It's super clean, the bed was super comfortable and the shower head had a perfect pressure. The customer service was excellent! The employees here were very accommodating! If you are looking for something with a reasonable price, clean and close to the airport I highly recommend this hotel. And if you have time to tour the city you can always get a cab for 25-30 liras. Cabs here are not expensive! Thank you for the great service!

First of all I would like to start by saying that I am business man who is used to traveling everywhere in the world and staying in 5 star hotels, so I kind of know what I am talking about. I will give a thorough review based on key points : - The room : oldish, uncomfortable pillows, the AC not functioning, and noise coming from the highway... - The bathroom : the shower does not function well and water leaks to the floor, the shower products are ok. - The food : the breakfast and food are just to be avoided. I ordered a pizza on my first night which was disgusting. The breakfast is a total joke, I would not even comment about it. I asked for an orange juice which is supposed to be natural in a 5 star hotels. It was a pale yellow, the kind of extra sugar added drink that you would buy from the cheapest store in town and would not give to your kids. - The service : the staff does not do any effort to please the customer, for example I left some clothes for dry cleaning which were supposed to be in my room the next day. When I call them to ask about it, they say that I have to come to the reception to first pay in order to get my clothes back. Never seen that anywhere in the world !!!! + They have my credit card information and my 5 nights here are already fully paid for.... ... and so many other negative things... Still have two nights here to go and already thinking about changing hotels...

And, finally, do not switch credit cards with your online booking one or you will be double charged and spend many many hours fixing the issue.

The rooms are very comfortable - I stayed in a room with two beds, a pull-out sofa, a large TV with an HDMI cord attached, and even a washing machine, all for an extremely affordable price. The one issue with this place is finding it. My taxi driver did not know where it was located by the name, nor by the address. I asked him to take me to Divan Suites, the name of the building right next to the hotel. When you arrive, you'll see the Divan Suites building (don't go to this building) and then a variety of stores/shops on the other building. You'll have to walk in to the "G Plus" section of this building, and then you can take the elevator to the second floor, and walk in to room 19, where the Mera Suites reception room is. Giving this place 4 stars for the difficulty finding it, but had this been easier, it would most definitely have been 5. Great place for affordable price!
