Awful. Scheduled an appointment for 8 to 10. Responded to text confirming address. Called at 11 am…read moreon the day of the appointment. Stated I would get a call back. They did and told me there was a mix up and they would be here at 1. The technician came but seemed annoyed. He checked the outlet, said it was good. Took the top off the dryer and stated the motherboard was dead. I explained the board was brand new. He didn't test it just stated it was bad. He then just kept repeating the board was bad. No offer of ordering the part- nothing. I paid 90 dollars, they arrived 3 hours late for 10 minutes to say the motherboard is dead. The other issue was I could not understand him due to his accent. I don't care about culture or enthtics . Just do the job. He stated he did not know why I was upset. Three hours late, acting annoyed and 10 minute for 90 dollars and difficult accent. I will never contact them again.

In both cases, Erik was quick to respond and easy to schedule the appointment. In case of the oven, no repair was required but Erik provided excellent recommendations we are very happy with. In the case of the fridge, Erik was able to quickly repair the leak. The cost in both cases has been more than reasonable. We will definitely rely on Atlant Appliance Repair in the future. Thank you, Erik!

Erik came out and provided pricing for the fixes (replacing most components - the freezer is 10 years old). It took a while for the parts to arrive so the fix did take many weeks, but I'm happy with the results. If this fix can last 10 more years, it'll be well worth it.

Update to my previous review: I was contacted by the business and was told that the reason for…read moretheir lack of communication was due to being a victim of a cyberattack. As I had no other way to verify this, I took them at their word and accepted their explanation. For full transparency, however, it is worth noting that this communication came less than 24 hours after I had posted my initial review. The repair technician arrived at my home the same day, and spent approximately 90 minutes going back over the previous repair work and going much more in-depth in this second go-round. After completing the work, he explained what he did, what he found, and then ran a cycle through my dishwasher. The next day, I ran another cycle, and the leaking issue had been fixed. As I am someone who does believe in giving people and businesses second chances and opportunities, and because I have seen them perform excellent and professional work before (see my original review), I am likely to give them my business at least once more to see that this experience is an outlier and not their typical course of business.

Mohamed offered a same-day inspection, quickly diagnosed the problem, and scheduled a follow-up once he had the parts. With parts in hand, he quickly remedied the issue, explaining the cause and the fix in full. He was very transparent about his pricing and was graciously flexible on the up-front vs. total cost split. A few days later, we actually encountered another issue with the washer (not his fault) and he came out quickly and remedied the new issue as well, and we're all up and running again! He's always prompt, incredibly friendly and professional, and I'll continue to rely on him for our appliance needs.

Quality DC sent Ben over and he found the problem right away. In 1 day, he got me the part and fixed it. And this was no small job. I have an older central air unit with the AC on the roof and the fan in my crawl space. He got in the crawl space and figured it out. Almost more importantly he explained exactly what was wrong. I had water in the pan... why? The fan died. So my unit was freezing the dead fan & when it thawed, the water would fill the pan, set off the sensor and kill the power. Also, my unit is old. I bought the house 7 years ago and the AC was already there. I know the last owner. He didn't install it either. Ben got the right motor in 1 day. The price was perfect. I googled the motor price and he charged me the bottom dollar. I even had him over to flush the coil 2-days later. I trust this company and I'm going to tell all of my neighbors to exclusively use them. A++
