His spiel on their car wash club was so good I almost felt bad for not purchasing, but I told him he'll get the next person (this car wash just isn't close to me). You can't beat that feeling of seeing your car super clean after its been dirty for a while. The self-guided drive thru was fast and easy and at one point, the multi-colored lights blending the soap on your dashboard looked like literal drip art, and there's something oddly therapeutic about that. If I'm in the area, I would come back again for my once-in-a-while fancy car wash. Its quick, productive, and comes with zero upsell from their staff if you don't need it.

During my first visit to Take 5, the cover of my driver-side mirror came off, and they couldn't find it when I called the next day. Replacing it cost me $70. Later, after getting a new credit card, I updated my payment info on their website, got a confirmation email, and saw a pre-authorization charge. Still, I was denied access multiple times, and it took nearly two weeks to fix. On the day I regained access, I was charged for a full month, and two weeks later, charged again for another month. I've sent three emails requesting a refund and cancellation, but in seven days I've only gotten one reply asking for parts of my credit card number, which I provided, yet nothing was resolved. When I called customer service, they said I'd have to wait for the billing team to respond. Overall, the service has been terrible from the start, and once this is settled, I'll gladly go out of my way to return to Mod Wash.
