I went in to pay for gas and the first female attendant I spoke with was very warm in friendly. As I was pumping gas I noticed my tire so I pulled my car over into a parking spot to wait for AAA. Another female attendant (arriving for her shift) pulled up next to me and VERY rudely said "I'm parking there you have to move. As I started to explain my tire situation she said "Not my problem, move." As I tried to say I couldn't move my tire is now completely flat she drove away in the middle of my sentence and parked somewhere else. Not only did I get the flat tire driving into this station but I also paid money for gas so I was also a customer. If this is how Mobil treats paying customers who are also clearly in distress I'll take my business elsewhere.

I come here just because it feels like a mom & pop gas station. Super clean, unbelievably well-stocked - they have everything you could ever wish for (check my photos!) - a great coffee station, alcohol, tobacco products, unique snacks from around the world, smoothies, sandwiches, popcorn, car supplies, household supplies, regular groceries, ice, personal hygiene items, hardware, batteries, phone chargers, headphones, sunglasses, corkscrews, bottle openers, umbrellas, flashlights, first aid, exotic chocolates from Africa, Indian munchies, Mexican munchies - you name it, they've got it! - and very lovely owners / staff. What a HORRIBLE Gas Station is that PARTICULAR Mobil. Anyway, now on a happier and a high note, writing my review on this particular Shell Gas Station. I wish it was closer to my house like Mobil is, but I would rather drive an extra 5 to 7 minutes and get gas and snacks or whatever other service that I need from this Shell Gas Station than any other place. I have been here many times, but never crossed my mind to write a Yelp Review. Yesterday, I had few errands to run and was low on gas, happened to be close to Shell and needed $30.00 worth of gas. Walked in and was helped by Ian with a nice, smile, good attitude, helpful & professional. It was in and out. No biggies, no hustle and a bustle. It makes your day, mood when someone is easy going and doesn't make a small thing into a BIG deal. In any case. All the guys that I have dealt there before have always been nice, professional, kind, and very helpful. Place is nice, clean, big, fully stocked with their goodies, pumps are always working, reward programs are always updated, great customer service and I don't know much about their bathroom:If you can use it or not. By California law, if you need to use a gas stations bathroom , they should let you use it. Gas is about a dollar cheaper than other gas stations which is a plus. I am sure if you need help with your car in any case or situation, the guys will be more than willing and happy to help you! Keep up the good work owner, Ian, and other employees of SHELL GAS STATION!! THANK YOU, I WILL COME HERE FROM NOW ON MORE OFTEN!!!
