I didn't choose to stop here, but my friend did. She overheard me talking about their funnel cake fries. Which, are on the menu. No where does it say we don't have them or that they are our. She goes to order them, and the lady was a little rude and said we don't have those! There's a huge difference in being out or not having them period. Don't advertise it if you don't have them period. I feel like they just didn't want to make them at all. Hence, why I quit going there. They come off lazy and never get anything right. My fiancé orders burgers there and tells them Multiple times no mayo, and yet still has mayo! read more

The chili dogs looked like they been sitting out for hours tasted bad !! I had a big Buford with large fries and a banana shake. It was nothing like original meal I did not Finnish it I hope they get closed down soon !! Lazy nasty people working there oh and rude. Plus just went there again she should have known to go there but I asked for the special they had today and they told her there was no big Buford special going on. So she went to the other one and they told her they don't know why they told her that. Because it's at all of them !! We won't ever go back to this on again. read more

Rally's - Burgers Near Me - Belleville, Illinois

Went here thinking it wasn't busy since there was only one car in the drive thru. Sat there waited ten plus minutes to get order taken. Get to the window and pay. Then get told to drive around to the other window. I asked for my drinks. He refuses to give me the drinks and tells me, "I will give them to you at the other window" Look if you're going to make me wait 20 minutes at least give me the drinks and the bag of fries so I would be less angry. Also don't have the automated greeting on if your just going to say hold on after I start ordering because the greeting literally says "Go ahead with your order" Someone needs to put a stop to this nonsense two lines crap. At least if we are all in the same line we know how many people are waiting and whether or not we want to wait . We are at 30 minutes now and climbing. read more

I visited the West Main restaurant. The manager was the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. I took an order back. She met me at the window, interrogating me, what did you buy, when did you buy it, from what window. I wanted to correct the order. She said that to correct it, it would cost more. I told her I didn't care just fix it. She continued to berate me. She went to the cook station and continued to loudly bad mouth me. I ordered the monster chicken sandwich with bacon and onion straws. This manager personally took 2 chicken patties that were for a lesser sandwich and overcooked them on purpose. She refused to give me her first name. This service was intentionally bad and disp read more

My food is always fresh. The overnight manager is very polite and I'm never waiting too long for my order. There's adequate lighting and excellent communication between the workers and the customers. I will definitely be back again for another mother cruncher after a long day of work. read more

I pulled up to the window and was immediately told they could not take my order because the "screen was frozen". So I asked how long it would be. I was then told the same thing, only much louder and angrier. So I asked if it would be all day, 5 minutes, or if they had any idea how long this typically takes to resolve. I was then told to pull into the parking lot if I wanted to order. Since this store doesn't have a parking lot, I asked where exactly I was to pull up, to which the little girl working YELLED "WHY YOU SOUND SO CONFUSED??!! IF YOU WANT FOOD PULL INTO THE PARKING LOT!". I asked her name, she gave it and I said thank you. Her reply was "HAVE A NICE DAY, BUB". I will never go back there. read more

Everytime you visit this Rally's you can be certain that at least one of the items you're about to order they don't have or can't make right now. You should really remove things from your menu or fix the inventory or operation since there's so much on the menu that's always unavailable! read more

I can't imagine this Rally's has 2 stars. I'm a door dasher and was picking up an order. I asked if the brownies were in the bag because it was taped. The guy said he didn't know. I asked him to find out. A "lady" came back and yelled at me that everything was in the bag and slammed the window. Thank God I'm a Christian! She should be happy as well. I told the customer what happened and he said he would never eat there again. She needs to be fired and if anyone that eats there ... beware! read more

Oh wow lol we had just gotten done with Fourth of July activities and were so excited that rally's was "opened" and super close to the house! All the lights were on for the drive through and the dinning room so i pulled up in the drive through getting ready to order only for the girl to get on and say "I'm not taking orders right now" Haha wait..... pause.... lol if I'm not mistaken your hours of operation say till 4am ?? I was there at 12:44 am so am I missing something?? West coast rally's never do me this dirty I'm just saying read more

Probably the WORST drive thru experience ever. They make you drive to other side of building after ordering so they can make you sit an wait. Over 22 minutes waiting and we were 2nd in line. People were coming to the window complaining. And to find out after waiting the 22 minutes our food had been sitting there ready for over 15 minutes. We could see them open the bags, remove the items, open the sandwiches and rewrap them several times during the 22 minute wait. The employees were inside arguing the entire time. Class act clown show and I will NEVER be back. That I can promise. I'd rather miss a meal than eat $32 worth of cold fries and burgers. I'm ashamed to even give this place 1 star. read more

Don't do it. I was just here, and I was not greeted by cashier, then she asked me to move to the front of the building since the order was taking a bit to be done. Ok, no big deal. I pulled around the front, only to have another employee point me to the other window. I realize this is a Rally's, and the window to which he directed me was the other drive-thru window. I followed his awkward pointing to pull forward to this window, knowing this was not the correct direction. I was at the window for approximately two minutes, when another employee, whom I had not interacted, so she had nothing to do with the order, yelled and said, "I am right here!" I thought maybe she had the food for me to pick up, but no, she yelled at me. She said I was parked in the wrong direction, which I knew. I told her that another employee had directed me to park this way. She then said something to the effect of, 'That's why they ain't paying you no attention!!' Thirty seconds later, the employee who had directed me to the window handed me the food. He was the only employee who that smiled, said hello, thank you, and even told me to have a blessed day. I could've done with the smile only at that point. Avoid this Rally's. read more

There open till 3 got there about 2:55 they asked me what I wanted I proceeded to tell them what I wanted and then they said nothing at all turned off the lights inside and hid in the managers office. They could have said eh it's too late and we don't have what you want but instead completely silent! Immature and very rude is it that hard to see I'm sorry sir but we can't fill that order for whatever reason I'm sorry. But instead complete silence I even got out of my car and went to the walk up ordering window and they hid like children!!!! read more

Ok you guys I love Rally's but now I've got to end our relationship. Last Thursday I went to Rally 's after seeing their commercial. I usually love to drool over the burgers in the commercials. However some chocolate, doe eyed, straight weave girl ruined my night. What she did after looking to see if I saw her was fix my burger. With the same unwashed dirty hands that took my money . So it's makes me wonder how many dirty cheese burger have I eaten. I was straight done. My order was 8 and 10 cents. I'm not a driver but I drove to the Rally's on West Maine from Fairview Heights. Now I only saw 3 workers. A lighter skinned female on fry's and a young black guy. He was taking some empty containers to the back. Now he had on gloves so I'm assuming he was the burger maker. So the little nasty hand girl at the window made my food. The lighter girl hit the fry container on the trashcan. I was willing to let that go, because the hot grease should have knocked off the bacteria. So I took my food and left. Didn't say a thing because I have a temper and wasn't to get locked up. (Just joking) Fast forward to later that evening when I called to tell them about the situation. The girl on the phone said" why you ain't say something when you where here" I said she knew she was doing wrong cause she peeked at me b4 she did it.Then the phone girl say's we can make it again. I said no way. She said I could call her manager Nicole in the morning. I didn't cause I didn't want the girl to get in trouble over me. So instead I Yelped.Im sure that wasn't the first time she touch money, register then made food. I'm done with Rally 's period. If you guys go there look inside and make sure the cashier isn't making your burger without gloves and dirty ole cash hands. . read more

This is our last visit to this location. We always ask for the burger to be plain and usually they are not. Our last visit several months ago was even worse than today's loaded burger. We asked for a big fish plain since my BF does not like tarter sauce. It had tarter sauce on it. We asked for a new plain one and when handed the sandwich back to us it was obvious they only scraped the tarter sauce off. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. We finally called another location and talked with mgmt. No effort was made at all to compensate for our loss of money. Service is not friendly in any way. No smiles or thanks you's. read more
