Called today because I need an extraction and they can't access my account and said I'd have to wait like 30 days for them to do an accounting audit. Really? Not ok with that. With technology today, you should be able to access a person's account immediately. Therefore I requested a refund from my account which the credit was substantial and am now looking for a new dentist.

I was displeased to have received a bill for services regularly covered by plan fully. The dental office made no comment on my insurance when I registered and there is likely no legal requirement to disclose in all instances (Though if you have Liberty insurance, they will leave that network on Jan 1, 2026 AND that was displayed in their office). I find that ethically ambiguous. Who wants to pay extra for services that are already covered? Remember that no business is truly concerned with your welfare when it comes to money. Question everything before you decide to buy!

The staff is kind and reassuring and very nice. The hygienists are friendly and gentle, and they do a great job with my teeth. They take to time to explain what they are doing and why. (Some places just clean and scrape and then you're out the door!) My mouth feels clean and great when they are finished. Dr. Scott Ardnt is friendly and very gentle, they use the latest new tools and equipment - I think he likes to get new "toys" for his office. The best thing is they never try to push you into a treatment you don't need. They will offer other options when possible too. He is also great with kids.
