I was referred to Wrights from Kurtzhals Greenhouse when I called around looking for a referral for…read moresomeone to re-do our brick paver pathway at our home in Dearborn. Do you know how difficult it is to track someone down from a landscape service to even return a phone call or message? IT IS! (I couldn't even get Blocks Greenhouse to return my two messages!) Insert the prompt referral from Kurtzhals (thank you a million times) to Wrights. I placed 6 phone calls to other landscape companies- and Wrights is the ONLY one that contacted me back. But not only did they contact me back- they did so with 20 minutes of my initial phone call. The owner came out within two weeks right on time for our scheduled appointment. He was professional, kind, real and very upfront with each step that would take place. I informed him that my husband is "thorough" in his research for our home project needs, and he agreed that he would take on any and all questions my dear husband had. A month later and 3 additional estimates from vendors my husband ended up finding on his own- and as a surprise to me while I was away- my husband found Wrights to be the most professional and reasonable out of everyone he contacted. I was so excited to come home to an amazing new pathway, and my husband was thrilled with the quality of work and the care done in the actual work. Thank you, Wrights, for an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with all of the professionalism you have given us. See the photos!!!

Ryan is extremely professional and very prompt. His service work is very immaculate and he cleans up after each project. I can't believe but his prices are extremely low. We hired Advanced Landscaping to clean up our garden beds, do some weeding around the property, and…read morelay down mulch and they did a beautiful, clean job. We scheduled our appointment via their website and had a quick home consultation where we told him what we would ideally like done. I did a bit of quick math on the mulch and sent me a text shortly after with the rate for the labor and the materials. I found it to be incredibly reasonable so we decided to move forward with the job. They are booked pretty heavily so it took a couple of weeks for our appointment but they showed up and worked efficiently to finish the job neatly and thoroughly. Our garden looks amazing and they did a great job pulling all those pesky weeds in our rock beds that had been causing me grief (and back pain!) over the spring and summer. I'm so happy with how it all looks. I can't stop marveling at our very cute yard now! And my plants seem way happier now that we've got the mulch around them as well. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future jobs we may need.

He took the time to come to my home and give me an estimate for some front landscape in a new construction home. Mike and his crew helped replace our old and decrepit deck with a concrete brick paver patio…read more Throughout the whole process, they were a joy to work with. Not only was their price very reasonable (it came in between two other quotes), Mike also took his time to explain what to look for in a paver patio and what design elements would fit our vision. He also educated us on the installation process of the patio from the very beginning. Once the construction started, it went much quicker than we had expected. And throughout the process, Mike continued to communicate with us changes that needed to be made based on the elevation of our yard. He always gave us choices on the changes, and we often consulted him on the better choice. Because we were working from home, we were able to observe Mike and his crew working on the patio. It was very clear that Mike took great care with the little details to make the patio perfect. Based on the similar care his crew members showed, it was clear that Mike also imparted the importance of quality work to them. Work quality aside, Mike was also wonderful and respectful from the first time we talked. When we first met, he was kind enough to wear a mask when he saw that I was also wearing a mask. I truly appreciated his understanding in my desire to keep myself and family safe. I also appreciate his effort in learning to pronounce and use my name - it's not something that other contractors even attempted. My wife also enjoyed talking to Mike. Specifically, she appreciated that Mike treated her and I with the same amount of respect. Her experience with most contractors is often unpleasant because they would talk around her or dismiss her questions or suggestions. Mike, however, listened to her input and respected her decisions. We are very satisfied with the result, and more important, we enjoyed our interactions with Mike throughout the entire process of the project. In fact, we have already started talking to Mike about returning at a later time to landscape our front lawn. We would highly recommend MAC Landscaping and Design to anyone wanting someone who values quality workmanship and a pleasant work relationship.

This guy is horrible! Do not let the pictures he post fool you. He cut my front lawn and back lawn…read morewith a weed wacker and tried to convince me that the cut grass that was left would somehow evaporate. I refuse to pay him the insane amount of money until he racked the cut grass up. He constantly stated that his business partner had his zero degree lawnmower around the corner on another job. That made no sense to me, I'm thinking you and your partner should be doing jobs together if you're sharing equipment. So he had no lawnmower to go over the cut grass to make the lawn look even. He finally agreed to rake the cut grass from my lawn but did a half job saying that he was hot and tired. I paid him because this is my home and I don't need no problems at home from nobody. I have two lots of backyard yard space that he attempted to make even cut with weed wacker! I wasn't gonna make a review at all but I still have to rake my grass and finish what he was paid to do! I hope he enjoy what he got paid because he lost a good customer.
