Pleasantly surprised! My expectations were extremely low considering the reputation of fast food chains these days and based on reviews on Yelp. All of the restaurants in this strip have less than three stars. White Castles had the best rating and the complaints were mostly NOT related to food quality which is extremely important! I took a chance. I was waited on as soon as I pulled up to the intercom to order in the drive thru. The employee's attitude was good. I pulled around to pay and received my order right away and it's hot! I had to write a positive review for the young people working right now. They are doing their job. Thank you young people!!! I placed my order through drive thru when I got to the window the lady stated she accidentally gave my order. She stated that she was going to remake but she never did. She told me that my card has declined so I gave her several more and she claimed that they also declined. I called my bank and they stated that my card was never swiped. I also went to Popeyes next door and the card worked fine. Please be aware. read more

Went inside the to order. Staff was great and very talkative. I asked for extra extra pickle and even talked to the nice lady who was making my food and said the more pickle you put on it the better. It even stated on my printed receipt for extra pickle. Took my order to go and when I arrived at my location to sit down and eat there wasn't one pickle on any of the six burgers that I ordered. This was my first time having white castle sliders. I've never heard of this company before so when I was taken here for a quick bite I wasn't so impressed. It was a thin piece of the meat between tiny buns. It didn't really have an experience when I was eating it . It's edible but I'm not sure why it took so long to make.... We ordered 5 sliders and it took about 15 minutes to get to us... Interior needs to be updated and the tables & chairs should be wiped down more frequently, especially since this place wasn't busy at the time we went. After a rude conversation with the drive thru employee they left their mic on. They said "have a good one." I said thank you and they said " I wasn't talking to you." Overall it was a very rude experience. I would give it 1 or zero stars, but the burgers are amazing. read more

It's White Castle. You know what you're getting yourself into. The reason I'm leaving a poor review is because they still haven't changed their hours of operation online or taken down the 24 hour signs. Finding food during night shifts is hard enough without having to weave through all the bogus 24 hour advertising. I wasted the better part of an hour driving out that way. Don't be lazy; update your hours online and take down the 24 hour signs..... or better yet, open back up. read more

If I could go -star this place would have scored today!! The building clean the lot is clean....seemed like a great place to grab a breakfast sandwich on the run. This store however seems to take one order at a time, cool the order, serve the order and then take another order- this process would not have been problem happening somewhere else - however at restaurant that normally has food cooking around the clock and then throws the food out the window at you because they are fast food--this was a bit shocking ... I pulled up to the drive through area to place my order to be ask to hold on ... No problem at this point perhaps they are getting an order out the window- 4 minutes later I am still waiting at the driver thru order area- so I pull up to the window to see if anyone is actually in the store (I notice no other cars in the parking lot mine and two others- so I guess the working staff is still in the building. In the window of the drive thru I see a guy messing with something but he never acknowledges my presence- I wait and wait no acknowledgement at all... I pull around to front of store, park and go into the store just to see what the hang up could be- one employee inside - one customer inside- as I look around at the dinning room...very nice seems clean- my question to the employee is "what good is the building when it's empty" boo I am not having food here today!! read more

Just went to this location to pick up breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful but the food was horrible. The waffles on our sandwiches obviously suffered from freezer burn. They had no chicken. All five of my meals came with an orange juice and all five were expired by six days. Will never be back sorry guys you have great service but wow. Whoever is in charge of checking these things dropped the ball. read more

Before tonight, i always had a pleasant experience going through the drive thru at this location. Drive thru worker did not greet before taking my order. When handing out food, she barely leaned out of the window to hand out my order. She was talking to someone else while my order was sitting at the window. Waited until she was done talking and then handed me my order. It was as if I was inconveniencing her by even being there. read more

The last 4 times, I've had issues at this store. The worst one was 3 months ago, when I stopped at 6:15 a.m. on my way to work. Waited at the drive thru, where no one acknowledged me. There was one vehicle in the parking lot. I pulled around to the front and saw no one walking around. I honked my horn to get someones attention, after 15 min. I left to go to another restaurant. They never seem to have sweet tea, which I love, made at this time. Final straw was I ordered 5 sliders, which took 15 min. to make. When I got to work, which is down the street, the sliders were lukewarm, and the bun was kind of hard, as if it was microwaved. The milk carton was 5 days past due, when I opened it up, it was sour and curdled. I called the restaurant to let them know they need to check their milk stock for out of date items, the manager apologized and told me they were having problems with their milk lately...and that was it, no, I'm sorry, bring in your receipt and we'll refund your money, or replace it with something else...Just shrugged it off. Maybe they need new staff here, but the workers didn't acknowledge with a friendly demeanor at the window, and seemed as if they could care less. White Castle Corp. maybe you need to do some visits here. read more
