Went to for the first time since it opened in my area. Someone recommended the chili fries. Being as how I luv the ones from Hot Dog Allie, I gave them a try. Fries with chili sauce, & cheddar. The food is just as greasy-good as I remember it when Rally's was in Niles over 10 years ago. And the staff did get my order correct. The reason I am only giving this new Rally's 3 stars is because I had to wait pretty close to an hour in the drive-thru line before even getting to the order box. The place is only a week old, and I'm sure it'll take some time to work the bugs out, but here are some tips for you in the meanwhile. 1. Unless you're gonna park somewhere and walk up to the order window in front, make sure your car has plenty of gas. Like I said, I waited in a traffic line on South Street for just about an entire hour. 2. There are 2 entrances and exits to this place. But currently, the Elm road one is blocked off, and customers can only use the South Street entrance/exit. 3. With #2 in mind, please don't be an inconsiderate jerk. You're gonna be stuck in line on South Street, blocking other businesses - keep some room between you and the car in front of you so that other people entering/leaving Dollar General and McDonald's can still do so. Yep I gave 4 stars to a fast food burger joint! Rally's is back in Warren and I am happy that they are. This week we finally checked them out and we were not disappointed at all. (We've actually been several times this week now) The establishment is clean, well lit and very well staffed! They get huge bonus points for being open till 3am because for us night owls this is a total win! The food is made fresh so it's hot and delicious. It sometimes is a short wait but the freshness is totally worth it in my book. My personal favorite is the Baconzilla. It's a double cheese burger loaded with bacon and had cheese slices and cheese sauce on it. Really good burger!!! Splurge and have some funnel fries! They are delicious! read more

If I could give a -0 I would.. if u want nasty food and rude customer service this is the place to go...we just went thru there... ordered 2 fish sandwiches... they were THE nastiest sandwiches I have ever tasted in my life.. they were rubber.. couldn't bite into them and cooked to where there was no meat left.. not to mention the chick at the window taking our order.. she took rude to a whole new level .. the gentleman who gave me my food was better... but too late.. his co worker ruined us ever coming back.. we came right after this rally's opened and the food was decent but the service sucked... never again... read more

This location is always busy to the point where its dangerous to traffic flow on the road. After a few visits I have determined that while the food is good, the order fulfillment process is bad. Primarily working as a drive thru you can't not get orders correct as people aren't going to be eating food to catch the errors. Then they get attitudes when they mess up the orders...So much potential exists just get orders correct. read more

Waited almost 5 min to be greeted at drive thru speaker and was met with attitude when they realized I was there waiting to give my order. They NEVER put napkins in the bag, and I waited almost 15 min behind ONE car to get my food. They even had to pull that car up into a spot so who knows how long they waited after I left. My order was wrong and they never said sorry for the wait or thanks for your patience. The staff is always so nasty and rude here. Never again. They've dropped the ball too many times. It's definitely fast food but after eating McDonalds Burger King and Arbys it is a cut above them all! They have a chili dog that is really very good and I have to be honest they sell them two for three dollars. I was nervous but couldn't pass up a great deal. To my surprise it was very good! I have told several friends about them ! The wife had the Buford burger and she was very happy also. The fries were also very good! Will be definitely be going back. I honestly don't go to McDonald's or Burger King any more but do go to arby's once in a while! But will go out of my way to go to Rally's!!! read more

This is a new fast food restaurant to the area. Rally's has always been great. The menu is priced perfectly. When it first opened the drive through line was extremely long. That's a given. If you find yourself in warren, ohio and want a quick bite to eat, go to Rallys. I recommend the Big Buford. You wont go wrong. read more

Even before COVID, no matter what time of day I go I always wait at least 15 minutes and I've NEVER had an experience where they didn't mess up at least one thing in my order. Every single time. I understand being busy and making mistakes but I was just the only person there and still waitied 15 minutes for a wrong order. read more

I'm really not a fast food fan, but Rally burgers and fries are hands down my favorite burger and fries option, even more so than any sit down restaurant or "gourmet" burger joints. I just wish you could dine-in, cause you gotta eat them while they're hot and fresh! read more

I waited a couple of weeks after initially opening on Belmont Ave in Youngstown to allow the crowds to die down, and found a 30 minute wait in line, taking more than 5 minutes/car to get an order out. The burger was cold, the iced tea not what I ordered and no lemon, and the fries were also barely warm. The Rally Burger was small, not as pictured. The worst fast food, and the slowest service I have ever had. Never again! read more

Food was put together well but all the food I got was heavily fill with the condiments to where you don't taste the food as much as u would like my burger I got had more mayo ketchup and mustard the burger. My chilly dog was really heavy with onions that were really strong flavored. There loaded fries were really salt from all the bacon and a lot of ranch. I also had a kool aid slushy and it was supper sweet and amazing in my opinion. For new place and not being here so long it is a pretty good place to eat that runs different deals to make the food affordable. read more
