    Coffeemaker; dirty and unusable
    Arnold B.

Problems all around with our room. No happy medium with the temperature; either too hot or cold. There was no hot water for a shower nor cold water to drink. Dirty coffeemaker and moths in the room. When we asked to speak with management, coincidentally, none would be available for a week. Two stars is being generous.

Just stayed there and omg the bathroom floor was so dirty it looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower floor was filthy I literally had to wear my flip flops while showering and the water just kept dripping in a stream all night. The bedroom floor was dirty and just not ok.

This was 5 minutes after taking a bath and then walking on the floor.

This place overall wasn't "bad". We loved the artwork everywhere. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Gave us 2 adjoining rooms like I asked for. The pool was open. The breakfast was open. These two things were both surprising with the current Covid stuff going on. Rooms were alright. Worst thing? We all had to keep shoes on. The floors appear as though they have never been washed before. I attached a photo of my grandson's foot. Black in under 5 minutes after his bath after swimming. Gross. Only other complaint was the constant trains running all day/night. Very hard to sleep. Close to food and Walmart. We only stayed one night. Overall, 3 stars.

Out back is a little Hiking place with bunnies

The rooms are pretty typical so dont expect anything different than basic bed spreads and a typical motel. Though it maybe listed as a hotel this is pretty typical motel. The art work out side is pretty neat and the pool is open but the room smell like mouse pee. I only need to stay one night and am Airing out the room assuming the others will be the same so why ask for a different room. Lets hope we dont wake up smelling like mouse pee. I feel safe here in this property there are no non tenants hangin out causing problems. Cool hike in the back. And the area is amazing. Kingman is amazing. But i dint think I'll be coming back here in July. I'll stay somewhere else.

It's a very interesting place to stay. No one mentions the freight train track in the back . That you hear running at all hours of the night and the outdated electrical. Besides that it was as clean as it could get .parking is terrible so plan to get there early because people with trailers will have no consideration for other parking spots.

One lady to check all these people in.

The Native lady at the front counter was a sweetheart other than that the place is a dump. The shower looks like someone died in it. I was with a fire crew and there was no other options in town. 4 people came to the front counter for a refund because they would not stay due to the disgusting nature of the building. Place needs to be remodeled. The door hits the toilet in the bathroom.....

    Looks real safe, huh?

The office staff was not one bit friendly. My TV didn't work. A gentleman had to come and fix it on numerous occasions, and I still spent most the time with no TV. The room was terrible (exposed sockets, etc.) VERY dangerous. The website describes 1 King Bed, Non-Smoking as "Free WiFi, free continental breakfast, sofa bed, sitting area, mini-refrigerator, microwave, in-room temperature control, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, HDTV, bathroom amenities, alarm clock, desk, iron, ironing board". There was NO sofa bed in the sitting area, NO coffee/tea maker, NO hair dryer, alarm clock didn't work, desk has a cheap PLASTIC chair. The landscaping was in desperate need of a gardener (massive amounts of weeds & trash). The pet area was poorly lit. I didn't feel safe there at all. I can't believe that Wyndham or Ramada put their name on this property!

All employees were very nice. Rooms were on the older side no coffee maker. The bedding was minimal, thin sheets.

I attempted to check in at the Best Western and was refused service simply because I live locally,…read morewhich I found both shocking and offensive. Nowhere on their website or booking information does it state that local residents are not allowed to rent rooms. If that is truly their policy, it should be clearly disclosed before someone takes the time to book or show up expecting to stay. The front desk employee was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional while explaining this supposed policy. Instead of handling the situation politely or offering any kind of reasonable explanation, I was treated like I had done something wrong simply for living in the area. As a paying customer, being turned away simply because of where I live was frustrating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. Policies like this should be clearly stated up front instead of surprising guests at the front desk after they've already made plans. Because of this experience, I will never rent a room from a Best Western again--even when I'm traveling on the road. Customer service and transparency clearly aren't a priority here.

Gross rooms and even grosser management…read more Mind you I had done a cross the country road trip and back in 3 weeks staying at all Hilton hotels and this was my last hotel and last night on the road! I booked and checked in 1/1/26 after driving all day. I originally booked and selected a first floor room through the Hilton app and when I received the digital key it was for room 302. I called and Annette told me over the phone the owners would pay the cleaners on the holiday so none of the 1st or 2nd floor rooms were clean or available. Cool. I arrive and go to my room 302 located right in front of the open area ice machine. And immediately can hear multiple people stomping around upstairs. Not to mention the grossly stained carpet. I called the front desk and asked to be changed rooms because of these things. She moved me to 304 right next door that was just as dirty and had dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I called the front desk again and told Annette I told her given that both rooms were dirty. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed given visible areas of the room were dirty and both rooms were so musty, and smelled it like mold. She apologized and I met her at the front desk. She told me she'd leave notes for her boss and gave me a piece of paper with the managers contact info so I could get my stay refunded because I did in fact not stay. The next morning I called the manager Cherie and I received attitude from the start. She said Annette didn't leave her notes so she needed to go see the rooms herself after asking me what was wrong with them. She claimed the cleaners only leave the dishes clean and insinuated I was lying. I told her I took pictures and had no problem coming back to show her if necessary. She told me that wasn't needed and she'd call me back then click. She hung up. She called me back about 30 minutes later, and offered me 5000 Hilton points but told me they wouldn't be refunding my stay. Not what Annette had told me or I wouldn't have gone on my way so easily. Honestly this is the WORST HILTON I've ever attempted to stay at and the manager should get a new job because she certainly isn't good at customer service.

Absolute Garbage. I…read morebooked a "large king room with a sofa bed" and was immediately met with problem after problem. When we arrived, the front desk informed us that the entire building of room had no heat - the heating components were out of order -- and with nighttime temps dipping into the low 40s, that was completely unacceptable. I asked if they had any alternative options, and we were offered a "handicapped king suite with a sofa bed." We accepted, hoping it would at least meet the basic description of what we booked. When we got to the room, we quickly realized the "sofa bed" was not a sofa bed at all. It was a tiny, uncomfortable couch (as pictured below). I went right back to the front desk to explain the issue, only to be told that they don't actually have sofa beds at all -- just couches that "people sleep on." Completely misleading and unacceptable. On top of that, the king bed was extremely soft, sagging, and offered zero support. The entire room felt old, outdated, and neglected. After just 30 minutes of trying to make it work, we checked out and found a different hotel. Save yourself the headache. This place is absolutely not worth your time or money.
