The room was spacious with a king sized bed, bathtub, small sitting area, and a view of the sea. The hotel is beautiful and is located near the Marmara Sea. The room we had was spacious and boasted the only bathtub out of all the hotels we stayed in during our vacation in Türkiye. We asked about the breakfast and it was 30 euro per person. We also asked where there were local shops to dine at nearby and someone told us to go down the street to the nearby strip mall to find sustenance. My husband forgot his razor and they were able to give us a small shaving kit. We also asked for ice and they brought us a champagne bucket of ice to our room. The hotel is pretty secure, as they screen all the cars coming onto the property as well as the guests walking into the lobby via bag screening and metal detectors. The staff was great at the Hyatt Regency and I would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

I paid 50 euros for one night. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room I got was large by European budget standards, with a separate sleeping area. Most importantly, it was very quiet, with no noise at night so I could get a good night's sleep. The staff was very friendly. The only problem was that the wifi password they gave me did not work, so I had no wifi only room. I let the staff know about this and they came upstairs and verified it didn't work. Also, it was slightly warm at night and I couldn't find any controls for air conditioning--not sure if they have it. The hotel is a very short walk from the Ataköy M1 subway station. However, please be advised that Apple Maps (and I believe Google Maps also) have this hotel about three blocks from its actual location. I walked around for a it an hour before I found it.

I was given a card key that didn't work for my room (light turned red instead of green), and the door unlocked on its own when I pushed it open. When I called the front desk about my card key and how my room lock is broken, the man came up and gave me correct keys and said that the room will lock. He gave me 2 keys this time and they both worked (light turned green) but the door still could be opened from the outside when i budged it without the deadbolt from the inside. Room had a view of the freeway and ocean. It's the type of room that requires your card to activate the electric in the room. WiFi didn't work with my last name and room number at first but i called the front desk and they fixed the issue within 5 minutes. WiFi was inconsistent from my room but still useable. Dinner was tasty. Didn't have a choice for food but the food was great anyway. They served red lentil soup, salad, chicken and rice with a tomato for the main course. Breakfast was good as well. Had tea and an omelette with everything on it from the omelette bar, potatoes, some pastries, and a man served me a pancake with a hazelnut/chocolate spread and pistachios to me at my table. I didn't ask for this but somehow he knew I'd like this because I do have a sweet tooth. From checking in to airport shuttle drop off it was a great experience so much that if i was ever back in Istanbul I'd stay here.

Good internet connection, friendly reception with weak English. I might come back again because the cheap price and services and close to the airport. downside: streets here are so narrow , I don't know if someone can park his car around this district.

All of these sites are quite famous and usually take a long time to get in. But during November it is their low season so it was less busy than I have seen it before. Hotel Amira was also my first time staying at this boutique hotel which cost was quite reasonable. The only negative thing is maybe the stairs if you have heavy luggage you will need some assistance depending on which floor you get. We got the 7th room number which doesn't have an elevator to connect to that level. But besides that it was fine. The staff here is quite friendly and nice. If you have any questions just ask them and they will be able to help you out. The rooftop is closed though since it is cold but you can still go on top of it and take some photos of the view. It is fantastic to see the ocean on one side and also the mosque on the other. For a boutique hotel, the location, area, and being able to walk around at all the most famous places in Istanbul is quite nice!
