They are also very considerate of your time- wait times aren't long. I'm so grateful I chose Dr. Downing, he's very caring and went well out of his way to make sure I understood everything and got all the meds I needed. I got the PRK surgery (similar to lasik) and am overjoyed with the results! I can now see better than when I wore glasses! Dr. Downing is a very skilled doctor. Cannot recommend enough.

I have been going here for a long time, feeling like I was in good hands, however, now, I am not…read moreso sure, they have done so much to my eyes, like taking away some of the vision in one eye to improve the other eye, then they put in the plugs for dry eye, which did not last any time until they were gone, they they said I needed cataract surgery, instead of waiting until I could tell I needed something done, I consented right away, Neither did I ask for a second opinion, then they said I needed lazer surgery to remove a film on my eye that they said comes sometimes after cataract surgery, however this time I only consented to one eye, because by this time I was feeling like I had already had too much done, (but how can I be sure not being a professional?) but I am not a happy camper after about 2 years after the cataract surgery, my eyes have a glare to them, which could possibly be from not allowing them to do the lazer on both eyes? but I have a sticky watery substance that comes from my eyes now, that sticks to my eyelashes, and lately I have woke up to seeing thru a cloudy/muddy like film over my eyes, that will go away after I blink several times and wash my eyes out, I am scared to go back honestly for fear of what they might recommend next, am I being paranoid, or did I move too fast to begin with? I have definitely lost my confidence.

Noone in the office stopped him and he escalated to acting a fool bec he thought i'd said something about him to the Dr. I had not. When i picked up the first pair, Jamie didn't even adjust them, she handed them to me and said thanks, I left and they slid down my face, I turned around and went back, still no accountablilty. The girls in the back finally gave me the number to the supervisor in Glasgow and I had to call him to get my issue resolved.

I…read morehave worn glasses since the age of 7 and I was in a position to have lasik surgery now at 44 yrs of age. I was overwhelmed with the joy in my heart when the procedure was done(less then 20 minutes might I ad) and I could immediately see a difference. It is now been on week today and I see 20/30 and before that I was a negative 7. and negative 6 in both eyes. Now if there is a person out there that reads this and has any doubts, don't. I prayed for god to restore my vision to what i couldn't ever remember, and what a blessing he sent down to me.
