Went here thinking it wasn't busy since there was only one car in the drive thru. Sat there waited ten plus minutes to get order taken. Get to the window and pay. Then get told to drive around to the other window. I asked for my drinks. He refuses to give me the drinks and tells me, "I will give them to you at the other window" Look if you're going to make me wait 20 minutes at least give me the drinks and the bag of fries so I would be less angry. Also don't have the automated greeting on if your just going to say hold on after I start ordering because the greeting literally says "Go ahead with your order" Someone needs to put a stop to this nonsense two lines crap. My food is always fresh. The overnight manager is very polite and I'm never waiting too long for my order. There's adequate lighting and excellent communication between the workers and the customers. I will definitely be back again for another mother cruncher after a long day of work. read more

She met me at the window, interrogating me, what did you buy, when did you buy it, from what window. I wanted to correct the order. She said that to correct it, it would cost more. I pulled up to the window and was immediately told they could not take my order because the "screen was frozen". So I asked how long it would be. I was then told the same thing, only much louder and angrier. So I asked if it would be all day, 5 minutes, or if they had any idea how long this typically takes to resolve. Since this store doesn't have a parking lot, I asked where exactly I was to pull up, to which the little girl working YELLED "WHY YOU SOUND SO CONFUSED??!! I can't imagine this Rally's has 2 stars. I'm a door dasher and was picking up an order. I asked if the brownies were in the bag because it was taped. The guy said he didn't know. Probably the WORST drive thru experience ever. They make you drive to other side of building after ordering so they can make you sit an wait. Over 22 minutes waiting and we were 2nd in line. People were coming to the window complaining. And to find out after waiting the 22 minutes our food had been sitting there ready for over 15 minutes. We could see them open the bags, remove the items, open the sandwiches and rewrap them several times during the 22 minute wait. The employees were inside arguing the entire time. Class act clown show and I will NEVER be back. That I can promise. I'd rather miss a meal than eat $32 worth of cold fries and burgers. I'm ashamed to even give this place 1 star. read more

Don't do it. I was just here, and I was not greeted by cashier, then she asked me to move to the front of the building since the order was taking a bit to be done. Ok, no big deal. I pulled around the front, only to have another employee point me to the other window. I realize this is a Rally's, and the window to which he directed me was the other drive-thru window. I followed his awkward pointing to pull forward to this window, knowing this was not the correct direction. I was at the window for approximately two minutes, when another employee, whom I had not interacted, so she had nothing to do with the order, yelled and said, "I am right here!" I thought maybe she had the food for me to pick up, but no, she yelled at me. She said I was parked in the wrong direction, which I knew. I told her that another employee had directed me to park this way. She then said something to the effect of, 'That's why they ain't paying you no attention!!' Thirty seconds later, the employee who had directed me to the window handed me the food. He was the only employee who that smiled, said hello, thank you, and even told me to have a blessed day. Ok you guys I love Rally's but now I've got to end our relationship. Last Thursday I went to Rally 's after seeing their commercial. I usually love to drool over the burgers in the commercials. However some chocolate, doe eyed, straight weave girl ruined my night. What she did after looking to see if I saw her was fix my burger. With the same unwashed dirty hands that took my money . So it's makes me wonder how many dirty cheese burger have I eaten. I was straight done. My order was 8 and 10 cents. I'm not a driver but I drove to the Rally's on West Maine from Fairview Heights. Now I only saw 3 workers. A lighter skinned female on fry's and a young black guy. He was taking some empty containers to the back. Now he had on gloves so I'm assuming he was the burger maker. So the little nasty hand girl at the window made my food. The lighter girl hit the fry container on the trashcan. I was willing to let that go, because the hot grease should have knocked off the bacteria. So I took my food and left. Didn't say a thing because I have a temper and wasn't to get locked up. (Just joking) Fast forward to later that evening when I called to tell them about the situation. The girl on the phone said" why you ain't say something when you where here" I said she knew she was doing wrong cause she peeked at me b4 she did it.Then the phone girl say's we can make it again. This is our last visit to this location. We always ask for the burger to be plain and usually they are not. Our last visit several months ago was even worse than today's loaded burger. We asked for a big fish plain since my BF does not like tarter sauce. It had tarter sauce on it. We asked for a new plain one and when handed the sandwich back to us it was obvious they only scraped the tarter sauce off. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone.
