As a result they offered me a hotel stay until my next flight. Turkish airlines made all of the arrangements and provided transportation to the hotel. The hotel itself was nice but in the middle of nowhere. The area the hotel was located at was definitely not a tourist area and had not one store nearby. Everything was under construction in the area. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. There was also a restaurant where offered complimentary breakfast and lunch. I had no complaints about the hotel but I don't lab on returning simply because of the location.

Very safe area to walk and explore. We stayed late at night and we felt safe. Breakfast is awesome. Shopping, restaurants, and bars are next door. Night life and entertainment close too. The next night we ordered room service but we had to call 3-4 times so its better to just go to the rooftop with an AMAZING view. The breakfast was the Bomb. With 4 people, everyone has their own taste, I prefer fruits and pastry, whilst the others prefer meat, eggs and more heavy breakfast so it really satisfied our breakfast needs. First of all I would like to start by saying that I am business man who is used to traveling everywhere in the world and staying in 5 star hotels, so I kind of know what I am talking about. I will give a thorough review based on key points : - The room : oldish, uncomfortable pillows, the AC not functioning, and noise coming from the highway... - The bathroom : the shower does not function well and water leaks to the floor, the shower products are ok. - The food : the breakfast and food are just to be avoided. I ordered a pizza on my first night which was disgusting. The breakfast is a total joke, I would not even comment about it. I asked for an orange juice which is supposed to be natural in a 5 star hotels. It was a pale yellow, the kind of extra sugar added drink that you would buy from the cheapest store in town and would not give to your kids. - The service : the staff does not do any effort to please the customer, for example I left some clothes for dry cleaning which were supposed to be in my room the next day. When I call them to ask about it, they say that I have to come to the reception to first pay in order to get my clothes back. Never seen that anywhere in the world !!!! + They have my credit card information and my 5 nights here are already fully paid for.... ... and so many other negative things... Still have two nights here to go and already thinking about changing hotels...
