I visited this rally's tonight and they did an Amazing job! From start to finish it was delicious. First I had my 2 dogs with me and they offered them a dog bone (which they loved). I ordered 2 double rally burgers with cheese, chicken nuggets box with fries, their new mozzarella sticks, funnel cake fries & 2 apple pies. My wait in line was less than 5 minutes to put in my order, then less than 10 to get my order to leave. Absolutely everything was fresh & picture perfect. Even while being checked out and handing my card over the gentleman was very sweet, even the cook made eye contact and smiled. I have been to this rally's in the past and have had different experiences but I must say there is substantial changes and I recommend everyone go it's worth it! read more

I have to say that this Rally's has gotten much better over the year anyway. For a while I would go and they seemed to not have enough people working and line would be so long. So that I am thankful have gotten better. Now today for my order the food was very fresh. The fries was so good. My chicken sandwich was great. Well the chicken was great. My complaint is that my sandwich was not made the way I requested. It was even on the recipt but they did not look or something. I did not want lettuce on it and I wanted cheese on it. I did not get cheese and they put lettuce on it. And the really bad part was I got charged 69 cents for the cheese I did not get. Of course I did not see all of this until I got home and I don't feel like going back out. I should not have to go back out. Pulled into the drive-thru because of the TV commercial advertising $1 fries (any size). Ordered 2 for $4 double cheeseburgers & 2 large fries. My total was $6 - great price for 2 meals. The fries were served hot & seasoned (I snacked on them all the way home). The double cheeseburger was also served hot & was just as good as any other fast food double cheeseburger - probably better because it didn't sit under a heat lamp waiting to be ordered. Terrible the burgers had Greasy gross bacon bits and the slushies were just ice with a dash of flavor I hate this place the only reason they got one star is because I could somewhat taste the flavor the service was terrible and it's pretty sad when you can go to McDonald's and get way better service and food read more

Me and my family had rallys today in Middletown. Worst service ever! The girl with the blonde hair and eyebrow ring took our order. We odered two number 11 large loaded fries and two chicken bite boxes. The loaded fries were a small the bacon was burnt! And the burgers werent even warm cheese wasn't even melted on it. She wasn't a friendly person at all had an attitude very unprofessional. read more

I have had an issue with this Rallys since the first time I have been there in February 2014 still have not received a call back I have a claim number 4849834 I had bought my 12 year old son there and the woman at the drive thru was serving food with her pants ripped open exposing her underwear I could see everything and more and my so was embarrassed as I was. I did not get her name because none were waring any identification that I could see I have described her to your office and 5 times now have been told I will get a call back. Even was told district manager would call. To this day I will not go back I have not heard word one from anyone. As a parent I am embarrassed that my son was embarrassed by your server we did not eat the food way should I, I did enjoy anything about my experience nor did my family :( I will keep u posted read more

One star is a stretch for this place!! Food was disgusting and cold and soggy. The drive was slow, and the woman that was serving the window was greasy and had a dirty uniform on. I pulled up to order my food and as I ordered mozzarella sticks she sarcastically asked me four or six piece as if she was scolding me as if I was a child. Pulled up to the window to pay, no nice comment or anything, the food went untouched, surprised anyone ever served that dog food to anyone. Defiantly not going back there ever. boy oh boy, the things that i have seen when at this place and at the taco bell next to it. first off, i am beyond positive that the place is flat out filthy on the inside, even after the remodels. but the reason for that is undoubtably the workers. i have seen workers smoking cigarettes inside after walking into work. i have seen workers having a sort of pow wow session outside of the restaurant with their friends in dilapidated white minivans in the drive thru. i have had multiple people tell me about the place having cockroaches also . i think eating here should be considered self harm and you really should care more about what you're putting in your body because i'm pretty sure if the workers are willing to do all of that, there is no way that they have ever washed their hands on the job or care whatsoever about those "silly expiration dates" read more
