They seldom have common medications in stock and the wait time is 3-4 weeks to get a common medication in stock. Then the fun begins. you receive a text telling you that the medication is ready for pick up. When you arrive, the say that it is out of stock but promise a shipment in the next 2-3 days and that a second text will be received. This does not happen. They confuse drugs which could be devastating for trusting souls who assume that the pharmacy got it right. If you use the store, always get the name of the person at the window or on the phone. Average wait time for a call to go through is 45 minutes to 1.5 hours and then a disconnect. Go elsewhere.....

We needed to make an order through Amazon and have it received at a locker and this location fit the bill. As soon as you walk inside, walk to your right and follow the perimeter of the store and you'll soon see them. It was easy for my husband to have the barcode scanned from his phone to get the locker to open. But the lady in front of us had trouble using the touch screen to try to get her package. Anyways, after we got our item, we decided to get some ice cream. We ended up getting: Double scoop of ice cream, $3.79- We opted to have this served in a bowl instead of a cone. We picked butter pecan and pistachio. The portion size of each scoop is pretty big and the ice cream was pretty good. What really surprised me is that for 2 large scoops, this was still cheaper than the single scoop that my husband and I had at Baskin Robbins the day before. You really can't beat good ol' Thrifty ice cream. But I do want to mention that you can't try a sample of the ice cream like you can at Baskin Robbins though. The one employee who helped us (he directed us to the Amazon Lockers when we first came in) with our ice cream was very nice and friendly. But the girl who initially helped us with the ice cream (and then switched places with this male employee for the register while he scooped up our ice cream) wasn't nearly as helpful or enthusiastic. Overall, we had a pretty positive experience and will definitely be back for some more ice cream in the near future.

I got a text message the next day and was able to pick up my prescription in the afternoon with no issues. They took my insurance information and it was quick and easy.. I really haven't been to this location in over a decade but when I was younger my parents lived near here so I would come occasionally for photo prints or Redbox. If that doesn't tell you how long it's been, I don't know what will. It doesn't seem like it's been updated in all that time but so far my recent experience has been good so I think I will keep using them for my pharmacy.

Unfortunately for me, as I was doing that, I saw some deals on necessity and leisure items and decided to order six other things as well to see if it was time to change my mind about Walmart. Here is my experience: Before it was even time to pick up the bouquet, one of the items shipped and was delivered to my house. It was a little card game for the party and it was $4 cheaper than I had seen it online other places. They did not package it in a box or in any way actually, it looked like someone grabbed t off the shelf and drove it to my house. That might have been a good thing, except that it was raining hard that day and they left it on my grass. It did have some cellophane around it so it was still usable, but it was definitely not in good condition. We were not off to a good start. Then, when I went to get the bouquet just before the party, I picked up the three in store items. Their was a wait to get my things but it wasn't too long or difficult. As I was waiting, a woman told me that she always gets here groceries here because you can order online and then just pull up in your car and they wil bring it out to you. I made sure to let her know that most ethical and local grocery stores offer that option as well. My experience in the bakery was also easy with just a short wait and I will say that for the price I paid, the bouquet looked amazing. If I were rating this store on the cost of the bouquet for the way it looked they would get 5 stars no question. People at the party thought I had paid $100-$200 for it (we played guess the price) and all said it looked amazing. However, there were issues. The party person does not like chocolate so I ordered all white cupcakes but when we started eating it, I realized they had made a half and half with some white and some chocolate. I was upset at first but the white cake was SO dry that the slightly more moist chocolate actually tasted better even though it was not preferred. The frosting was super sweet and overpowering and also somehow dry at the same time. Therefore it became more of a thing to look at rather than eat because it just didn't taste good. We ended up throwing 7 of the cupcakes away at the end and I don't blame them at all. So to recap for anyone thinking of getting one: Looks and price 5/5, Flavor and quality 0/5. If you don't care a bout the taste and just need something that looks good, this is definitely a smart purchase for the price. After this experience, I look forward to the next 20 years of never shopping at Walmart again but I am glad I tried them out, especially because if I hadn't purchased the cupcake bouquet, I was going to get myself one of their heart cakes for my birthday and I would have been so disappointed had it been inedible. Everything looked fresh and well-stocked. The clothing section honestly surprised me the most. It was organized, cute displays, and easy to shop. Big improvement. What I loved the most, though, was seeing more cashiers again. I usually shop online, so when I do come in, it means a lot to interact with someone kind. My cashier was friendly, patient, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. Security was respectful, the store felt safe, and overall the visit was way better than I expected. I'm actually glad I gave this Walmart another chance.

Every time they answer the phone they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what is going on they are quick to get on the phone and get in touch with doctors or insurance companies to try to figure out what is happening with your medication if there's a delay etc. I have never had to wait very long for my prescription and I love the text service about when your prescriptions are ready it's always been very accurate. I can't say that I have never had a bad interaction with any of the employees at the Walmart pharmacy, I believe that they work harder and smarter than just about every other pharmacy in the area.

After standing there and seeing no movement, I made the decision to walk out and leave our cart. I've never done that before, but the wait just wasn't manageable. I'm not sure how checkout staffing is planned here, but for how busy the store was, I expected much better. Target is usually reliable, which made this experience especially disappointing. I hope this location improves staffing during peak times, because long checkout lines can undo an otherwise good shopping experience very quickly.
