We thought the dishwasher was leaking and called Hector. He arrived and diagnosed the real problem: old, old pipes. After a thorough discussion, we asked Hector to replace the old drain and sewer pipes throughout the house. He did a high quality job. I like that he thinks before he acts and he keep his customer informed on a regular basis. If there is a choice to be made, he explains it completely and backs it up with detailed photos. He and his staff are very respectful of your property and they are very clean. He does not do things half way. We are very satisfied and give his firm our highest recommendation.

The only solution we were offered was to purchase an entirely new setup. My husband and I knew that wasn't acceptable, so we reached out to Tony's Plumbing, and they truly were a knight in shining armor! The gentleman who came to our home arrived the very next day and really listened to what we had to say. He took his time diagnosing the issue, explained that the shower part had been improperly installed, and then fixed it. No excuses, just results. The price was very reasonable as well. My original request was for the electrical inspection because I was doubting that there may be other underlying issues that burnt 2 of the receptacles at my condo. Jose didn't find any fault in my circuit breaker and diagnosed that it was because the burnt receptacles are not aluminum rated and that my tenant was using way too much electricity. So, he replaced both of them with aluminum rated outlets within about half an hour for $620 + 3% credit card fee. I felt it was pretty expensive but he explained that it was mainly because of how messy it was for him to clean it up. He offered to come back for an additional inspection of the rest of the outlets for a cheaper price. He said he wasn't able to inspect the rest that day because of how messy my condo was. I didn't feel like it was a professional comment to make. Well...another 2 receptacles stopped working the very next day. I ended up calling another company and they educated me about everything in details. I ended up requesting to add dedicated circuits for the microwave and fridge. Now, there's no more problem! I wish Jose diagnosed the underlying problem instead of making the quick money on just replacing the receptacles.
