I ordered a 1/2 lb with BBQ, but when I got home, I found out they had given me ranch instead of BBQ(didn't find this out till I got home) Along with like half of a 1/2lb. I even drove part way home and then went back to buy more BBQ sauce because I often need extra. No one answered when I called to complain. Very disappointed, especially since I'm a regular customer. I'll be checking my orders more carefully from now on. I swear to you I didn't even pick out of it I ate one fry and that's bc I was filling up 2bbq cups into one and had extra bbq on my finger. When I pulled up to the window, the guy said it'll be ready in a few minutes before he even turned around this girl hands it off to him real quick like he didn't even finish his sentence. Rally's is my low-cost, taste champion of burgers. Prices have risen everywhere, but you get good deals and taste for your money at Rally's/Checkers. I got a Rallyburger with cheese in a small combo today. Service was better than acceptable. Since they've allocated some space to an indoors area to place orders, it seems extra cramped where they work. I noticed some piece of dirty equipment sitting against the pick up window area, looking nasty. However, the food was ready quickly, so it wasn't such a big deal. It had been raining but the tables outside were dry. It's too bad that Checkers/Rally's don't do a few stores with dining rooms but they'd have to raise prices to compensate. In-n-Out have done it but at very few stores. I noticed one thing, the small order of fries has become a smaller order but the soda doesn't seem to have changed. read more

Love this place. one of my Favorite places to go for a Burger. It is a little over priced so I'm unable to go as often as I'd like. I've only had 1 BAD Experience if you'd call it that. I ordered a Triple Buford Sandwich, and it was slightly cold and Pink in the middle of the burgers (Medium Rare) Which i don't mind, I wish it was HOTTER, but it was Still VERY Good. I think Rally's ice cream is the best in town. I usually get the swirl. Not too sweet, good texture. Doesn't give me gas like Dairy Queen ice cream. People flock to Dairy Dream in Albany. I don't get it. I think Dairy Dream is overpriced, overhyped. For the best bang for your buck and best flavor, the ice cream at Rally's is the best in Delaware County!!! They make me so sad because they rarely complete my order. Makes me sad that I really shouldn't go there anymore. The staff is so nice and kind. For the past year, I've had my two granddaughters living with me. I'm 68 years old living on a fixed little income. I simply love getting low cost food offers from Rally's. Today I was sent an offer of a small baconzilla combo for $4.99. Can't feed them any cheaper. Off to Rally's we go. They're all excited as usual. When I ordered they're combos I was Told I could only get one combo per text. If it hadn't been that they weren't excited I would have drove off. I had to pay full price for one combo. Good hamburger's and cheeseburgers and fries. Priced right and better quality than their big chain competitors. Great for a quick meal when your on the go. Always get a napkin when you eat one of their burgers because the don't skimp on the toppings. The best burger prices for quantity and quality. Would give them a 5 star if they had indoor seating. read more

I purchase the 20 wings at least twice a week! Last week a guy brought out the box of wings and handed them to me with 2 containers of sauce. I get it on the side! It used to be 4 containers. I know places are cutting costs but it is over 14.00 with tax and they don't give you a sack or napkins!! It happened to me again this past week but at least they gave me a sack!!
