He should be giving praise or acknowledge because I know at these type of business it gets overlooked for their hard work and efforts.

I walked in and spotted what I thought was the women's section but like Wu Tang, it was for the children. Looking around more, I couldn't find the 990s for women because there was nary a pair. I don't know if this is due to the transition from v3 to v4 or what but this had me blown. I asked somebody and they directed me to the men's section and I told them my situation and they helped me convert the sizes. I hate to say this but in the few minutes I had spent in DTLR no was particularly helpful. I asked questions and they answered them. The thing that really made this glaring for me was going to the register paying for the shoes, dude tried to sell me waterproof spray and then some socks and finally, he successfully signed me up for the rewards program. He stuck to the script with all that but nobody was trying to show me new stuff or tell me what was about to come or what was on sale. All bassackwards. Since my mother's shoes fit, I didn't have to worry about making a return and getting a gift card. The receipt goes into the trash and my thoughts go on Yelp.

But this day - a Saturday afternoon - before going into Ben's Chili Bowl which is directly across the street from the boutique I caught the traffic light and ran across the street and into the boutique. It's small and quaint, with a relaxing and welcoming vibe and I was immediately greeted upon entering by the associate behind the counter. She gave me the run down about the fashions and sales. This boutique has some really beautiful well-made clothes - very unique in designs and styles. So I made my way to the back where the sale's rack was; always on the lookout for a sale. I bought a pair of suede crop pant with embroidered design around the waist and styled with studs on the outside seams and pockets. Sounds busy but they are baaaaad; not too much but just enough to pair with a blazer, shirt, sweater or jacket. If you're a fashionista with a unique sense of style and taste in clothes, cat walk your way to the C.A.T. WALK Boutique. What you won't find is a piece that everybody else is buying/wearing; rather you'll find something that's unique to you and your style.

Customer service is awful…read more While they offer a large selection products, their shipping practices are more than sketchy and unprofessional. I've had orders cancelled without explanation. I've had orders confirmed that took 3 weeks to arrive (I live in DC. They have a store in DC). Most recently, I placed an order and it has now been 2 weeks and I do not have shipping information. Label was "created" 5 days ago, but no shipping updates were provided. This has happened multiple times, to myself and my loved ones. The selection and products are good quality but the process and procedure in getting your goods make the experience awful. This will be my last time ordering from them and I encourage others to refrain from doing the same in hopes of actually receiving your purchased items in a respectable time frame...

Waited another 3 days which is again the max length of time they said they would need to help and reach back out to me, and never heard from them again after numerous attempts to contact them. Had to dispute the outstanding charge for the products. Will be following up with law enforcement or the better business bureau/consumer affairs if that doesn't resolve the issue. STAY AWAY
