He just kept my car park mostlikely because when I picked it up it was still the same. They are terrible people avoid this dealership at all cost. Small dealer with nice cars on the lot. On site the staff were friendly. I came in to specifically buy a car they had in stock. Price was really low and I wondered why but every thing seemed fine from my inspection. The guy there wasn't forthcoming with any issues on the car and in fact kept saying things to make it seem even better than it was. Typical sales pitch...no big deal. Took the car for a test drive; everything seemed good, car ran fine, drove fine, was in really great shape other than some slight damage to the rear bumper (scrapes and gouges) and I assumed the price was being dictated by that damage. I was fine with that. I bought the car..cash. On my way home I realized the speedometer was off by like 20 mph. My test drive was just on the street near their lot so I never got up to speed and did not notice the speedometer not working correctly. I now realize that is most likely the reason for the low price. It is a known issue with this model of car and not only is the speedo off but so is the tach. $1500 to fix. I would have appreciated a little honesty there. I would have bought the car anyway but I hear about how honest they are with telling customers the known issues. Is it possible they did not know? Maybe but doubtful. Used this car averages $1500-$2000 more than what they sold it for so there has to be a reason for that. I do appreciate they had the car priced fairly considering the issues I found. Anyways I bought the car. paid cash. Left. I'm more than satisfied with the car. I wait a few weeks for them to send me my plates and tags (which they claimed they would do) and after 3 weeks I received nothing. Called them up and spoke to a girl (the daughter of the owner I assume) and she said "They just came in. You can pick them up any time." I then told her that I was told they would ship the plates to my house. She got a little rude at this point and said they would and to give it a couple of business days to arrive. Fast forward 1 week. Nothing arrives. I call again and get the same girl. I tell her that I am waiting on the plates and ask where they are. She then says, "They just came in. You can pick them up today." I then say, "I called last week and that is EXACTLY what you said to me then. You told me you would mail them to me." Well now she is back to rude mode (not mean but I can hear the attitude in her voice.) She continues to tell me she will mail them out today and I should have them in two business days. I did receive the plates in two business days so all is well but I don't appreciate the run around and false information nor the slight attitude as if I'm putting her out. Anyways, Not impressed with that girl but the Mom was very cool and the father (I assume this is a family operation) was nice and friendly if not forthcoming with known issues with the car (which is what most of these reviews claim he is.) Would I buy from them again? Maybe. It wasn't a terrible experience but the daughter alone kinda annoyed me. So maybe I won't return in the future. read more

I wouldn't be surprised if the reviews are fake because no one address the fake act they put on to sell you a car. I bought a car off them and the clutch went a month after(they didn't pay, I did). This place has a lot of nice cars paired with good deals. Of course, they'll let you scan the car top to bottom as well as drive it, but what was most impressive was the owner's willingness to satisfy the customer as well as their honesty. He'll tell it as it is, ask what would make you happy in your ideal car purchase to work up to it, explain the paperwork, and is fair when it comes to deals. Before we came to an agreement about purchasing the 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer, I had shared with the owner several of the minor fixes (top center lighting, right view mirror adjuster) I had hoped to be repaired before I took the car home. He had no problem agreeing to do these repairs for free. If you are like me and cannot get approved for auto loans through major name lenders - no problem. They will work with you to the best of their ability to come up with a payment plan. I paid a little more than half down, and with a year to pay the remaining balance, they let me get away with murder, at 0% APR. I picked up my car yesterday. They had stayed true to their word when it came to the repairs, with the exception of just one more very minor part waiting to be delivered to their shop before being able to fix my driver's seat mirror. No biggie. Overall, a very easy to work with family-run company. I am pleased to have worked with them. Give them a try if you're in search of a used car at competitive prices. Buying a car from this place was probably the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I bought my daughter her very first car for her birthday from here. I visited this place a few times just because I always saw such nice cars on the lot for GREAT prices. The people that own it were never pushy to get me to buy. They simply came out to answer questions and always wished me a good day when I left. Once I decided on the car, I needed a few days to gather the money, they held the car for us, let our mechanic check out the car before purchase and got us in and out within 20 mins when we bought the car. The car is in "perfect working condition" per my mechanic. I would highly recommend this company for anyone purchasing a used car. By far the best little used dealer we've come across. In shopping for a used car for our 16 year old son, we must have visited over 30 dealerships. None could compare to Ram's. Alex and Luz were so friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped foot on their lot. The lot was clean, the cars all detailed inside and out, all cars were well marked with pricing so there was no wasting time trying to figure out which one were within our budget immediately. The lot had great variety to choose from and every car had about the same standards: clean, virtually damage free inside and out with obviously slight wear as they are all used after all... Each one has a reasonable amount of mileage based on their various ages, and all seemed to run smoothly. We finally narrowed our list to one final car, aside from one small ding on the rear fender, it was in amazing condition for an '08. Our personal mechanic took a look and said the engine too was in great running condition. Upon returning to the dealership from the mechanics, we quickly sat down to see what we could do... When my father opted to search for a used Hummer H2, my biggest fear was dealing with a private party and the dreaded DMV visit, also the idea of more than likely having to deal with a small dealership and the games they can play. This in fact, WAS NOT the issue at Ram's Auto Service. The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly and most importantly, honest. Any issues with the vehicle that were pointed out upon inspection were promised to be resolved and fixed. Not only fixed, but fixed with factory OEM parts, not cheap generic aftermarket parts.
