All sorts of threads (Weeks Dye Works, DMC, Crescent Colors, etc.), piles of fabric, plenty of accessories, tons of patterns, and even a little bit of needlepoint. It's definitely cross-stitch focused though. There's a wide selection of patterns, but I found them to be not quite my personal style. You can get an idea of the sorts of patterns she carries from the website. I imagine you can also order whatever you need. Cathy hosts a stitch-together on Tuesday evenings (first and third) that goes on until at least 8:30 (probably later). But get there early to get a seat at the table.
