On March 18, he took the car back and was told the condenser needs to be replaced and that the repair would cost around $2,500. After all of that, the dealership said the best they could do was offer a $400 credit. In our opinion, this should have been repaired at no charge. We made it clear from the beginning how important working AC was, and this was not something that should have become our expense so soon after buying the car. They are a dealership, so it likely would have cost them far less to fix than what they expected us to pay, and it would have been the right thing to do for someone who had already spent thousands of dollars there. What makes this even worse is that we traded in our Toyota Avalon because the AC in that car was not working, only to end up with another car that has the same problem. That is honestly unbelievable. What really made this whole situation worse was what happened after my husband posted his negative review. Suddenly, the dealership was willing to offer more help, but only if he removed the review. First, they said they would bring the repair cost down to $1,500 if the review was taken down. Then they came back again and said $1,000 would be their final offer, still only if the review was removed. We said no both times. At that point, it did not feel like they were truly trying to make things right. It felt like they were more worried about getting rid of the bad review than actually being fair about the problem. If they really cared about customer service and standing behind what they sell, they should have fixed this at no charge from the beginning instead of making offers only when a negative review was posted. This whole experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and expensive. We trusted what they told my husband and son at the time of the sale, and now we are left dealing with a major repair that should never have become our problem this soon after buying the car. Buyers should be very careful here, or better yet, save yourself the stress and go to a different dealer. Make sure everything is fully checked, tested in real conditions, and put in writing. I am posting this so other people know exactly what our experience was. I would give this place no stars if I could, but one star is required in order to post a review.

Despite consistent maintenance, it needed repeated repairs--multiple sensors, backup camera, tailgate alignment, and a window switch--before a timing failure led to an estimated $32,000 engine replacement. I no longer trusted the dealership's assessment or the car's condition and chose to junk it. I strongly advise caution when buying a used vehicle from this dealer.

We have needed another car for several years but we couldn't find a car both of us could agree on…read more My husband wanted a good price and low mileage and I wanted an SUV for safety and because they are cool! We finally tried Enterprise, since we were again renting a car from them. We were lucky enough to talk to Johnathan when we first got there. He was knowledgeable as to their stock and showed us three SUV's that had all we wanted but were reasonably priced. I thought they were all great looking cars, clean and well maintained and relatively low mileage for rental cars. We took a test drive in the one that I liked. We couldn't decide so we thought we would come back another day. We went to lunch and over lunch we picked the one we liked the best and then went right back to purchase the vehicle. The process was not only no hassle but the car was exactly what we wanted. This was to be a vehicle for me and I had had leather seats and loved them. Guess what? Enterprise can re-cover the seats! We were able to get heated leather seats and Lo Jack installed. Also we have a free 3 month subscription of Sirius XM. We had to wait a few days but it wasn't long. We didn't finance the car so I can't say how well that goes but our purchase experience was the easiest and most enjoyable. Isaac made the paper work go smoothly. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales for good customer service as well as a large selection of newer cars at really good prices. The whole experience was easy and actually enjoyable. We love our 2017 Jeep Cherokee and I wish we could have purchased all three of the vehicles we looked at but I have to wait until we win the lottery.

Tim Jacobs was my service advisor at zeiglar Ford in North Riverside …read more He has assisted me many times and he knows the business and the concerns for customers !! He assisted me with my 2018 Ford F150 Lariett ! He has gotten me in for service as soon as I brought my car in at 1pm in the afternoon with a 4 wheel drive problem. He had me pull my truck in immediately and looked at the truck and my problem and immediately ,got my truck worked on!!! It was completed in 1 hours time. This dealership is awsume!! Tim Jacobs the service advisor is a asset to the zeiglar Ford team at North Riverside location. You won't be disappointed And there expertise with Ford vehicles is worth the trip.. Tim Jacobs is always available to discuss or explain repair jobs and pricing is competitive with other shops or better which I know very well. When you bring your truck or car to zeiglar Ford ask for Tim Jacobs he's definitely the advisor that's on the ball. The service advisors all are good but Tim stands alone in my book .. They definitely have my business with free rides back and forth to your home or job. Great job. G marshall

I don't write reviews, but Zeigler North Riverside Ford earned this one…read more Across both service and sales, this dealership shows little respect for a customer's time, intelligence, or experience. My truck has spent weeks here over multiple visits, often sitting untouched, with poor communication and zero accountability. I was charged for repairs that didn't fix the problem, and when the real issue was finally identified as a warranty repair, no effort was made to make things right. Most recently, despite clear conversations about timing and urgency, my truck sat in the lot for days without being touched. When I tried to work around their delay, I was essentially penalized for it. Meanwhile, sales reached out opportunistically but disappeared the moment I asked for a straightforward, no-nonsense valuation. No courtesy calls. No ownership. No customer-first mindset. If you value your time--or expect basic professionalism--I strongly recommend another Ford dealership. I've already moved on, and I wish I had sooner.
