My family and I stayed here for 1 night to break up our drive from Arizona to Vegas. The room was spacious for the 4 of us with two queen beds, a small living room area with a desk and fridge, and two bathrooms. The AC unit made some weird sounds but we were tired enough we all fell asleep ok. They offer a complimentary breakfast which makes it super easy and quick with the kids. They had the usual offerings- fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, eggs, sausage, croissant breakfast sandwiches, bagels, toast, pastries and waffles. We filled our tummy's and hit the road to our final destination, Las Vegas! read more

I've been to A LOT of Marriott properties, and had no issues here. Requested an early check in, and they were able to accommodate. :) Our room was sparkly and clean. The hotel and grounds looked fresh. The breakfast was probably the best part, as they worked hard to keep the line stocked. I would definitely stay again. read more

I travel ALLT for work and am a Titanium Marriott Elite member. This is hotel is a huge disappointment, but sadly there are no other Marriotts anywhere nearby. Gym- no towels or rage to clean machines (dirty ones were there. Room-no alarm/clock, antiquated TV without streaming or cable. Smelled musty. Dirty glasses. Terrible pressure in shower, no shelving to hold personal hygiene items. A/C blows right at you in bed. Lacks outlets near bed/USB plugs. Patio- wicker furniture that had cushions. Regarding my family's stay at the Kingman Springhill Suites location on Saturday, October 4, 2025. We checked in late that night into room 412 and we did not sleep in the room overnight. We were only in the room for a few hours after finding live bedbugs. We immediately left the room and started to bag our things at around 3 am in the lobby. We waited extremely long while the front desk attendant was missing from the front for at least 30 minutes. A huge inconvenience while having to pack our belongings into trash bags to prevent bringing an infestation into our home. On top that it was the night after my wedding with our 5 children in the lobby at 3 am. Absolutely unacceptable as I have stayed at many Marriott hotels for years, this has been the worst experience.  We had to stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the street and didn't get our children into bed until 4:30 am. Now we are having to spend more money and time on an issue that shouldn't have occurred. This is with no help or assistance from your staff to remedy the issue. The next morning on Sunday, 10/5/25, I spoke to general manager, Shanena, which was another waste of time since she couldn't issue the refund either. We waited to leave that morning to ensure to speak to her not only once but twice. Since your staff is unaware of the time of day that their manager will be in. I get the run around and time wasted. She is the general manager of the establishment. Why is she unable to resolve this issue? She then explained that she had to talk to another manager to be able to issue the refund and reassured me that she would be contacting me that day. I did not hear from her. I called her the day after on Monday, 10/6/25 which she said she has not been able to talk the next manager in line, but would be contacting me. Again, I did not hear from her that day. On Wednesday, 10/8/25 and I spoke to Jade at the front desk. She said Shanena was unavailable again and she told me she would continue to reminder her general manager to resolve the issue. Now it is Saturday, 10/11/25 and I haven't heard from anyone. The fact that this has not been resolved since checking in on Saturday, October 4, 2025 is unacceptable and shows that Springhill Suites in Kingman Arizona has poor management and atrocious business practices. This establishment is subpar and does not meet the expectations of a Marriott hotel. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. This business has not only wasted my time, but my money. read more

A quick road trip can equal big fun if it's done in the right place. We just wanted to get away and fast (no, not running from anything specific, just the normal everyday humdrum). Springhill Suites, which has a pretty good reputation, was the most appealing option at the time. I sprung for the extra dollars for this hotel. Being somewhat of a Marriott loyal, i knew they had high(er) standards.....well, at most properties. Being from Vegas, my expectations were higher than the higher i expected. Let's share an uncomplicated list about the experience: CHECK IN: Well...the digital key they advertise doesn't get sent, and you have to visit the front desk for regular keys anyway. Front desk employees don't know why and didn't even touch the subject when asked. They couldn't recommend any bars or restaurants, and after telling me to look them up, i asked if calls from the room were free to do so. Guess what? they couldn't answer that either. I think they are just relegated to sit there and occupy space. ROOM: The room was ok, there were some "Un-Marriott-like" things like a cracked power outlet, severely worn chair with chunks missing and holes in the shower from where an old soap dish was but those were about all the negatives. Everything else was pretty well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. POOL: Well.....the temperature was very warm and nice, but the cracks and other imperfections were obvious. This pool hadn't had any maintenance attention in a long while and was desperately in need. LOBBY/BREAKFAST: The public areas were pretty clean, Breakfast is a requisite of the experience and is exactly what you would expect (maybe a touch more) . FINAL THOUGHTS: It wouldn't be up to the Marriott standard in Vegas, but in Kingman, i think this would be a great option for someone wanting a nicer hotel than what's up the road. Family visit in Kingman. SpringHill Suites was recommended by family. I booked online. Kind of expensive for my taste. Two nights for almost $400 dollars. King studio room was fine. Weird setup. Toilet and sink in one area. Shower and sink in another. Bed was hard as a rock! Very uncomfortable. Room was stuffy. I couldn't get the a/c to set at a consistent temperature. I opened the window, but it was too dusty and windy. I never tried the continental breakfast, but it was available. Parking was plentiful. read more

Their answer was they would refund our money and I could find another place to stay. I requested they call other Marriott brands in the area to see if they had availability. What a pretty hotel with a great breakfast spread and accommodating staff! Ryan checked us in - he's so kind and helpful! We had a few questions about nearby things to do, hikes, and restaurant options. He was full of excellent recommendations and his restaurant options were on point! We really enjoyed our conversation with him, which was a complete surprise really. It's always so nice to find people who seem to really love their job and people. Our room had a great layout, with two queen beds and a pullout couch, desk area, and minibar and fridge. We appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate, as we were a group of 3. The closet space was huge! We came here after a 4 day backpacking trip, so it was nice to store our packs in a separate space. Breakfast had so many options, from scrambled eggs, to healthier egg bites in cups (kind of like a crustless quiche), waffle station, muffins, scones, toast, oatmeal with all the fixings, fruit, and yogurt. There were no non-dairy yogurt options, but there are plenty of other options for those with dietary restrictions. The bacon was crisp and delicious. The coffee stations were always hot and full, along with the water stations. Just a short drive from restaurants and shops, and just off the highway, this is a prime location on the famous Route 66! With an indoor pool and fitness center, I'd definitely consider this hotel when in the area again. read more

We stopped by to rest on our way to New Mexico. We checked in at 7pm. There was a water leaking in our room from the room above us. The sound of the dripping water and the sound of the water being on was very irritating. It woke me and my husband up. I called the front desk and made them aware of the issue. There was water on the shower floor, wall, and walk area. They had said that unfortunately they were booked and couldn't offer us another room; therefore, we ended up checking out at 4 am since there was no way we would be getting sleep. We ended up hitting the road earlier than anticipated and we just had our daughter (7) just sleep in the car. We will rest once we arrive to our destination If it wasn't for that issue we would of rated it 5 stars. This hotel is wonderful, quiet and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. We were exhausted from the ridiculous weather we drove through and honestly needed rest, even though we were 2 days behind schedule. Pulled into a Sinclair, called the Marriott main number and they reserved us a night here. At first the bathroom setup felt funky. However it was awesome! And extra sink in the lav, separate from the walk in shower and sink. Even though our room was next door to an exit, we slept so soundly. Night clerk was a very nice dude. Super helpful. No restaurant on site, like other Springhill Suites we've stayed in, however hotpockets for sale in little pantry, we're a huge hit to my kid. Breakfast was only reason I didn't give 5 stars, came down at 8. Everything was empty, except coffee and prepackaged gluten-free muffins Oatmeal pot, bone dry. Hot foods empty etc. No milk for kiddo. This SpringHill Suites is a solid place to stay at in Kingman. The hotel seems fairly new, and my room was in good condition. All of rooms are suites so they are all spacious. All rooms also come have a West Elm trundle bed, which is a nice bonus to have. Amenities include a gym and indoor pool. I was crashing here for the night so I did not use any of the amenities, but I did enjoy the free breakfast buffet in the morning. It is nothing fancy, but it is a decent spread of food to fill you up: eggs, a protein, spinach, yogurt, pastries, and fruit. Internet and parking are free, and pets are welcomed for a fee. This location is super convenient. It is close to the freeway, and it is only a few miles from downtown. This is a good spot to stay at, whether you are solo or with your entire family. The spacious rooms, trundle bed, and free breakfast are a huge plus for the families though. Either way, the room rates are very reasonable for the value you get. read more

The older photos don't represent this renewed hotel at this time of posting. The place is gorgeous! We stopped in the middle of a snow storm, and landed here. Our queen suite was beautiful, clean, and included all the fun Hilton colors and accents. As importantly, I was a member on a panel in the UK and the WiFi ROCKED! Not a blip for a moment in the 2 hours! But let's get to the most important part, (next to the room, bed, and shower of course); the staff! The mangers and front desk folks were just wonderful and kind. Check in was easy, check out would have been faster if I didn't enjoy talking to the manager behind the desk. He was kind and chill. We also both just loved taking in the snow on the hills for a moment. As a BIPOC person, the way I'm even looked at by staff matters in terms of feeling safe; this joint exceeded expectations. Stayed here a couple days prior to our trip for Havasupai Falls. Rooms clean and modern. I am always amazed at the TV location they could probably do better on that. Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was decent and had some good variety. There was also dietary choices as well which was nice in our group. This is a very nice hotel but everything could use an update. The room was very clean and comfortable and there was lots of room but it just feels outdated. The food was ok but not what I expect from a marriott hotel. The GM checked me in and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure I knew where everything was and asked several times if I needed anything. The Lady the next morning was equally as helpful. The noise wasn't as bad as I expected being so close to the highway so that is a plus. I had a pleasant stay but I just expect more from a Marriott hotel. read more

Awesome stay. I didn't want to leave. We are driving cross country for a move with our French Bulldog during COVID. That's all you need to know. It's been interesting. Our arrival time was super late, but the folks here were very accommodating with our check in and out time. Overall, I can't say one bad thing about this place, And that's okay! The staff is amazing. The rooms are really nice and most importantly, very clean. They were able to hook us up with an end room on the first floor do our high maintenance Frenchie could do his thing outside. Oh...and the AC is nice and cold. What else do you need? We did have to pay an extra 50 bucks for a pet cleaning fee, but that's expected. Well done. read more

I choose this hotel after looking at a map on our road trip and looked for a Marriott hotel. Hotel was nice. Check-in friendly. Rooms were comfy. I love the Marriott pillows. I love the way the shower is separate from the toilet. Sofa by itself is a bed, and there is a trundle bed with bedding. I went down to the lobby early to do work so as not to disturb others sleeping. Plug Points everywhere, comfortable lobby furniture. One thing I'd ask is for Marriott to change their amenities kit. I'm not a fan. Best Western did better. Breakfast was great. Loved the fresh strawberries. read more

This is a great little hotel located on Route 66 in Kingman. It's clean, family friendly and the staff were so nice and accommodating. They have an open self serve breakfast buffet which included scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage rotating on different days, a variety of breads, etc. plus juices, milk and coffees. The rooms were all mini suites and clean. We had a very nice stay and would return to this location if were ever back in the area. It's part of the Marriott/Starwood group. read more

Customer service was excellent. Our room was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The double suite is perfect for a family!! Two queen sized beds, and the pull out couch bed was actually a wide couch and a trundle, so the two boys could share but not really share (no kicking each other). Perfect!! Breakfast is above typical, but still pretty standard. I'm really picky and don't like the pseudo processed food stuffs that often come with hotels, and there is still plenty of that here, but they did have fresh spinach, eggs, cheese, and salsa. If the eggs cane out of a carton...well, at least it was so protein and greens to start the day. Otherwise, sugar cereals, oatmeal with a variety of toppings, a waffle maker, bagels, toast, bananas and oranges, sugar yogurts, and some mystery meat sausage patties rounded it out. read more

Worked fine for my husband and me for overnight stay on a road trip last month. The place is relatively new and we had a free night via rewards program. But several odd things here would lead us to look at competitors if we are in Kingman again. Good enough though if the price is right and your stay is short. GOOD THINGS: LOCATION: convenient to freeway and downtown Kingman, such as it is, both. NEWISH: Newer infrastructure means things work as they should. FRIDGES: in room, with freezer compartments, come in handy. WIFI: Free and fast enough. NIGHT STAFF: Friendly night time desk staff. BREAKFAST: Free and had fresh fruit and yogurt options that worked for us. COULD BE BETTER THINGS: BATHROOMS: Layout was just odd. Just about a yard from the foot of the King bed in our King suite was a water closet (toilet room) that was separated by a sliding (barn door style not pocket door style) diffused glass door. If you've been married for 32 years, as we have, there are no surprises. But not a great set up for privacy for many, I imagine. Further ,while I liked the shower only format of the separate shower and sink room, the odd circular lighting insert at the mirror made putting on make up tough...in particular since I'm only 5'4". To "hit the bullseye" for a clear view through the middle of the mirror lighting, I'd say you'd be best at 5'6" and up. WALLS: Are thin it seems for sound from hallways and next door. But once post 11p rolled around, things were quiet. STAFF: Aloof, indifferent service from (both) desk staff at late afternoon check in. Not consistent with our Marriott experiences elsewhere. In fact, although Springhill isn't our fav of Marriott properties, the staff at the one in Austin TX sets a high customer service excellence bar. These folks could learn from those folks. "BUSINESS CENTER": Since Springhill Suites is a format that draws biz folks on extended visits, interesting to note how inadequate this was. (Although, really, who doesn't travel with laptop or tablet these days?) First it in the open in a hall alcove. Second it was out of compliance with ADA in that both of the two computers in it were set on high counters which would make access impossible for a wheelchair user or a little person who couldn't climb on to the bar height stools offered as seating. That needs fixing. The ADA is 23 years old, this is a new building, they can't say they don't know better. THIS N THAT: There is a great little wine bar with music some nights and a few limited eats in downtown Kingman and well worth a stop in if you're looking for something to do in the evening. We stayed here one night and everything was great. It's great for a quick stay, we had no issues. The room was clean and large enough for us and our toddler's pack-n-play. The shower and toilet room are separated and each has its own sliding glass door but that didn't bother us. Had a mini fridge and desk area as well, with plenty of outlets to charge items. It was a bad stay, actually the worse stay out of 7 hotels during our road trip. Other 6 hotels were fine. Our booking had a free breakfast but this hotel did not have breakfast though it was on their website and in my booking papers. This hotel was pushing on guests 2 outside restaurants which hotel had a "business relationship" with. It sounded like a suspect to me, especially that hotel is a franchise of Marriott and has an owner. The refrigerator did not have a freezer or a freezer area and the temperature was too warm to keep our food safely - it was no dial to set a temperature lower. I had to throw away our food like chicken and turkey deli slices bought at a store because their fridge was too warm. There were a separate bath/shower from a toilet, both with a glass instead of a regular door - no privacy door to a toilet! The toilet was right across one of the beds which made it unpleasant, especially at night with a light shining through the glass door. I tried to tape the door with the hotel large white towel to block the light at night but it did not help. Please see pictures. Their microwave was only 700w - too weak to be really useful. The hotel's internet was not protected by a password and I had to use my cellular data for security. Tanya, the front desk supervisor, did not wear a mask and did not use social distancing while talking to me (she left front desk and got very close to me to give me back my blue ice which a front desk offered to keep in their hotel freezer since all room refrigerators in this hotel did not have a freezer area). This hotel does not require guests to wear masks in public areas! The hotel denied my request for a partial refund for the cost of a breakfast which they still advertise on their website and which was in my booking. I am posting pictures to document my review. Like I said - the worst stay by far. It is definitely not a safe place in the pandemic time. We are seniors which makes us the vulnerable population. I could not believe that the front desk supervisor did not wear a mask, did not keep social distancing from me and no masks were required for guests in public areas. It is a serious violation not following CDC pandemic guidelines. I opened a complaint (with a case number) with Marriott customer care - this hotel is a franchise and should keep at least minimum standard for the Marriott franchise and follow CDC pandemic safety guidelines. Maybe Consumer Protection of AZ would be a better place? Update 3 days later: Marriott Customer Care simply sent my complaint back to this hotel! I also found out that Marriott Customer Care omitted from my complaint that "no masks are required" for guests and front desk employee (supervisor!) who was not wearing a mask. I asked to correct it by adding it to my complaint but I doubt that it was done. Unsecured internet was also omitted from my complaint. Update on Sept. 9, one week later: Marriott Customer Care sent my complaint to the hotel and closed my case with no resolution. I found out about it by calling Marriott - Marriott did not bother to inform me themselves. My conclusion: do not stay there and avoid Marriott hotels all together! Marriott does not care - lack of quality does not bother the corporate as long as Marriott gets paid. read more

Clean room with two queen beds and good air conditioning. It was clean (albeit we clean our hotel rooms with disinfecting wipes just to be extra careful!). We had a group of five so our fifth slept on the couch and said it was actually very comfortable. Each bed comes with three pillows, I never get why there isn't four pillows... The separate toilet and sink from second sink & shower is always so nice at these places. The room comes with a microwave, coffee area and mini fridge as well as desk and chair, couch and coffee table. There were two bedside tables, a dresser and large closet. Plenty of wall plugs and a charger lamp too at these SpringHill suites. There is also an indoor pool we did not use. Due to the pandemic, they are not servings breakfast but offered 10% discounts at a Denny's and another breakfast location. Staff was polite. We didn't need any assistance so it was just at check-in. We actually saw the Fourth of July fireworks (Kingman goes ALL out and it was like 25 mins of fireworks!) from our hotel room. They host them at the fairgrounds but we were happy to watch from our room. It is near a Safeway, DQ and other similar places. read more

I called ahead of time (before booking the day of) to make sure pool was heated and was assured it was a warm 86. So i booked. Its a more expensive hotel for the area but to ensure my kids could have a little fun after a long day in the car it was worth it to us. After traveling all day with kids, having an outlet to release their energy was important to us. We always book a hotel with a heated pool..... It was cold... maybe 72. We have a pool so we know when it's 86! The kids lasted maybe 5 mins of swimming, we were disappointed to not be able to swim comfortably etc especially since i called ahead of time..... Also the pool needs to be better maintained. Plaster falling off in the pool etc. The first room we were given keys for wasn't cleaned.... And looked like it was a fresh sleep the night or day before. I was told that that's the cursed room that always seems to slip through the cracks.... So it's happened before. After lugging everything up we had to get a new room. The second room was "cleaned" but I would stay it was Marriott standards by any means. The room was half done in my opinion but at least it was clean linens. We paid 256 for the night (including taxes) and wish we would have stayed at another hotel. read more

My favorite Springhill suites!! The design of the hotel is really cool and different especially for Kingman, AZ! We got a 2queen suite. The room was HUGE!! There were 5 of us sleeping in the room and there was plenty of space for us all! The bathroom was really neat! They had sliding doors and the toilet was separate from the shower. There is a toilet room, with a toilet and sink. Then next to it is the shower room, with a tub/shower combo and a sink. Really neat idea! read more

Super clean, Modern room with comfy beds. It was a nice place to stay but I had a few gripes about the design of the room. First off the shower room is separated from the toilet which is fine however both have frosted glass sliding doors and are located directly in front of the beds. This made it extremely uncomfortable because you could see shadows when someone was in the bathroom at night. Our particular room also had the dresser to the left of our beds near the window. Adjacent to that was the shower/sink room, next to that was the closet and next to that was the toilet/sink room. The TV was off to the right of that not centered between the beds. Overall we had a good nights sleep or stay. The extra toiletries included were also nice. No breakfast provided was also a bummer. I dont understand why they cant at least provide packets of oatmeal, yogurts or bagged pastries. read more

First stay at this property and first stay ever in Kingman. I've now stayed at a number of new Spring Hill Suites. This one is by far, the best run. The room is really large with a double bathroom layout. The toilet and a small sink in one; the shower and large vanity in the other. Nice amenities and extras like a non slip mat for the shower, body lotion and a shower cap. Closet is spacious with a full length mirror on the front. Room has the usual set up otherwise with the West Elm fold out sofabed and a desk and coffee/micro/fridge area. Room is nicely decorated with a lot of attention to details. Two attendants at the Breakfast Area means everything was well-stocked and tidy. Plenty of fresh coffee all of the time including when we arrived at 4:00 pm. This is one of those little things that takes a place from good to great. Every staff member was friendly too. Free parking lot with lots of lighting and pretty lighted shade umbrellas at the entrance. All around great. read more

This is an outstanding hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and appealing. It was laid out well and the memory foam bed was incredible. My husband and I both slept like babies. The hot buffet breakfast is more than adequate. It has hot oatmeal with a variety of toppings. The standard scrambled eggs, a variety of breads, fruit and yogurt, ham and cheese and even spinach to add to your hot egg scramble if you want. Really good and it's free! My only complaint is the pool is tiny. It really wasn't a problem for us but it would have been nice to have more room. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. read more

The rooms were spacious. The entire hotel was cold inside. The toughest part was that the front desk put families on the upper floors who allowed their children to stomp across the floor starting at 5 am. The bathroom doors were frosted or translucent and directly in front of the beds. So if anyone used it in the middle of the night it lit up the room. The train is close by and can be heard in the middle of the night. Not great sleeping possibilities at this location. read more

We had a great experience at this hotel. We are a family of five on our way to the Grand Canyon from LA and this was the perfect stopping point. I am quite picky about cleanliness and this hotel met my expectations and then some! I loved how the toilet was separated from the shower. Shower spray very nice and water always hot enough. Beds comfortable and there was a pullout for one of my kids so everyone had a place to sleep. The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. Breakfast included and had a nice selection. Hot coffee always available. I was surprised to read the review about the noise because we found it to be very quiet. I didn't hear any other guests. We were on the 3rd floor. read more
