I have been going here for a long time, feeling like I was in good hands, however, now, I am not…read moreso sure, they have done so much to my eyes, like taking away some of the vision in one eye to improve the other eye, then they put in the plugs for dry eye, which did not last any time until they were gone, they they said I needed cataract surgery, instead of waiting until I could tell I needed something done, I consented right away, Neither did I ask for a second opinion, then they said I needed lazer surgery to remove a film on my eye that they said comes sometimes after cataract surgery, however this time I only consented to one eye, because by this time I was feeling like I had already had too much done, (but how can I be sure not being a professional?) but I am not a happy camper after about 2 years after the cataract surgery, my eyes have a glare to them, which could possibly be from not allowing them to do the lazer on both eyes? but I have a sticky watery substance that comes from my eyes now, that sticks to my eyelashes, and lately I have woke up to seeing thru a cloudy/muddy like film over my eyes, that will go away after I blink several times and wash my eyes out, I am scared to go back honestly for fear of what they might recommend next, am I being paranoid, or did I move too fast to begin with? I have definitely lost my confidence.

I have not rated that practice out of respect, but I can tell you immediately, Westen is amazing! First, Emily, my dental hygienist, was professional, kind, gentle, and compassionate. She explained every single step of the process clearly. My teeth felt so clean afterward! During my cleaning, my one single crown came loose--I've had trouble with this crown since the beginning. I am actually so glad it did come loose! Because then Dr. Evans came in and identified the problem with that crown. I am now set up to have this forever problematic crown fixed, with a professional team I trust. They also lay out the treatment plan clearly, as well as the expected bill. Dr Hayes was going to replace the crown on my implant. When the crown came in Dr Hayes said he drilled down to far and stripped the screw head which destroyed my implant. Smiles Dentistry had to pay for two additional implants to partially repair the damage that Dr Hayes did to my jaw. I am still having to deal with issues on that dead implant due to Dr Hayes negligence and may have to have surgery to have it removed. Dr. Hayes has caused me much pain and suffering due to his mistake. I do not recommend anyone with implants to let Dr Hayes treat them.

If there are any complications for any medications administered during the procedure they do not wait to see if there are any adverse reactions. This is supposed to be medical care, any PCP that gives you a shot makes you wait at least 10 to 15 minutes if not longer to make sure you're ok. If you are looking for friendly medical/dental staff who actually care I would suggest another provider, you won't find it here. The customer/patient service was terrible on top of all of that. I had my upper…read moreteeth removed for dentures and no help or information was provided to me for care and healing of my mouth after the denture was seated in place. I wasn't told if and when the denture could be removed, if I should rinse or care for my mouth, when I should resume my regular medications, nothing. I wasn't told provided a pamphlet that would have been helpful had I had implants or no dentures at all. But nothing on what to do after the denture was placed. I did get help from my regular dentist who made the dentures and who I will be working with, but nothing from the people who remove my teeth and pushed me out the door. I only gave them a 3 stars because they were very professional in contacting my insurance company and collect the balance due from me before the surgery. They were efficient in medical monitoring and I don't think I have anything negative on the prep for surgery. It's the aftercare and lack of aftercare and instructions that makes me mad. And the 4 phone calls I made and leaving a message that I was "pissed" before they called me back.
