No hardboiled egg and no dressing at all. Ordered two and these items were missing. I was not driving all the way back for egg and blue cheese with gas prices what they are. Thankfully I have 60 chickens and had some hardboiled eggs in fridge so I did my own and I always have blue cheese in my fridge. But, I paid for two Club Salads and they were incomplete. I love your Club Salad and your Burgers but until I see you consistent with accuracy, I am no longer tipping for takeout. I am beginning to get frustrated with the service industry always expecting or feeling entitled to tips and they cannot perform their assigned duties.

I heard about their famous shakes and burgers and decided to give it a shot. I have to say I loved the burger, fries, and shakes so much I had to seek out another location on the way home to have it again. The location on the way home was a bit run down and not very clean looking but the food hit the mark. In fact, I give the burger, fries and shakes 5 stars. They have a big confusing menu with a lot of options so I wouldn't advise you to make a decision using their website on what you want before going to the restaurant. Also, this is a Christian based family business that plays Christian music in their stores which was a bit strange to me but I didn't come for the music.

Fast food places are never rated on taste or quality of the food in my eyes. A franchise like KFC…read morebrings basic expectations of food that people predict will be there. This KFC has the food we expected it to have. That's not the reason for the one star rating here. The service at this place was disappointing for two main reasons. First, an employee argued with me about sauce cups. I spent $35 on food, including two orders of popcorn chicken and a large side of fries, and he didn't want to give me more than three cups of sauce. This may sound petty to you. But. The guy then argued at me that I got ketchup and hot sauce, and I told him I didn't ask for those things. He said that fries come with ketchup. Rather than cause a scene, I just had to walk away, because he was refusing to give me one more BBQ cup. Second, my friend who ordered ahead of me had to sit around and wait for more than 15 minutes for food (I got mine before he did), because they kept getting orders and would work on the most recent orders first. His order eventually got bumped off their order monitor, and so they just forgot about it. I hate leaving reviews like this, but when nonsense compounds on more nonsense, it compels me to say something. I made sure to return the unused ketchup and hot sauce packets before we left, since they're apparently operating on a razor thin budget.

This was kinda annoying because you are just standing up and waiting while everyone else comes and gets their food before you. When we finally got to order we ordered a few chicken sandwiches. The food did come out hot but, the whole visit took more than a hour. Fast food isn't fast when you have to wait an hour to get food in an empty restaurant.
