But at 10:30 no one had arrived. I called and they said my tech had called out sick and did I get my confirmation to which I said yes. To be I honest I was grouchy as they made it sound like I was not getting a tech. They then agreed to send someone out. Asked for my phone number and email which was weird as I had been communication via email. They asked for a card and I explained I was paying in cash, to which they said they would let the tech know. The call ended and not 5 minutes later I get another call asking for my email, phone number, and credit card information. Excuse? I just went through all this. She got defensive and then hung up on me. I called back and after a brief exchange I gave them my email and ended the call. The techs ("you got two for one" ) showed up approximately 1 1/2 hours later. To be honest they over didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and didn't come with all the needed equipment. Neither wanted to get under the RV, but reluctantly did so. They had to create a wire to get it done from my left over junk. When it was all said and done they wanted $160 more than the quote. I showed them the quote and the accepted the amount in cash. Additionally they also made me feel that the issue couldn't be repaired more than moving the slide in and locking it. I kind of felt taken advantage of when it was all said and done. I will not be using them again.

So many things! Basically, the office supervisor, Christian, does not have the communication skills…read moreto be the point person for the business. Robert definitely knows what he's doing; too bad we couldn't have dealt with just him as I think our experience would have been vastly different. Here's a short list of the communication problems: 1) Called for an inspection on a new to us camper on a Tuesday and she said it would be done by Friday...the only reason I chose this business in the first place was because they said they could get it inspected in time after calling other places since we were going camping the next day. I even asked if they had time if something was wrong and she said no problem, they can get next day parts 2) called on that Friday since there wasn't any communication, said they were finishing it up (Inspection and brake repack) and thankfully they stayed open so we could pick it up 3) charged me $150 more than what was quoted. When I asked about it, she said she never told me these things (the price and the timeline) and then just walked out of the office. 4) on the checklist, they said 4 things weren't working (AC, Water heater, furnace and generator). We did take it camping the next day and even though we knew nothing about campers, we got everything to work except the generator 5) On that Friday, she said the inspection report would be emailed to me by the following Monday; and that the tech takes over 50 pictures but I followed up 10 days later and they had the wrong email written on the checklist but weird since they'd sent the invoice to my husband's email on the Friday we picked it up. When I got the final inspection, it was 7 sentences long and a copy of the tech's checklist 7) After multiple emails back and forth with my concerns, Christian told me there was "truly no reason for my judgements", "particularly if they (me) don't want to be pleased". Never in her communications did she offer solutions to my concerns, just deflected her responsibilities in the communication nightmare. Robert...please call me if you want to discuss as I want your business to succeed. I would think you'd want to know. I don't think this is actually you that responds to these reviews.

Apparently they don't need the work. So one to the next conpany. Got a return call pretty quick after yelp review and I read your response as well. 1. Nowhere does it state your on vacation. 2. Had I reached your voicemail, which i did not because you answered yelled something at me then hung up. 3. No sir do not call me only to tell me you read my review. 4. Still didnt offer help but stated what my email was. 5 Everyone deserves a vacation, unfortunately your website states open 7am to 10pm 7 days a week. Thanks for nothing but a return call.

With the sudden drop in temperature, I needed a quick response for winterizing my RV and called Pat…read morebased on the other reviews. He was great and met me the very next day to get it done before the freeze sets in. He showed up on time and met me at the storage place. He was fully prepared and we needed to hook up into his battery as mine were dead, so we could use the pump to send the antifreeze fluid through it. He checked out some other things and gave me some great advice in terms of what I'll need for when I take it out in the Spring. He was super reasonable and really nice to work with--I am not mechanically inclined, and he was really good at explaining things to me without making me feel like an idiot! Thank you Pat!

Less than two months later we got into a roll over accident due to the trailer brakes failing. The job was overpriced to begin with, but I agreed to the price anyway due to convenience and the price kept going up every phone call I got while my trailer was with them. They already had the trailer so it cost my business less to have it done while there than to pick it up and take it elsewhere. During the accident my wife was 8.5 months pregnant and was forced into early pre-eclampsia labor due to the increased blood pressure from the accident. We did have another trailer repair company come out to diagnose the trailer which revealed that three out of four brakes when fully engaged were able to rotate just by a light kick to the tires. When I notified them that our lawyers and auto insurance would be in touch and I believe Mitch is the name of the gentleman that called me back, he was only worried about the name of the trailer repair company that was coming out to do the diagnostics and had no questions about our well being. My wife and I are both still going through multiple types of medical care facilities and haven't been contacted with any regard to our well being by anyone other than Parker trailers liability insurance company. If anyone would like to fact check or follow up on any of this information or the videos from the other trailer repair company, feel free to reach out to me. 7202413828
