READ THIS OUT! I ordered around 5:15PM on April 18 (Friday). I choose the Boneless Chicken Biryani…read morebecause its a B1T1 but when its 5:46PM, Uber driver arrived and delivered the food. And to my surprised, I just saw only once piece of Chicken Biryani of order in the plastic and so I call right away the restaurant, to check the missing one item and then all of a sudden, a young guy answered the phone - I explained to him everything and asked him if why my ordered arrived only 1 piece, where it is supposed to be 2 because of Buy 1 Take 1 promo. He answered me right away, "I don't know what happened to your order Sir, maybe you can checked with the Driver?". And then I answered him, "the driver left just now and he just handed me one piece, can you make sure that you prepared two items because its a buy 1 take 1". He then answered, "Yeah Sir, just check and call the Driver, Ok Sir? Bye! He hung up on me and I was a bit furious, so I called again and then same guy answered me and told him directly, "Don't hung up on me again, and can you transfer my phone to someone else?" He gave it to other person (which I think who is Senior than him and seems to be quiet matured). I told him about what happened and why my order arrived only in 1 piece?? He responded to me that, "Maybe the Driver misplaced it somewhere else or give it to somebody else. You can call and check with him". I told him, "Can you do something about this? Because, it's you guys who prepared and gave my order to the Uber Driver". He answered, "No Sir, we cannot do something about that". Or if you want, when you have time or when you're free you can come to the restaurant and get the extra one. I just said, OK and then I hung up the phone immediately.
Is this the way you handled your negligence towards customer?? It was really frustrating on how they handled such situations. I hope you would come up to a better solutions. It was really DISAPPOINTING!
