All employees were very nice. Rooms were on the older side no coffee maker. The bedding was minimal, thin sheets.

I was going to give them a 2, but I had to be honest. Location, right next to the railroad tracks. Trains pass most every hour. Murals and Route 66 decorations made by it looks like children. I have stayed in this hotel previously, and had had adequate experiences. This time however, I was incredibly disappointed. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and an asset to the company. Zero complaints about checking in. Parking was ample and the landscaping was well taken care of. The room however, was incredibly filthy multiple clumps of hair/dust in bathroom and in bedroom corners. Very dirty bathtub with used toiletries still in it, light/fan was very loud, flickered, and had two dead bugs in the housing. Doors/door knobs were caked with dirt and fingerprints. Dresser drawer had something sticky on the front of it. Very unsettling. Although checkout is at eleven, housekeeping knocked then immediately entered our room at 8:55 am; despite our yelling "no thank you". They quickly shut the door, then did the same to our next door neighbors. This used to be a well kept facility. Very sad to see that it has not been kept up. We will be looking for other accommodations from now on. read more

Problems all around with our room. No happy medium with the temperature; either too hot or cold. There was no hot water for a shower nor cold water to drink. Dirty coffeemaker and moths in the room. When we asked to speak with management, coincidentally, none would be available for a week. Two stars is being generous. read more

Just stayed there and omg the bathroom floor was so dirty it looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower floor was filthy I literally had to wear my flip flops while showering and the water just kept dripping in a stream all night. The bedroom floor was dirty and just not ok. read more

This place overall wasn't "bad". We loved the artwork everywhere. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Gave us 2 adjoining rooms like I asked for. The pool was open. The breakfast was open. These two things were both surprising with the current Covid stuff going on. Rooms were alright. Worst thing? We all had to keep shoes on. The floors appear as though they have never been washed before. I attached a photo of my grandson's foot. Black in under 5 minutes after his bath after swimming. Gross. Only other complaint was the constant trains running all day/night. Very hard to sleep. Close to food and Walmart. We only stayed one night. Overall, 3 stars. read more

The rooms are pretty typical so dont expect anything different than basic bed spreads and a typical motel. Though it maybe listed as a hotel this is pretty typical motel. The art work out side is pretty neat and the pool is open but the room smell like mouse pee. I only need to stay one night and am Airing out the room assuming the others will be the same so why ask for a different room. Lets hope we dont wake up smelling like mouse pee. I feel safe here in this property there are no non tenants hangin out causing problems. Cool hike in the back. And the area is amazing. Kingman is amazing. But i dint think I'll be coming back here in July. I'll stay somewhere else. read more

First night on the road from California to Washington DC. Booked online, Brenda was the desk clerk inside this night. Brenda deserves a gold medal. It was my mistake that I had clicked on wrong date when I reserved this room. I had changed it on the phone before arrival. Then whatever happened, Brenda saw the booked room but could not make the reservation go through because third party companies had not given correct access for her to collect the money from. She did I everything she could, called them, had a hard time getting through to someone who could help us, help her get this through in her system. This woman, went above and beyond to help us get a room because we were already so tired. She looked frustrated for us, just by helping. You guys need to know, if you don't already that you have a dedicated employee here. You are very lucky to have her on your team, supporting your business there. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. And it's all because of Brenda. Room and bed was comfortable as well. read more

The place is tired, outdated, and feels like no one really cares. The laminate was peeling off the furniture, the towels had holes in them. "Breakfast" was a joke. The coffee dispenser was empty and when we notified the attendant, she seemed really put out about starting another pot. Not sure she ever did; we left and went to Denny's down the street. The only saving grace was a fairly comfortable bed and an overly cheerful desk clerk at check in. One suggestion: buy some lamps with USB ports in them. It's stupid to offer wifi but have no way to charge devices. I am happy that we travel with our own surge strip. read more

It's a very interesting place to stay. No one mentions the freight train track in the back . That you hear running at all hours of the night and the outdated electrical. Besides that it was as clean as it could get .parking is terrible so plan to get there early because people with trailers will have no consideration for other parking spots. read more

First off, the artwork around every single corner of the hotel is so much fun! Looking at how fresh the paint still is, you can tell that the management here really wants to make this an attraction point. Okay, so the rooms were... okay. I've paid a lot less and gotten cleaner rooms and more comfortable beds and to be honest I was expecting a bit better -- I'm paying same rate at 3-star hotels along I-40 so one can hope for some similar quality. However at the end of the day, my car wasn't stolen or smashed into, the trains going by every 10 minutes became easy to ignore, always nice to have microwave and mini fridge in room, didn't see any pests inside room or outside, and the front desk attendant was always friendly and helpful. Also the grab & go continental breakfast is a good perk! read more

I was with a fire crew and there was no other options in town. 4 people came to the front counter for a refund because they would not stay due to the disgusting nature of the building. The most rude people work here. They have bugs,mold, and smoking in non smoking rooms. Trains going by all night. The bed frame is stupid ridiculous everytime you walk by the bed you kick it and it makes a loud noise. You hear all of you neighbors talk, shower, and flush. Got no sleep. I would save your money. Was so shocked it cost $100 a night. If I could rate 0 star I would. This place has just gone down hill in one year. Also Signs were posted in lobby free breakfast and no you have to pay. The office staff was not one bit friendly. My TV didn't work. A gentleman had to come and fix it on numerous occasions, and I still spent most the time with no TV. The room was terrible (exposed sockets, etc.) VERY dangerous. The website describes 1 King Bed, Non-Smoking as "Free WiFi, free continental breakfast, sofa bed, sitting area, mini-refrigerator, microwave, in-room temperature control, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, HDTV, bathroom amenities, alarm clock, desk, iron, ironing board". There was NO sofa bed in the sitting area, NO coffee/tea maker, NO hair dryer, alarm clock didn't work, desk has a cheap PLASTIC chair. The landscaping was in desperate need of a gardener (massive amounts of weeds & trash). The pet area was poorly lit. I didn't feel safe there at all. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This is the grossest, sketchiest, & most uncomfortable hotel I've ever stayed at. We're traveling across the country to move my brother & booked our room through Ramada's website because we used CapitalOne points. On their website they have a 3.5 star review, so my dad (who booked the room) figured "good enough" since it was just for a night. WRONG. From the second we got here it has been disgusting. The parking lot is jammed packed. We got to our room that was advertised and told is "Smoke Free" yet our room WREAKS of weed. I mean we were in our room for 15 minutes & ALL of our belongings now also smell like weed. The floor in our room turned my feet black, my suitcase black & everything else. The beds are uncomfortable, an air mattress would be better. The shower is filthy with rings from the previous persons bottles in the shower. We went to their restaurant for dinner & waited 1hr + 45min after we were seated to get our food. There was 7 other customers in the restaurant & the food was mediocre at best. At around 2 am, we were woken up by people smoking weed outside our room & the people next door to us SCREAMING, RAPPING & being OBNOXIOUS!!!! So, I'm writing this review at 3 am, because these guys are STILL going & I will not be sleeping after all of this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. It has been a miserable 12 hours & this place isn't worth any money. read more

Got a room, first had problem with heat, than wanted to call front desk do to the biggest problem. The bed sheets wear dirty. They had no phone. Really the phone was missing. The only redeeming thing about this "hotel" is the kinda cool artwork on the buildings. In addition to the previous mentions of the all-hours-train: -- roaches (everywhere, even in the pool); -- there was only 1 washcloth in a room with 2 queen beds (and there were 5 of us) -- the room condition would be best described as "unfinished" or "under construction" (paint chipping, paint different colors, missing plates on electrical outlets, etc); -- we had no towels (asked for towels at the front desk so the 5 of us could shower and they gave us pool towels); -- grounds and pool deck were littered with trash and cigarette butts; -- no remote for the tv (which didn't appear to turn "off" and glowed blue all night) -- the wifi never worked the entire time we were there despite numerous calls to the front desk; -- we were told when we checked in that there would be a full continental breakfast with fruit, eggs, french toast sticks, waffles, etc but all that was offered was crepes, toast and 2 bland cereals. read more

Although we have stayed here in the past and were pleased, things seem to have gone down hill. From a sink that doesn't drain, to a flickering bathroom light that reminds you of Tom Hank's brain cloud in Joe Versus the Volcano, to coffee stains on the noisy a/c unit, and towels that exfoliate as you dry yourself off, room 144 is sure to disappoint! read more

This is by far the loudest hotel I've stayed in. I wanted to love this place it's so unique with the murals and everything but oh my god people are loud!! From dealing with people yelling in the courtyard all night long to them checking out super early so u get woken up at 7 then when u think u can finally go back to sleep housekeeping starts cleaning and have no courtesy for guests at all!!!! I tried telling them we were still sleeping but they were right outside our window with their cart parked for so long!! The door slamming as well my god!! Two stars is pretty generous. The hotel got them for: clean, good bed and TV, friendly front counter woman, cheap. I had a really hard time sleeping there: the blinds bleed light like crazy into the room and the heater fan was loud, loud, loud. Outside, the walk was concrete with seams...people with roller bags were crazy loud. The open-until-9:30 breakfast wasn't much and was shut down at about 9:10. Clearly, the woman running the breakfast had other things to do. The coffee is unspeakably bad. Boy, I tell you whant...the Ramada brand is just all over the map as far as quality. Ramada Inn used to be such a good name in lodging. I guess I'm old school expecting this one to be up to prior standards. After all, this is Kingman AZ, not the garden spot of the West. This place was not well cleaned, the TV did not work. I had to call three times to the front desk to have someone fix it which took about an hour of waiting. The maintenance guy had been shopping at War-Mart he said, and not for Ramada. Geez! The woman at the desk during check in was very sweet, but overall, this place just gave me the creeps! Kingman is not exactly a great place to stay, but it's the only place to stop on a day's drive from California. It's an old Route 66 town and most all the lodging shows it with old, run down facilities. If you're looking for affordable lodging, at least try the Red Roof Inn. It's still old, but I didn't have the creepy feeling and the room was much cleaner. Actually I wish I had sprung for Best Western or a higher rated place and spent more money to be in a more comfortable setting. read more

Then when we finally got to our room there was stains that looked like blood on the sheets and blanket. We called to see if we could move rooms, and instead they brought us new sheets. Stayed 9/18/20 for 2 nights. Not our choice but was the baseball team hotel. Old and needs an upgrade. But clean overall. Hotel staff reported they were sold out and didn't appear to be staffed well enough to manage all of the guests. Room towels were unavailable due to washing, trash cans on property were overflowing and only one poolside, ice machine was always out. Free breakfast was a joke. Would rate a ZERO. Cereal in plastic bins was stale. Coffee always out and staff was constantly trying to refill with A small household coffee pot. Prepackaged oatmeal and the crepe, son called it a flat waffle was tasteless. The toaster needed a good cleaning. Everyone on our team went out for breakfast each morning. We would stay again only because the property was super kid friendly (kids loved the pool and all the green space to run around), staff were ok with parents hanging out mingling until early hours as long as not disruptive to other guests, close to everything and every staff we encountered was awesome and very accommodating. read more
