It feels more suited for toddlers and younger children rather than the full age range they advertise. The biggest downside is the setup when you first walk in. The entrance/lobby area is very small and gets crowded quickly with parents and kids. There's very limited seating, and it felt tight and a bit messy with people eating in that space. I also didn't love that adults are charged just to go past the gate (including needing to purchase socks), even if you're just supervising. That felt unnecessary compared to similar places. That said, the woman working at the front was extremely kind and welcoming -- very easy to talk to and helpful. She mentioned this is actually the smallest of their locations, which makes sense. Inside the play area was cleaner and more organized, and the bathrooms were very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent spot for younger kids to burn energy. My daughter enjoyed herself and wants to go back -- I'd just consider trying one of their larger locations next time.

Poop stuck inside the toilet, the bin was overflowing with diapers and toilet paper and tissues. The bathrooms at this particular location are also at the back which means that you have to wear socks only, no shoes which is pretty unsanitary. That lack of adequate oversight and the quality of interactions among the kids made the visit less enjoyable. On a positive note, the owner did refund us an hour which was an awkwardly rushed charge on my credit card, which I appreciated. .... I'm adding to my review because I was surprised by the response. My appointment was scheduled for 11am, though I later learned the classes started at 10:30am. On our first day, we arrived early to check things out. You told me it was fine to leave the kids for the hour I paid for, and if they enjoyed it, they could stay longer for a fixed daily rate. When I returned an hour later to pick them up, the staff member told me to come back in 30 minutes because they weren't finished. I wish I had -- because when I did go back, I found my kids standing alone in a room. The staff member came out from another room, rushed me to pay (despite my having already paid online), and then charged my card again without proper explanation. To make matters worse, on the way home, my kids told me that the other children had been unkind and that the staff allowed them to be left alone intentionally. This was disappointing and not at all what I was led to expect.

They have a concessions where you can get pizza, drinks, ice cream, coffee, etc. The play area is large... there are around 6 giant bounce houses with slides and obstacles. I like the set up of the bounce house because it has a bunch of foldable chairs in front where you can keep a close eye on your child/children. My family got there around 1:45pm and spent 3 hours walking, enjoying the time seeing my nephew on the various rides. If you have children from ages 2-7 years old this is a good place for them to burn some energy. Everyone we came across was very nice and helpful...I can definitely see my family and I coming again.
