The office is gorgeous but the people are what truly made it special. Dr. Mohan was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable. After talking to half a dozen cosmetic surgeons in the Houston area I decided to go with Dr. Rich for Vaser liposuction of the stomach and sides. During the initial consultation I found Dr. Rich to be extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to all my questions and concerns. She carefully explained all details of the procedure which helped me set expectations for the surgery and recovery phase. The office staff was equally outstanding. As a man I was a bit intimidated at first with the idea of an all lady staff. That quickly dissipated as everyone was friendly, professional, and treated me like royalty. While this was not my first surgical experience, I can't recall a more comfortable and relaxing procedure than this one - most likely a result of the "special touch" provided by an all lady team. The surgery was performed on a Thursday and I was back at work the following Monday. Though swelling was noticeable for several weeks the pain was very minimal and didn't require medicine. Wearing a compression garment 24/7 for 6 weeks was a bit inconvenient but the worse part was not being able to perform any physical activities during that period. On the positive side I am now caught up with most of my Netflix shows..... While full healing is expected to take up to a year, the results two months post op are simply incredible. She moved on her own literally the day after my first appointment. I then had to see her in her Sugar land location. It was much easier to book an appointments since she went on her own. My reduction was done at Memorial Herman. They took great care of me. Her staff Helped with insurance to cover all the expenses minus a small BCBS deductible. Recovery was quick.
