My answer was no! With his guidance, I transitioned from a broken business built on sweat equity and no pay to a life and business focused on what truly matters--creating real results, wealth, and success. Attending his group workshops and one-on-one sessions was a game-changer. The workshops provided fresh perspectives and personalized feedback for all participants, while the one-on-one sessions gave me clear, actionable steps. If you're ready to do the work and create a life that works, Robert Chun at RSC Business Group is the coach for you.

Kori is a phenomenal, authentic, genuine, reliable, and hard working person that I highly recommend…read morefor any business that is seeking a consultant! I worked with Kori for a while since she stepped in as the interim Controller for a non profit organization in Orange County. She managed the day to day, weekly and monthly closing tasks while simultaneously working on multiple audit requests in this role. I have heard nothing but amazing things about Kori and every time she stepped into the office, everyone felt a sense of relief because they knew she would get the job done (including my self!). Kori is an incredible person to work with and she is always so well organized. One of her many strengths that I noticed, and was so grateful for, is she knows how to thoroughly explain, walkthrough and provide examples of complex processes while making it easy to comprehend and really see the bigger picture of what you want to achieve. Aside from her sincere work ethic, she is very intelligent and a delightful person to be around. If there's one thing I can promise you from Kori, it's that she will get the job done and you will be so glad you crossed paths with her. Her value is truly one of a kind. You'll understand the moment you work with her.

Korina was hired during a challenging transition after our Accounting Controller left, and her…read moreimpact was immediate. She stepped in seamlessly--the department didn't miss a beat, and the department began running even more smoothly. She has a strong ability to evaluate existing workflows and make strategic improvements. By refining processes and introducing new procedures, she helped our team work more effectively and efficiently. One of Korina's key contributions was implementing Asana, which significantly improved our communication, organization, and task tracking. As a result, responsibilities were clearly defined, deadlines were easier to meet, and our monthly close process became much more streamlined. These efficiency gains created a more sustainable workload for the team, which reduced the need for staff overtime. Beyond operations, Korina is an exceptional trainer--detail-oriented, patient, and highly knowledgeable. She successfully trained staff across all roles and played a critical part in onboarding and supporting our new Accounting Controller when that position was filled. She is also very easy to get along with, bringing a positive and collaborative energy to the team. Her professionalism, organization, and leadership made a lasting impact on our team. I would highly recommend Korina to any organization aiming to strengthen productivity, efficiency, and overall operations.

Zeus & Bill. Bill…read morewas literally in a CAR for my latest meeting, A car. Probably the most disrespectful way to have a meeting pitching services, but ok. He said his team would reach out to request financial statements needed for his analysis. Never received anything. Followed up myself after waiting for weeks, they respond a week later asking what do you need again, and to set another meeting with Bill. It's the email before in the same chain? I need to set a meeting to send requested documents? Never responded to requests for any reading material, past performance, etc. My first meeting for another service earlier this year. It wasn't a priority for me, so I noticed they never responded months later. Apparently this is a theme. Thought I'd give them another chance anyway, which is stupid on my part. Extremely unprofessional, I would not trust them with anything. Their response time is non-existent, and they don't remember what your conversation was about, if they respond at all. Unless you want to give your money to people who don't respond, don't remember what you need, and pitch something while they're in a car. Go with literally anyone else.

I had been a loyal client of this tax company since 2017. Not only did I trust them with my…read morebusiness, but I went the extra mile to bring them to my brow classes as a special host, where they educated my students on taxes. Many of my students became their clients, which was great for their business--thanks to me. Fast forward to 2024, when I experienced a life-changing car accident. I had to pause their services temporarily because I wasn't sure if I'd even be able to work again, let alone pay for taxes. After a few months of recovery, I was ready to restart our services. But instead of welcoming back a loyal, long-term client, I was slapped in the face with an outrageous demand: my rate would jump from $610 a month to $995 and they insisted I prepay the remainder of the year and all of 2025--an insane total of $9,760! It honestly felt like they just wanted to fire me as a client. To make things worse, they marked my business as SUSPENDED after terminating me as a client. Oh and wait, when I asked to speak to the owner, Louie Vasquez, someone I had trusted for years, they flat-out told me he doesn't handle this anymore and I wouldn't be able to talk to him. After everything I had done for this company, they didn't even have the decency to let me have a conversation with the person I had worked with from the start. This company clearly doesn't care about loyalty, nor do they value their long-standing clients. They're more interested in squeezing as much money out of people as they can. If you're looking for a company that cares about you or your business--look elsewhere.
