I'm always so grateful for Derrick and the CVS pharmacy team. They take care of everything with kindness and efficiency, and it really makes a difference for me. The delivery service especially helps. I can count on my medications arriving when they're supposed to, and not having to go inside is a huge help. I also love the coupons and rewards. I always seem to earn extra and end up getting free items or good savings, which is such a nice bonus. Thank you for making things easier and for always being there when it matters. Ordered COVID test online. My friend picked it up for me since I'm not feeling well hence the need for a test. Feeling horrible, opened it up only to find dead bug and decomposed bug parts!! Guess no quality control check on their own branded products! This made me sicker!! read more

I personally won't shop here again. I've been in this location twice. The first time, I used self checkout while couponing ( I have social anxiety and hate to create a line) and the machine kept messing up, it took the associate about 10 minutes to finally come to help me. Finally decided to move the transaction to the register and took the product I was purchasing with me, only for the manager ( or someone who may have been her) to ask the associate why she would let me walk away with the product? As if I weren't going to go to the register to pay for it? Proceed to today, decide to give it a second chance. Gentleman on duty, whom may be the manager on duty, not sure. I would push button and ask for help for whatever product I needed that was in the case, you would think I was twisting his arm for him to open it. To top it off, he began to speak with the female associate about a " Crazy Drug addict" customer that came in who was behaving a bit erratic. The customer was not in fact an addict, but someone suffering from mental health problems. I've worked in customer service for many years, and I would never think to be rude to customers like these individuals are at this location. Do better CVS. read more

5:00pm - everyone is off of work to pick up prescriptions and only 1 clerk working. I've been in line 20 minutes now and only moved 3 spaces. There are 3 more in front of me and now 7 behind. Get your program together CVS! And I tried coming in at 1:45pm and I was told they were closing at 2pm for lunch so I was turned away. Why does everyone need to go to lunch at the same time? Not impressed with your service whatsoever. read more

I'm a regular customer at CVS in Lodi on Kettleman. Susan is an exceptional person and employee. She has mastered every position in the store and far exceeds her peers in every department. She always goes the extra mile for us whatever our needs are. She is friendly, quick, intelligent and thorough. She always makes sure we get what we need and if there is something not available will check the stock in the back or ensure she can take care of it in the store. Your business must recognize these employees to ensure customer satisfaction and employee loyalty. read more

This CVS is now a mess. The pharmacy is the only place I even bother with CVS. At one time as long as I get to Derrick the head Pharmacists he can fly through filling all my rx's without a Problem. Derrick is not in much any more. He's helping at another CVS to help clean up there messes. It's great he is that good of a pharmacist that he can go and get other bad CVS up and running correctly. But on the other hand Lodi is losing a real diamond. Derrick is amazingly awesome and our Lodi store everyone I know that uses this pharmacy is now after many years of being amazing and if Derrick is going to continue to missing at our store after 35+years I'm am going to be leaving also. This was the nearest CVS open late on a Thursday, so we gave it a try. The lot was surprisingly empty and we snagged a parking space right up front. As soon as I walked in I appreciated how spacious this CVS was. Huge! Although I soon realized how dated it looked. It didn't help that products on the shelves looked messy and not well-stocked. It was almost like we walked in right after a super sale or something. Maybe they had a busy day and were still recovering. The pharmacy staff was friendly and accommodating. And I was comforted to see that most employees had masks on. Although a guy came out from the back to open a front register--I'm guessing a manager--who didn't have a mask on. I know it's not currently mandated, but the CDC currently says to maximize protection from the Delta variant and prevent possibly spreading it to others, wear a mask indoors in public in areas of substantial or high transmission. This area's having high transmission, so I wore a mask and I would appreciate if all employees followed CDC recommendations, so I can feel safe. Luckily I found a different cashier, who wore a mask. read more

I've been told 2 times my prescriptions would be ready and on the date I was told i go in just to be told it wont be ready for two more day. Get the days right please. 70 year olds plan their day accordingly. very frustrating read more

I know the CVS is a little bit older but I find the pharmacist and the staff extremely kind and helpful. Sometimes a little frustrating dealing with the new checkout counters but they are getting better at helping you every time I go in. It has become my favorite CVS because of the people. read more

Wow I came in to CVS this morning with a cough. I went to ask the Lady pharmacist what she would recommend and I was met with a "we don't open till 8am in a rude tone. I always thought of pharmacist as doctors to be kind and helpful. I was wrong they are just glorified pill pushers for big pharma. I would recommend Walgreens or Rite aide. read more

I just went in to pick up a PX for my mother, I stood in line for 15 minutes with 4 people in front of me including a Two Ton Tammy. This woman had more prescriptions than a hospital, and she opened every bag to try read all the containers, then attempted to place them all in one bag. The clerk stood there and said nothing while a line was forming behind me. Then she took another 5 minutes to get her credit card out and pay, which she should have already done while she was waiting. After the Circus Fat Lady left, I finally got to the counter and got my mothers prescription. I asked if they had a prescription for me, I was told they were working on it, and It would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited until my name was called, went up to the counter, and was told very rudely to "Get In Line" I would have to wait in line a second time to pick up the prescription that they had just called me to the counter to pick up. The woman was a total bitch about this. The line was quite long, and I left. This stores attitude towards it customers SUCKS! read more

This is my pharmacy! Derrick is amazing and gets his stuff done! Everyone works well together. For all the haters, the pharmacy doesn't just make up rules. It's our FDA, Congress, dumb parents overdosing kids on cough syrup, meth addicts buying allergy meds, etc. They have to follow the guidelines & laws. You forget your license for a controlled drug? Go home and get the license. It doesn't matter if they know you personally, see you every week or day. Learn to use the APP. It's amazing. Very helpful. Be nice to those really old pharmacist guys. They owned the "Mom & Pop" pharmacies and were bought out. So those guys finishing out there final years in something that they never saw coming, are misplaced & confused. We are selfish and demand everything 24/7. So back off and have some respect. The manager is awesome. Don't ever mess with that lady. Tough mama! read more

Literally the worst pharmacy, takes forever to get a hold of an actual person over the phone. They give you a 15-30 minute time frame for prescription pick up but when you get in store it's another 20 minutes, 2 hours after the dr has already sent prescription in. Pharmacy staff is so nonchalant about it, like oh well that's all we can do. read more

I'm being generous with my 2 star rating only because I do feel that the pharmacy staff is awesome. But this store is horrible. They are always out of everything that you would need. I'm not talking about random items, I'm referring to medication. I mean really. Your job as CVS is provide OTC meds but you are ALWAYS out of them. It drives me crazy!!!! The staff, including the pharmacist, at this location are horrible. On two separate occasions, I had consults with the pharmacist/s, one of which was per his request, the other was requested by me. The first time, not only did he present himself to be a total ass with an awful attitude, he didn't address ANY of my questions regarding a medication with anything more than "I don't know" and to "ask the Dr". I called and complained about him. The second time, the pharmacist requested to consult me over a medicated shampoo...and proceeded to open and basically read the instructions to me...what he could see anyway. He was older and the print was fine. When I asked him a very specific question concerning any contraindications (which he specifically trained to answer) with the use of this medicated shampoo and the regular shampoo/conditioner, I was told to ask the PCP or have her chart sent over. Ummm, never discussed hair care routine with the Dr., there wouldn't be anything in her chart, to help with the question. So, when I attempted to pick up my child's same monthly medication for the 4/5 month in a row, and was turned away because I had misplaced my ID. It was the last straw. I understand it's controlled...but still, I and only I, have been picking up the same medication for months. I offered to verify everything that's on the ID. Nope, they'd rather let a child go without the much needed med. The next day, I call and have the Dr., switch the med to Walgreens to fill...which I hadn't been to in over a year, and just like that, they fill the med AND hand it to me. Last week I waited in back pharmacy line for 15 minutes behind two ladies to pick up my RX. The cashier requested help up front and I watched the 4 other women working back there glance up and NEVER Helped to open up another register. It was SO rude, I was about to say "didn't you hear her? " There were two people behind me getting very frustrated. The cashier was apologetic, I felt bad for her, her fellow employees needed to help! Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Will go elsewhere as this whole experience almost made me late to pick up my daughter at school, I have no tolerance for zero customer service skills. read more

The short: Who doesn't love going into a drug store that looks like it just arrived from the 1970's and has almost no staff and what staff they do have are rude. The long: Had to run in to get a few things for my wife after a physician suggested some alternative fixes for some pain. I had never been in this particular location before and WOW what a shock. I'm pretty sure this place hasn't had any work done since 1974 and maybe even not stocked or cleaned since then. The isles were widely spaced apart and were half empty. After finding the area I needed there were about 6 options that were supposed to be there but in reality there were only 2 so I grabbed the lesser or two evils and headed to check out. There was one register open with people standing in line 7 customers deep and then there were 4 other employees standing at another register all chatting it up. After getting irritated because I was standing in line waiting and waiting while I could see employees right there I spoke up and said something. I actually asked why they couldn't open up another register and I was told they were "training". I guess they were going over how to ignore and piss off the customer in that part of training. I'm always at this place because of my mass amount of prescriptions I take. The staff is VERY friendly and knowledgeable but the one thing that they do, that no other CVS does. It's that if I ask any one of my prescriptions to be filled via there online app on a certain day. Usually 3-4 days before. They always fill it early then proceed to (recorded) call me 3-4 times a day, text me then lastly a person will call me. All before it is suppose to be ready. ANNOYING! No other CVS does this, just this one. They usually just call once. Plus, I doing know if they plan to remodel this store but it is in DIRE need. I had grown accustomed to the drive thru ones but this one reminds me of Longs days and never changed. read more

If I could give this place a negative review I would and it's not the store itself but a manager in the store. Manager was being aggressive and disrespectful to a young female employee. I told him he was being rude and why he felt it was ok to be a dick. I went about my shopping and later the manager came up to me and told me to use profanity in "his" store I questioned him and said profanity is unacceptable but belittling a young female employee in front of customers is ok? He said I didn't know what I was talking about and the girl or what was going on. I guess I'm different I don't think anyone deserves to be talked down to like they are unintelligent. I put all my belongings down and said I'm sorry I cannot support a business like this. He agreed that he didn't want "people like me" in his store. This guy is ridiculous. I shop at CVS for all of my first aid care as well as vitamins and over the counter medications I also have all of my prescriptions go to CVS that will be changing effective immediately. I shop here all the time. it is a good store. I,like getting my extra bucks. its old store, but that doesnt bother me at all, sales are good, combined with extra bucks. we get our prescriptions filled,here..my husband takes about 5 different medications,, I turn my prescriptions in early so they will have them in stock when its time to fill. The Pharmacist Derrick is very nice, very professional and knowledgeable, and Always helps if i have questions or any issues with them. Annette is very helpful also, and can answer any questions . Elisa is my favorite pharmacy tech. .shes always helpful, and happy. Tony, Pharmacy Tech, is another favorite, he is super helpful, and answers all my questions, while being professional and funny too...they all take good care of our families needs we enjoy coming here, Shop here for your family. ...we trust them Completely. I've been to bad CVS stores, but this was horrible! The first thing I noticed was the odor, it smelled like urine. All the aisles were dirty and I stocked. I had to switch to the CVS pharmacy after years of going to Walgreens (insurance issue). This store is really old - it smells old! The pharmacy staff is nice, though. Every time I walk in that store, it's as if I stepped back into time. They really need to update this place and make sure they are fully stocked. They have more than enough space to add more merchandise if they wanted to. It looks like whatever they do have is drowning in all that extra space! read more

I don't think I'll shop here again. I just visited this CVS store to pick up a few things and I was very disappointed. There were plenty of employees walking about the store, but no one looked at me or asked if I needed any help finding anything. At the register I was charged twice for an item and had to bring it to the attention of the cashier, after I paid for my purchase. Good thing I checked my receipt before I left the store. The cashier proceeded to help the next customer in line before refunding my money. I thought this was rude and dismissive. The cashier finally went through the routine of refunding my money and then turned to help the next customer in line. There was no apology. I felt like I was putting her out by requesting that she correct her mistake and refund my money. Accidents happen, but where has polite customer service gone? I used to shop at this location back when it was a Long's Drugstore (for many, many years!), as it was a small store with nice helpful employees. The only reason to shop here was for the convenience and the helpful friendly staff. They've lost all of that and it's really too bad. read more
