    Rude and lazy workers...or maybe the owner . I saw the place online and wanted to make an appt to view the property. I was not able to set a viewing date online so I called them. Some female answered the phone and told me to go online to make and appt and then immediately hung up the phone. I guess she doesn't want to deal with customers. Either way, after reading the other reviews, I am glad I did not rent through them.

    I've had a great experience working with RPM! KJ & Jesus have been amazing! I rent a newly remodeled unit in Long Beach and have had zero complaints. The property itself is 12 units, very well kept, and all my neighbors are super friendly too. Rent payments are easy and can be made online with autopay or by saving a cc or debit card on the portal and personally doing it by the 1st of the month. Maintenance requests are also done through the portal --super simple to use and you will receive a text or email stating that they have received the request and will be reaching out to schedule an appointment in order to come fix it. The maintenance man will always be there within 24hrs unless it's an emergency (they would obviously come ASAP). I've never had any issues with my property manager(s) or my unit and would honestly rent from them again since my experience has been a positive one.

    I wouldnt write a review for a landlord except for the fact that usually no one says good things about peoples businesses when they are good...i felt bad these bad reviews when I know there are thousands of places they have. My experience was excellent. I lived in one of their properties in East Hollywood for 1 1/2 years and then moved back to Bay area and came back and they rented a larger two bedroom to me. Their rent payments were easy to do, maintenance team was cool and was pretty fast to respond to most things. I know my neighbors also had good experience too. They were reasonable with their deposit deductions when I moved out and they also rented a nice clean unit when I moved in.

    So I had a schedule viewing for a property at 2616 1/4 S. Cochran Ave. for 3/2/19 at 11am. I was actually traveling from about 45 minutes away for this appointment. The weather was very horrible. It was raining cats and dogs. As I sat in excitement to see this property I waited and waited for someone to come. No one showed up! I waited for about 35 minutes. I called the office to see if possibly someone was arriving late, which could totally be the problem because of weather. Yet I sat and waited a little while longer. There was a gentleman who appeared to be walking towards the property. I asked him. Excuse me sir... I have an appointment for a viewing would you happen to be the person I am meeting with? He said No and kept walking. I then called the office yet again. I left a message on Wally's voicemail? On Saturday 3/2/19. Today is Monday and I didn't receive a call back for no one showing up. I then decided to reach out to Rampart Property management. I spoke with a young lady who was not going to transfer me to the leasing agent in charge. She said she would take a message. When I proceeded to tell her why I was calling. Her response was I do not see a 11a appointment for Saturday. Instead of her saying she will look into this and getting me an answer. I told her I have proof of this appointment and she was not interested in hearing about my proof. So because I had so much time on my hands and I was able to read all about how Rampart Property management company handles their potential and current tenants makes me further aware that it was great that no one showed up for this appointment. Just so that anyone else looking for any property attached to this company. Read each review 1st. I am attaching my proof of appointment, so that the person who will see this... will see that I did have an appointment!

    This management company is the worst! There is a vehicle on…read more the apt grounds at 3305 Livonia LA 90034/ big white Van - been here 2-3 years- back of trailer right now-NO license plates! Inoperable- a tenant uses it as a store to work out of on the premises! It also houses tools and motorcycles- all items seen- and has people come to buy his listed vehicles-- also on site- even paints them! He states that he makes a living doing this -basically operating an illegal auto shop on the apt grounds, and management company does Nothing! I have complained of noise, fumes and the noise of the coming and going of the public. Previous complaints can all be verified. They violate codes and zoning laws, and tenant rights to habitable living conditions! And in the lease it clearly states that no inoperable vehicles are allowed on premises and no auto repair work- even ;no washing a vehicle on apt grounds! These complaints are all documented by Housing Dept, and Health Dept and District Office- as well as the Police Dept., and Building and Safety. Everyone says to sue! Right now there are new violations filed! Management company never communicates and it does not enforce violations of peaceful living! Rent goes up, but tenants are not treated with any respect- when this R& E Management company came in as the new owners in March of '23- they bought out 6 of the 10 units- cash for keys, - the four of us who stayed endured horrible renovations on the vacant units, with the promise that we would be compensated for the awful construction months, of rehab, after refusing to relocate us while the building was under months of teardown and rebuilding of those 6 units! They Never gave me a penny! Requests for compensation to this day are Ignored, and Jason says he doesn't know anything about that!!!That was Michael- (Remember, they are a Family business!) His building manager-the appointed person to oversee this location, who stated this- In addition; they hired a construction company that drank on the job- discarded their beer cans in back of the building where they were working with power equipment, and violated building safety and health codes- dumping dry wall and mounds of garbage over the railings into the front yard) - no flute- garbage and dust flying while they wore masks, and no regard for regulations- pictures available! I had to report them to Building and Safety because R& E Management inc ,would Not stop them! They were trying to get the rest of us out! There is no other explanation for such vagrant disregard for your tenants! The construction company employees blasted music all day long, threw cigarette butts around the walkways and stairs, and it took Building and Safety to put a stop to this! R&E Management inc did Not care! Their advertising that they can provide a place to call home ; that everyone needs a place to relax from the stresses of the day is so far fetched, coming from them because they do not care.! Building and Safety had to intervene, on our behalf! There is a demand for this location as the new center (apple) is going in along with two new restaurants, and Ikea, just up the block, on Venice and National, but this R& E Management Company /Owners- 3305 Livonia LLC( Jason Katz, Rafael Katz, etc.,) is not concerned with tenants once you move into the building. Work repairs are done begrudgingly, and haphazardly- I have to file a complaint with Housing to get a job done right, most of the time- Example: do over on bathroom sink glazing pending now, same with peeling paint, and kitchen counters decaying, and sticking door! This is Not a complete list of conditions- not to mention No Air Conditioner, and a complete refusal on their part to provide one for my unit, in spite of the fact that I am the Only tenant Without an Air Conditioner! 27 dead rats have been placed by the front wheel of my car and/ or by the driver door, since they took over, Pictures available of every incident! I still have faith that one of these City of Los Angeles Agencies will do the right thing for tenant rights! R&E Investments ; R&E Management LLC, 3305 Livonia, LLC- Owner; Jason Katz Agent They have multiple properties- and multiple names, but this is One and the Same and this is the way they operate! If I could give Zero stars I would!

I had a terrible tenant that MF gave a free pass to for his personal reasons and when Amy stepped up, it was a relief. She was a true professional. Dealt with the tenant's shenanigans and tricks and had access to legal advice so we always knew what to do. When the tenant started acting crazy and said she would only vacate the property at midnight, Amy rose to the challenge and made sure the keys were handed back, something no other manager would have ever done. She has a tremendous work ethic and is an excellent realtor when it came to selling the property. After years of dealing with awful, lazy property managers, Amy is one of a kind in this business.
