Its a Ralph's. Its big, and fully stocked. A little pricey. But! This Ralph's is in a center that is very convenient to the hotels near by. I was in town for the world cup and my hotel was down the street. Thanks for the snacks and drinks for our mini fridge. We always come back when we're in town for events. read more

On august 17 at approximately 9:15 i had a terrible experience at this Ralphs location. (Besides the bathrooms being very dirty and unsanitary.) When we went to check out, our cashier MARLIN was extremely rude and inappropriate. He was teasing and making extremely rude comments towards us. Asking us condescending questions about my significant others clothes and in a way it seemed to humiliate us. After a point i was so uncomfortable i remained quiet and he kept talking and teasing us. Afterwards I decided to call customer support and I spoke my concerns only to afterwards find out that he was the "customer support" on the line. He then made more unprofessional comments. I hung up out of further discomfort. I'm extremely appalled at the way I was treated by staff at this Ralphs location. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever been subjected to. And by an employee at Ralph's. read more

This review is for their seafood dept. After seeing the videos about Ralph's' fish fry offerings, which I had no idea about, I decided to try it out. This Ralphs is located close to LAX and it is busy! The parking lot is like a maze. There are cars coming from every direction. Crazy! Once you make it through (hopefully with your car and sanity intact), you enter into a nicely laid out store with a Starbucks somewhat in the middle. We walked to the back and found the seafood counter. We were promptly greeted even while the man was helping by someone else! We saw the fish fry sign and proceeded to select the fish we wanted and the type of seasoning (4 to choose from). We were told it would take 10 mins. We got them cut up into nuggets. We came back after doing some shopping and it smelled so delicious! The guy behind the counter was so excited for us to take a look inside and taste one. DELICIOUS & CRISPY! Nicely seasoned. If you haven't tried the FREE fish fry offerings at Ralphs, you should consider it. I know it's not at every location so that's why we had to drive to LAX location. read more

I shop in this often, so I am familiar with some of the staff. The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked. I enjoy the 80's music that is played in the market while I shop. The produce was low on this Visit 4/30/26. No cabbage, no broccoli. Some of the vegetables bins were low. Not full which is what I use to. Now it time for me to check out. I get in line and Madison D is at the register around 6:51pm. She did not speak. Everyone has good and bad days. I guess this was her bad day. She continued to ring up my items then proceeded to ask me "would I mind starting bagging your groceries". I said NO! I wasn't in the self check out line nor Food for Less. I come to Ralph's for service and great groceries. This was rude to ask a customer to do a job they are not expected to do. If this is the direction this store is headed, I will rethink before returning to this store. read more

First visit for us, we were looking for some items we could not find in the hotel shop. It was a 1.5 mile walk but we enjoyed being outside. This is a Kroger brand store and we were very happy with what we were able to find. Keep in mind CA charges for"bags" it's like 10 cents so bring your own if you want to. Service was helpful and the store was clean throughout. They even have a bank inside which is probably helpful in this area near LAX. read more

Great market, alt ways clean and fully stocked Cant say the employees are friendly . I've encounter six employees and only one spoke to me; not to mention the one who almost ran over me with his broom . Great flower, fruit and deli selections I don't live in the area but I work down the street so it's nice to have a nice market in the area . I came here three times during my trip, Feb. 9, and 16, 2025, walking from tetminal 1, and Feb.11, driving from Hilton hotel. On Feb. 9, Paula was cashier, I got six pack Corona beer, beef frank sausage, hotdog bun, mustard sauce, eggs, and orange juice, costed $34.33. On Feb.11, I got three bottles of Starbucks, two cans of Redbull, and same beef frank hotdog. On Feb.16, Curtis was the cashier, I got Fruit Rings cereal, three bottles Starbucks, and mustard sause bringing back to China, Honey Wheat sliced bread, deli fresh smoked uncured ham and Bologna ham, one large can of Budweiser for dinner and next morning breakfast, costed $27 cash, even his African American assistant could speak Chinese numbers. I also came here twice in September, 2023. Nice parking, organized ailses, and nice staff. read more

Closes before advertised. I realize doing closing shift sucks -- I really do -- but so does busting your arse through the airport so you can get to a store 15 minutes before it's supposed to close for literally one item so you can make yourself dinner, and they lie and say they're "closed" while people are still inside. It's a chain. No you're not. And now I've ruined my chance of actually getting the item from one of the other Ralph's stores because I stupidly decided to trust your hours instead. It would have taken less time for me to grab the item and pay than to try to argue with me about how your manager decided to close early on a whim. I could have bought the item literally 15 times before you were actually supposed to be closed. We saw 5 other people try to make it before closing and get turned away too. Not cool. read more

The Starbucks prices are incorrect. I ordered an iced mocha and it was 30 cents higher than a hot mocha. I asked and they said it is because it is iced. Ridiculous. That is NOT Starbucks policy read more

I popped in to grab some water cases and snacks and I had to come on and give a shout out to the amazing customer service at this location! I didn't catch her name but the lady checking me out at the register was so kind and friendly and I'm so glad I walked up to her checkout line. The store looked pretty clean and shelves were organized. The only downfall I saw is the parking lot is shared with a bunch of other businesses and can get quite hectic. You definitely need to pay close attention when you're driving. read more

I love coming to this ralphs but there is a lady in self check out who is a hawk eye and just doing to much. My son was helping me scan groceries with the handheld scanner and she just comes by and takes it out his hands. I needed help with voiding an item and she told me to hold on because she is busy standing and hovering over this lovely black couple while they check out. After she helps me she goes back to the couple and take something from their station and they weren't even done checking out. Exchanged a few words and proceeded to step out the door of the store and exchange words with the couple. She always does waaaay to much. I feel like I've seen her at another ralphs. Very uncomfortable experience. read more

10 STARS FOR THE SUSHI! My goodness. The sushi at this Ralph's near LAX is extremely tasty and of high quality. The two chefs prepare food on par with a restaurant. Everything is fresh and plentiful. I remember about 10 years ago I was grocery shopping at that Ralph's, and noticed a group of pilots and flight attendants making selections. That told me all I needed to know about the sushi. I was right. It's fantastic! I will drive out of my way for a sushi fix without ever a doubt about quality. Hey Ralph's, give them a raise. It's highly deserved! read more

I had the absolute worst experience at Ralphs. I was denied payment and service without any explanation, and to make matters worse, I was escorted out of the store as if I had done something wrong. I can't help but feel that this treatment was racially motivated--no one gave me a reason or even tried to clarify what was going on. When calling the store back I was hung up on twice.. and they told me legally they don't have to provide their names. I've never felt so humiliated and disrespected in a place where I was simply trying to shop. Ralphs should seriously reconsider how they treat customers, especially when they offer no justification for their actions. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management addresses these issues so others don't have to endure the same treatment. read more

A big issue here is that the shopping carts almost never work here. I don't know why they can't fix their shopping carts. It makes for a bad experience when your shopping cart doesn't work right. The store is not very well managed. The fruit options are B- at best. It would be nice if they had better bottled soda options (it's very limited here). read more

I'm an Uber driver and frequent a lot of grocery stores while I'm on the road to use the restroom the one at this location it's disgusting. I've mentioned it to the staff but I'm there's never any improvement. Toilet paper and pee and other things on the floor, it smells horrible and there's usually no soap in the soap dispenser either. I hate leaving reviews, especially bad reviews, but I come to this location probably 10 times a week and it's just getting really old and makes me not want to come here. I only come here cause I'm in this area so much, it really sucks. read more

Don't have Ralph's grocery stores in my hometown. Reminds me of Safeway and Albertsons grocery stores. This Ralph's is located in a very busy shopping plaza. Came at an off peak time, but the parking lot was still crowded. Inside the grocery store, the interior was pleasant. Aisles were well labeled and easy to navigate. Store was clean and well stocked as well. Service was fine too. My nephew is a regular here, and I can see why. Overall, this Ralph's grocery store does a nice job. read more

I haven't really gone in anywhere in 4 months due to COVID-19. That being said, this review is for March 17th of COVID. We did drive up pickup. I understand that things were starting to get crazy. I understand the uncertainty. What I don't understand is how I scheduled this pickup 4 days in advance and they didn't prepare for it. Many of us carefully planned what we needed as we felt Stay at Home was imminent. This location was a mess. They didn't pull any of the order until right before pickup time. Basically, somebody walking in would get the item before you even though you pre-ordered. I received 2 calls while I was already en route informing me that they were out of things. I chose this location (which isn't the closest to me) because they had these items online to order. What a busted system. 2 Stars because I'd give 3 (average) during normal times. 1 star off for poorly handling online orders at a time when we needed you. During COVID-19, I go nowhere. Any questions? read more

Had the worst experience today with a chubby Curley hair guy with glasses in the deli area today. I waited for someone to come out for longer than 10 minutes amongst other people in front of me a lady had to flag someone to assist her and she got the potato salad but when I asked for a block of 1 pound of smoked Gould a cheese he refused me service saying they were closed already and that they stop serving people at 7pm and that the cutting machine was already washed and in the back.. I check the time and it's 7:09pm, when I was waiting longer than 10 minutes and the cutting machine was already washed and in the back??? I went to go talk to the manager she said told them to just give it to me and the chubby guy with glasses refused, I didn't want to go back and forth so I just walked away and said thats okay. Now I have to take another trip during serving hours I guess. read more

Rudest employees Ever!!! , I witnessed someone asking for help at the self checkout this morning in kindest way ever, and the employee very rudely YELLED, "can't you see I'm busy!" just because she was putting up Christmas decorations. I love shopping at this Ralph's in particular; and it is the best all around full-service grocery store for this entire area, in my opinion. The prices have been getting lower & lower the last few months; at the same time the selection has been increasing. I've also yet to find any products or shelves damaged or dirty; as even late at night the associates take pride in their workplace. The multiple self-checkout lines make shopping during especially busy hours a breeze; & unlike most other grocers; there is rarely a vacant check-stand. The deli counter is huge; fresh, & surprisingly diverse. The spicy chicken wings in particular; you really must try! They also have a gigantic produce section; a huge florist; & an amazing selection of cereal; traveling supplies; as well as alcoholic beverages. Whether you are a local or only here for a LAX layover; you will find everything you need & more, without the price gouging. read more

This is literally the worst Ralph's which sucks because it's the closest to my house.. I don't always feel like driving to Ladera Heights and Trader Joe's doesn't always have what I need. Sadly pretty much all of the meat in the meat department is rotten...I have tried on several different occasions to shop for meat there and every time I've gotten meat that has been rancid, to the point where I had to return it because when I opened it: it stunk up my whole house! Even just walking by the meat department makes my stomach turn because of the odor. So obviously I shop here when I don't need any meat.. The other departments are fine however they stock the store at the last minute, once there's customers crowding the store. The associates who are stocking are very rude. No one here is really attentive and they will let you stand at self check out for five minutes before someone comes to help or they will go help someone else before they help you despite the fact that your help sign was on longer. Even renting a carpet cleaner here was a nightmare and I was so tired and frustrated that day from moving I could've just had a mental breakdown in the store and went off on everyone there because of their incompetence. Just writing this review makes me realize that driving 10 minutes to Ladera or 15 to El Segundo is worth it. This Ralph's really needs to go out of business because it's the most disgusting one with bad employees to top it off. read more

They have Halo Top!! I visited here a number of times while I was staying at a nearby hotel because the local restaurants left me really let down and still hungry, thank goodness for them stocking my beloved Halo Top Ice Cream too because I was able to pick up a Salad for Dinner one evening plus Dessert. Win! Ralph's is actually very similar to the Safeway we have in Nor Cal.. Similar pricing and layout they had almost everything I wanted when I came here - Greek Yogurt and Berries for Breakfast (just check the fruits for freshness first), Milk, Dougnuts and Pastries for Hubs and Water by the Gallon. Sure, it's not fancy but it's good for the basics. read more

Small store compared to other Ralph's in the area. I used to live in Westchester so I went here to cruise my old neighborhood like a little holiday down memory lane. Good thing today's visit to this funky little store was a one time affair! The produce man and the fruit man were loudly denigrating a co-worker and they were standing in the same area for too long and in my way while I was trying to grab my asparagus. Their viscous gossip was very unprofessional and distracting. The volume on the public address system was so loud that it hurt my elderly ears and also an elderly woman said, "Ouch" when a young female employee was calling for another employee. I just wanted to get out of this store fast. There are much better Ralph's in the area. Very truly yours, A Loyal Ralph's Customer. read more

Updated Review - 6/5/18 In general, the store is clean and organized. Employees are average, nothing stellar as far as service. Some are friendly, some of them you wonder why they even work there. They have a self check-out station. There's a security guard that roams around the store - I can't tell if they're friendly since they don't smile back at me. They implemented a program called CLICKLIST where you order online and just pick it up. They have a few parking spots decided for those customers. BATHROOM I've been coming to this store since 2013, at different times of the day. Their women's bathroom is unclean and unsanitary 90% of the time. I don't understand why it's difficult for them to monitor and clean it every hour. The only good thing is that the sinks are clean, running water, and there's always soap but I always feel dirty after leaving it. Management - PLEASE clean the bathrooms CONSISTENTLY! For the health and safety of your customers AND your employees. #DineSavorRepeat #RalphsGroceryStoreReview read more

I am not the type to quickly complain, but this Ralph's offers awful pick-up services. This is the third time that our groceries are not ready for pick-up at the store.
