I will go somewhere else to buy another pair. I had high hopes, but it seems like no matter where you go for glasses or how much you spend, they're all made in China and they are cheap crap anymore. The way glasses places seem to work, not just here, feels like a massive scam. It's not the folk that work here, I guess, it's just the product they sell. He was very smart to me and it didn't matter what I said , and when I turned around the two women behind the glass window was smiling so they were enjoying the idiot as well. Oh and I learned something the eye doctor has nothing to do with the glasses part. so they cant help you figure out why there's something wrong with your lenes either. And the company that makes your lens does a perfect job too with all the new technology nothing can go wrong with the making of your lens.

I…read morehave worn glasses since the age of 7 and I was in a position to have lasik surgery now at 44 yrs of age. I was overwhelmed with the joy in my heart when the procedure was done(less then 20 minutes might I ad) and I could immediately see a difference. It is now been on week today and I see 20/30 and before that I was a negative 7. and negative 6 in both eyes. Now if there is a person out there that reads this and has any doubts, don't. I prayed for god to restore my vision to what i couldn't ever remember, and what a blessing he sent down to me. I want to thank Dr. rynerson for the kindness and the wonderful work that he took in my eyes. I am truly truly blessed and overwhelmed with joy.

My recent experience with Love & Warden was deeply frustrating and frankly unacceptable…read more Following an examination with Dr. Bray, I was explicitly told that coordination with my cataract surgeon's office would be necessary for proper follow-up care. That coordination never happened. Despite clear direction and the importance of continuity between providers for something as serious as cataract treatment, Love & Warden failed to communicate effectively with my surgeon's office or help facilitate the necessary follow-up appointment. As a patient, I should not have to act as the go-between for two medical providers who are supposed to be working together in my best interest. Equally disappointing is the excessive time patients are required to wait in their office. The delays for what should be routine exams are unreasonable. You can plan on sitting well past your scheduled appointment time with little communication or regard for your time. For a practice that asks patients to arrive promptly and respect their schedule, the same courtesy is clearly not extended in return. Between the lack of care coordination and the consistently long waits, this experience has fallen far short of what I expect from a professional eye care provider. Patients deserve timely service and proactive communication -- especially when dealing with something as important as vision and surgical follow-up. Unfortunately, Love & Warden delivered neither.

At every visit, I am badgered by the doctor about the type of contacts I wear, despite having excellent eye health. Today I informed the doctor that I am moving out of state at the end of the week and asked do you have a printout of my contact lens prescription; and then was charged a ridiculous fee to simply be given my prescription - without being made aware of the charge beforehand. I've then asked to have a small scratch buffed out of my glasses, and was told that is not a service provided at your office - but was offered to purchase new glasses. I honestly feel that selling contacts and glasses is the ultimate goal by your staff - all about the money - and not nearly as much about the care of the patient. It's sad, really. I feel I have no choice but to inform others online with my honest review, since there was no attempt even made to rectify this issue.

This is hands down the most caring medical staff I've ever encountered, and I've been to a lot of…read moredoctors. The staff here are so cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. They are also very considerate of your time- wait times aren't long. I'm so grateful I chose Dr. Downing, he's very caring and went well out of his way to make sure I understood everything and got all the meds I needed. I got the PRK surgery (similar to lasik) and am overjoyed with the results! I can now see better than when I wore glasses! Dr. Downing is a very skilled doctor. Cannot recommend enough.
