Great tasting vegetarian food prepared from good quality ingredients. Servings are not too generous if you dine in. However they are more generous with the take out orders. The place is a bit too crowded and the servers are a bit too rushed in their service. But at least they are not rude like some other places I have been to.For a thriving business such as this place, they sure need a bigger place or at least a separate lineup for the sweets. They have a great variety of items but most of them come with the same chickpea with gravy called channa. After eating at this place don't miss going next door for some delicious paan. read more

One of the cheapest good quality indian thali available in brampton. Sweets are decent, other snacks are good and reasonably priced too. Not many options in the menu but whatever is available is great for the price. read more

Yesterday I went during the lunch time, I ordered a veg Thali and a plate of kulcha for takeaway, I was with my wife, she was taking the food while I was for the line of sweets, I was after 4guys for my food which was done much before but for me the sweet I was 2nd in the line, one of the server she was only taking order from a man and they had being fighting over the order for a ling time and I asked the others to serve me but they kept insisting that she will serve me after she gets s done with that man and they kept taking orders from me others who were behind me, my food order was served much earlier but they kept me waiting for the sweet for no reason for long, the servers are really unprofessional and don't know how to behave with the customers read more

For the price you cannot go wrong. The food is usually superb, however wait times can be lengthy and their service is spotty at best but this is a given, they are always busy. read more

Highly advised please don't go there.if someone really want to enjoy good food ,service and ambience. Staff is not at all courteous. Don't have etiquette how to greet the customer. Food was really oily. Thanks Don't deserve the single star .please do go there. read more

Chaotic. No system for sit down customers. Waiters clean tables by throwing the last customers mess onto the floor. Confused girls behind counter. Unflushed bathroom. Got a terribly upset stomach eating there. Oil used seems stale. Please avoid this place. Its cheap but unclean. I really do not understand why Indian restaurants feel being untidy is normal to our culture. Its probably because Indians do not complain. All we want is lots of food and cheap. Cleanliness should be paramount in an eating place. Ambience too. It really does not take much. I wish this place and others decide to clean up their act else the bad reviews will pour in. And do keep clean washrooms. read more

I'm not a vegetarian but it's inevitable to avoid veggie Indian food especially if your friends prefer veggie restaurants. A friend and I visited this place for a quick thali for lunch. Price was on point at $6.99 for a thali with big helping of naan or two good sized whole wheat roti. We also had rice, salad, Dahl, chick peas, eggplant dish, and yogurt, with a desert. Well damn I was full and the food was super fresh and super good. Not too spicy but very flavourful and great quality! The cons: it was a single file line past a counter full of the sweets assortments but because you are kind of rushed past the sweets to the ordering spot it's hard to even think of making a thoughtful selection of the sweets to take home. The. You order and pay and are given a number. We weren't told what to do next so we kind of wandered around until someone yelled a number and we noticed someone else going to the buffet counter to pick their items. The lady behind the food counter was rude and rushed like a drill sergeant. When we were called up we ordered and basically we're shouted one word commands from the lady. "Veg, sweet, next, naan!?" It was weird. Then we sat with our food and without our breads and waited. They gave the naan but not the roti and we had to ask the rude lady for the roti. So, be ready to order and be shuffled. The food was really good because I forgot about the feeling of basic training after I stuffed myself with their great feast of a thali!! read more

Usually the place in ok but this morning I placed an order and was waiting 20 min, it was not busy at all, when I asked about my order i found that they never even started on my order yet, their excuse was we didnt have any paper in machine so order didnt go through. No apologies, just kept us waiting. Very unprofessional service. read more

The first time I went there was on Diwali to buy sweets. The girl on cash is the owner as well. She was rude that day so I didn't go back there for past 10 months. Yesterday, I went back she was even ruder and I am never going back there ever again!!! We ordered food worth about $35 and a box of burfies. I paid and one girl came to make a box of sweets for us. We asked for two types of burfi's in my box and asked if they were both same price and the girls said "yes" they are. When our food got ready the owner asks me to pay $1 more. I asked why? She goes one type of burfi was more than the other. I said, but I asked the girl and she said it was the same price and the owner says that 'NO' she never said that. I felt so upset and insulted. My friend was with me visiting and I order food for them and I felt humiliated by the owner. I said you are losing a client for a dollar and the owner said, that's fine. I didn't feel like taking that food and felt like I would gag on it. These people should not be in food business. I order take out at least once a week. It is the rude owner's loss not mine. There are plenty of take-out places in Brampton who are polite and respectful. FYI, I never ate such watery daal makhani. The owner is very cheap, rude, arrogant and disrespectful. read more

Very friendly service and great foods. The prices are very cheap for the vast amount and variety of food you're getting!

Dissapointed after receiving good reviews of this place. The service was extremely rude, the tables were dirty and the food was average. Never going to return, the place is overrated and not worth it. read more

As many have said, the service is worst. It seems they don't care about people walking in thru their doors. We came in at 10:40 am (place opens at 10), and we're told that food won't be ready until another 40 minutes. Host won't even talk straight. Seems busy doing nothing. We ended up eating pakora which were good but missed trying their food. Definitely not going back. read more

Amazing food and taste. Had been to both locations in Etobicoke and Brampton. Though the food taste is good at both places, the ambience and presentation is much better in Brampton location. Nice staff and good service. Sometimes it gets crowded and service is slow but that's acceptable for busy place. read more

I am fan of veg but i got disappointed going there and purchased somosa chat and chat papdi, they don't know how to make this...if you have tried in India and some good resturents in Toronto too ....and sweets omg ..worthless..we throw away 90% laddu which was the worst test I had ever. i have tried kaju barfi too with no good at all, all flour and essence flavor. I will try to avoid going there. read more
