My oh my!!!! This place is AMAZING!!! My husband and I went to Ralph's while visiting Chicago! I can't tell you how much I love this little spot!! There are TONS of flavored Cigars. The Infused Cigar menu has so many unique flavors. I got the Cranberry and Grape infused cigars. I couldn't have been more excited about them! What I love to is that they have a lounge inside, but it was a small place and was already taken. Their website has a sleek design, and has every cigar they have in their store of which you can order and have delivered to your house!!! Im so excited that being up here in Wisconsin, I could order cigars and enjoy them from this place. I don't smoke cigars all the time, but I like to enjoy them every once in a while! We will definitely go back to this spot as well when we visit!!! read more

I don't like to be lied to. They don't make the cognac infused chocolate cigars. They buy them by the bundle from another company. They add their own label and charge triple for the cigars. They are out of stock cause the company that they obtain them from are out of stock. read more

If you're a cognac & cigar lover, you'll feel right at home here! They have an amazing selection of top-tier cigar brands, and the customer service is always elite. GREAT VALUE! S/O to Maddie and the entire team for creating a true safe space to enjoy great cigars, meaningful networking, and real fellowship with good people. read more

Ralph's is a legit cigar establishment. Their sole focus is cigars only which is amazing for those simply looking to get into cigars or experienced. They have a large selection of flavored or regular cigars also arraying in sizes too. I purchased 3 flavored cigars on the larger end of sizing and paid $42. While this may be steep for some, this is actually on the more affordable end as cigars can get as expensive as $20-50 per. I purchased a honey bourbon, coconut coffee cognac and tequila mango! My friend enjoyed his gift and said he favorite thus far was the honey bourbon. Will be back for others. read more

I came all the way from California and made sure that Ralph's Cigars was on my list of MUST stops. The smell of the cigars as soon as I walked in was wonderful. My husband loves Ralph's, we order them online for him. Pricing is good and they have flavored cigars with many selections. We definitely recommend and will be back again as well as continue ordering online. Try the Coffee-Coconut cognac flavor! It's a treat!!! read more

Better ingredients, better pizza, better cigars. Great selection of cigars. Legendary flavored cognac cigars. Fantastic staff. read more

Been coming here for a few months on and off to pick up cigars to try as I am new to this hobby. Right off the bat , the customer service is great. Ralph's daughters Marisa and Maddie are usually behind the counter. And you will also have other people there with the same knowledge to guide you if you have any questions. They have a good selection of the top cigar brands and they also carry cognac infused cigars that you will find only there. There is also plenty of room to lounge and you can do byob on Fridays with no fee. Highly recommend Ralph's for your tobacco needs, you won't be disappointed. read more

Ralph's is good! They have a wide selection of cigars and the customer service is great. The staff is very helpful. I don't smoke; it's a go to place for me to get gifts! The only thing is, right now they have limited hours because of staff shortage. You have to call to confirm hours. read more

I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered 2 cigars for Christmas gifts for my sons. This company is so cheap, they send out cigars in a plastic baggie! There is no way to keep them fresh in a plastic bag!! I called to complain and I was told to open the baggie that they came in, add it to a larger baggie with a wet paper towel to keep them moist!! What the mess! I would have paid extra to have them packaged right! They didn't offer me nothing be a suggestion for a wet paper towel! I will NEVER order from this company again. And I will tell everyone that I know that does order to find another company!! Some great impression for a new customer!! read more

I really like this place....this was my first time coming in here and right away it was an enjoyable experience. The customer service was great and the clientele was hilarious!! I really felt at home here and from now on whenever I'm in town I will definitely be making a stop here!!! The infused Gorilla Finger sticks are my favorite!! read more

Like the neighborhood barbershop Ralphs is a great place to visit. Inviting and interesting conversations I guess the only drawback is the parking but that's not Ralph's fault. If you're looking for a place to spend a couple ours check him out. read more

Come here whenever I want to grab a cigar with my friends. They have a great selection. I recommend looking behind the counter where they display most of their house flavored cigars. Personally big fan of the chocolate mint got a sensational menthol breeze to it. I would be careful though got a flavored cigar and needed to be dry. The cashier said to let it dry til night. Impatient as I was I tried smoking it a few hours later. Wasn't so great. Wish they had more ready to smoke in stock. I have been service by three of their cashiers and each one knew enough about the products to help me make an informed decision. Never had a problem coming here. The only difficult part is that they have a wide selection for a small shop so it is a little difficult browsing a packed shop. Since the shop is so small there is table they'll put outside to smoke if the weather is right. Usually taken at night. Not a place to lounge around to smoke if they are busy, but a great place to buy a cigar and smoke. read more

The move to the new location is a great alternative to a disingenuous landlord. Misleading Ralph with a contract works out for the cigar lover. I ordered for the first time, eager to get my black cherry gorilla finger cigars. I got home from work early, not to miss UPS. I waited and waited, nothing. I checked my email and saw a email from UPS Choice that mY package was delivered.. I ran to the first floor from the third, I checked around the mailboxes, and outside. No package.. Called UPS, I called Ralph's and PayPal.. I was very upset to say the least about my missing package. But I am very happy to report that Ralph's Cigars replaced my order and also through in another cigar for free, I am forever grateful and can't wait to order my next shipment... Thank you Ralph and your wonderful staff for taking care of me read more

Great selection, a little out of the way but their cognac infused cigars are incredible. Yea!

Ralph is super nice guy. My boyfriend loves coming here and just chills with all the guys smoking cigars for hours. I've only been here a few times, but I see why my bf likes it here so much.....everyone is friendly, and it's just a cool place to chill at read more

After grabbing a little lunch down the street, I needed to finish up some x-mas shopping for my dear old dad. Dad loves a good cigar, so I figured a couple nice ones would make a great present for him. My boyfriend convinced me to check out Ralph's, and I am so happy I did. It's a really cozy dark place, which I love, a few chairs and a big ol' tv that was playing the Bulls game. I could totally see Dad chilling out for an hour or 2 in here. The first thing that caught my eye was an amazing selection of fedoras and other really nice hats in a case. The gentleman behind the counter told us to open it up & try some. He also offered us coffee. I explained why I was there, and a few minutes later, after a few simple questions, (mind you, I know NOTHING about cigars) Ralph was grabbing a nice selection and putting it all together in a gift box. He really took his time to make sure each cigar was special, and even told me if Dad didn't like any, he could bring it back, no problem. I had such a great experience here, even the other customers just hanging around were friendly. If you're looking for a friendly, no pressure, no bull place to buy some cigars, a pimp-ass hat, or just sit around and be all manly, Ralph's is the place to go. read more

Best in Chicago and how I know is because when I go into other cigar shops and mention Ralph's they always frown up. Lol

Ralph's cigar shop is exactly how I envisioned a small neighborhood smoke shop in Little Italy. Always full of local funny-guys and personalities, Ralph's is a quiet relaxing place to sit back and enjoy your favorite cigar while watching whatever's playing on the massive television. Although the room is small, it is not unrealistic to find 9-13 grown men relaxing and gabbing in comfort undoubtedly telling stories unfit for the dinner table back home. I know nothing about cigars, but when I went in to get my brother a nice selection for his birthday, the young woman sprung into action and helped me pick out a great selection (he liked all of them). Ralph must have taught her well as she knew her way around the extensive collection of finely wrapped tobacco and was very helpful explaining the different styles to me so that i had some idea about cigars the next time I had a chance to get a good one (ie the Cubans in Cozumel, MX). Go to Ralph's for Cigars and a little local culture, whys donts yaaas! read more

Nice location in Little Italy. Good prices and friendly owner. If you want to smoke your cigars, however, you will have to do it there, in his shop or down at the janky patio of Hennessy's. He's got a couple of very unique, not too expensive options that I recommend asking about. Cheers! read more

Used to go here for my favorite cigars. Even had the Owner call me Mijo (Son). Then one day I walk in and he was extremely upset at a co- worker and tried taking out on me. Very very unprofessional. Gone in to purchase for friends twice in last two years and still no apology. Guess his pride is worth more than business. read more

Ralph's is the bomb!!! Would I come here to stock my humidor? Sure I would. Would I come here to buy a Cigar and hang out with the locals? Absolutely. If I lived in the neighborhood, this might be my second home. The Cigar selection wasn't that broad, but what they had in stock was wonderful. Ralph took the time to ask what I normally smoked and introduced me to some new Cigars that I haven't had the chance to smoke yet. I have smoked two of four I purchased on my visit and both were delicious. The smoking lounge is a man-heaven. Ralph's had a nice little area equipped with a large Television and some comfortable chairs. The four people who were in the lounge looked like they were having the time of their lives. I wish I had more time to hang out and smoke a stick or two. The bottom line is: Ralph's is a wonderful little Cigar shop and lounge in little Italy. Ralph and his daughter could not have been nicer. This Cigar Utopia looks like a wonderful place to buy a Cigar, light it up and enjoy a ballgame. The next time I visit Ralph's I will bring my Cigar smoking shoes and kick back a while. read more

Ralph's is exactly what I'd envision a cigar shop was like when my father bought his first cigar. Lost in time and out of place in an urban enviroment overloaded with multi-purpose alcohol/tobacco superstores, Ralph's truly is a breath of fresh air. Well, unless you're smoking. read more

Pedro was my HERO just now helping me pick out 6 cigars for my anniversary gift to my partner. He took the time to choose unique flavors and explained everything in detail (even wrote down the flavor notes on a paper as that info went right out of my head being a non smoker) and offered up suggestions on future purchases depending on which ones my guy liked. Will absolutely be back for any and all cigar buying! Thanks again Pedro! read more
