For starters we ordered Tom Mac Vay-(six fried Shrimp) lightly fried with a sweet/savory chili sauce-very good. Ha Cao (Dim Sum)-filled with shrimp-excellent. For main it was Vit Exotika (Crispy Duck in coconut Curry sauce)-Duck was cooked perfectly and the Coconut Curry was slightly spicy-exquisite! This was the dish that stole the show. Their pho came with dark brown sweet potato noodles, instead of the usual white rice noodles. I suspect that it may be hard for them to get authentic ingredients, as all of my vegetarian choices featured the same things - mostly just Tofu, even seitan, which doesn't belong to Vietnamese food. Both made properly and delicious. Good Nuoc Mam mix was provided for the egg rolls dipping sauce which is an A++ in my book. It is a blessing to know that we can come here for a good bowl of Pho when it's cold outside. Next on our list to try will be their Bun dishes (my German wife like to call them noodle salads). They all look authentic as well.
