I went to Ramen 8 with 3 other friends during the lunch break. There was a small queue but with less then 15 minutes we got a table. I chose the Hühnerbrühe Shoyu Ramen and it was delicious. The staff is also very kind. Only cash is accepted, so be prepared. I liked very much this Ramen place, Japanese food is one of my favorite .

Ramen 8 has decent ramen. Had the shoyu ramen here with chashu (pork) & ajitama. It was good but not great. The noodles had a nice consistency but the broth was overly salty. Keep in mind when I say salty, I've eaten dozens & dozens of bowls of ramen all over the world and know what shoyu should taste like. The prices were high for the beer. The service was speedy but it could have been a little friendlier. Won't head back here anytime soon but it will hit the spot if you don't have any other options in Baden Württemberg!

Ramen was very tasty and delicious. Pork Chasyu was so tender and soft that was probably the best chasyu I've ever had. Noodle was perfectly cooked and the perfect thickness. This is the ramen which is close to what you get in Japan. Staff are very friendly, caring, kind and well trained. I really enjoyed and I would like to come back here again when visit to Germany in the future. Thank you for an amazing experience.

They have a massive menu that was a little bit overwhelming to look through. Luckily, I already narrowed it down before coming in and knew I wanted some type of Ramen. I went for the Tori Katsu Ramen. It wasn't bland by any means, just not very pleasant. The broth have a sour taste to it which reminds me of Thai cuisine like Tom Yum soup, except not nearly as good. They also gave a lot more food than they did broth so once I mixed everything up, my food just soaked up a ton of liquid making it very unpleasant to eat. I also did not think it through when ordering and forgot what Katsu was. I have no clue why they would put something breaded in a soup base dish where it quickly got soggy and unbearable to eat. The crust was completely falling apart and separating from the meat making it extremely unappetizing. It did not have good flavors which made it even less appealing. I could barely finish half of my food. For €17 ($19.30usd) per bowl, I was expecting so much more. We got 2 bowls of Ramen and 1 bottle of still water for €45. Not worth it in my opinion.

The portions are small, but…read morehere in Germany things like the glassware, drinks, etc. are measured exactly as they should be for portion size, so don't go here if you're a greedy pig looking to stuff your face with a serving for 20. The food is very filling and honestly the best food we've tasted here in Stuttgart! This is an authentic gourmet restaurant with a Michelin Star; these are earned, not by yelp reviews and random people, but by the big wigs. They've earned it and have maintained that reputation regardless of what other reviews show. My wife and I had the duck and deer for the main courses. Both were incredibly amazing! We cleaned our entire plate and were tempted to lick them clean. We ordered the beef tartare for the starter and we probably had the same euphoric reaction a Lion would biting down on on some caribou. For dessert, we chose the Sorbet and the Almond Pudding/Cake. 20/10 for all of the food; all of which was recommended by Rusty so thank you for that! Danke schön! We were recommended, by Rusty, the Primitivo red wine and the Lugano white wine; both Italian wines were incredibly delicious and a perfect pairing for the meal! We tried a glass of both to start and decided to buy a bottle of the Primitivo; good choice! There are many more wines and more elegant/High-end wines but we stuck with the recommended Primitivo. We loved the ambiance, and the spinning clear dome chairs suspended from the ceiling were a nice way to get a little cozy together. The music varied, but all tunes were perfect for the mood! They had R&B, Alternative, Jazz, and other good tunes! A lot of individuals are saying it's expensive; most likely due to the "small portions/price,"but as mentioned, these proportions are perfect and the taste is worth the price! A good filling meal and a great night; we will definitely return for a future endeavor! Johanna and Rusty were tending to our requests and we couldn't be happier with their performance, professionalism, kindness, sociability, and the service! You both were awesome and we thank you! To the chef and all the kitchen; BRAVO! Thank you for the meal.

Well the inside was quite busy, but I found a seat in the middle of what I would call a communal table, which was fine by me. I was immediately handed a German menu, which is fine as I can somewhat make out the ramen choices. The problem came when the waitress arrived and began to speak German, which I am nowhere fluent in. I tried to explain that I do not speak German, but she became upset and ultimately walked away. I found out later buried in the middle of the table were English menus, oh well! Kind of odd as I was doing my best to point to what I wanted to order. I flagged another staff member down who informed me that my order had been placed. To my surprise the right items magically appeared after 15 minutes, so that was a sigh of relief. It looked good and smelled good, which was a positive start, but sadly the pork belly ramen and veggies was just not on point. The broth was a little underwhelming and pork belly was not too tasty. Do not get me wrong, it was decent, but not what I am used too. I will say the meal portions were quite large and the overall menu pricing was fair considering it is located in a touristy part of town. Sadly, later I found out our waitress who really could care less about assisting us spoke fluent English, go figure. Not really pegging a star for it, but you are in a business that should strive for customer satisfaction, oh well.
