My son really enjoyed the class and look forward to start learning to code but after the trial for some reason the owner (Tiara) did not want our money. Maybe because, I'm a veteran or my child is home schooled? Maybe she a liberal Marxist and thought I was a far right republican?Maybe because my son's half white and she's a racist? Whatever the case we'll never know because after the intro class she never contacted again, and we had signed up ready to pay and everything. I don't have any idea why the owner would not want anyone's business other than personal unknown vendetta's against certain people. So you may be discriminated against here in this particular oakland park Code Ninjas.

School is very good in communicating weekly schedules, accomplishments and other useful things. Pricey but good. One thing: while the lunch provider recently got changed and is now "organic", I still don't like the idea that kids need to eat pizza and or Mac and cheese weekly. I wish you would put more focus on REAL food!

The staff is friendly and the environment is clean. I worried about he curriculum at times, but seeing how much my child has excelled because of the school, I have no doubts that Reggio Emilia's approach is legit. Highly recommend this child care.

Now, I get glowing reports from her teachers and if there are tears at drop off, they don't last long because Ms Luz, Ms Inova and Ms Mayuly help to distract her and make her happy again. Ms Stephanie gives wonderful updates at the end of the day and lets me know if there is anything I should be concerned of (changes in feeding habits or diaper issues). I went in one day to pick her up early and was pleasantly surprised to find her hugging Ms Luz on the playground singing and talking happily with her. Ms Luz also redoes her hair (much better than I do) basically every day. My older one warmed up a lot faster and he has matured a lot since being there. He shares better at home with his sister and he is using the potty now!! Ms Kathleen, Ms Sonia and Ms Amber at the front are warm, caring people who take the time to help out with any administrative questions or kid related ones. They know their students and parents and don't make me feel like "just another mom" dropping off and picking up. I was nervous about starting my kids at daycare since we always had family caring for them before, but I truly feel like this is a family oriented center.

I will be having my daughters attend here pretty soon when its time for VPK. WARNING: POLICE AND DCF INVESTIGATION NECESSARY…read more UNENROLLED AFTER 2 WEEKS! My 2.5 yr old in the class with Mrs Stephanie and Mrs Sandra, was assaulted and left with four finger prints, welts and a bleeding imprint of an adults nail in his neck. His best assertation to what happened (very well spoken almost 3yr old) was the teacher did it. When asked how it happened, he said he was being "mean" and the teacher went like this (motioning someone snatching his neck) When I picked him up, he normally runs over to me happy.... NOT ON AUG 2 2022. HE INSTANTLY started bawling when he saw me, and when I picked him up I asked Mrs Sandra what happened... Her story was he had been scratching his neck all day and she tried to wipe it. (I INSTANTLY DIDNT BELIEVE THAT STORY AS I HAVE SEEN HER BE ROUGH WITH HIM OVER THE LAST TWO WEEKS ON CAMERA AND I KNOW MY SON DOESNT SCRATCH HIS NECK TILL IT BLEEDS) Then I asked Mrs Stephanie, his head teacher, and her story was he fell in the bathroom with some boys rough playing earlier in the day (MIND YOU THAT IS BS AS THE WELTS AND SWELLING SUBSIDED AROUND 7pm SO YOU KNOW IT WAS FRESH FROM 4:30-5:10 BEFORE PICKUP) NEITHER TEACHER REPORTED ANY INJURIES TO ADMIN OR PARENT. I then came in AUG 3, to talk with JODY MILLER, one of the Directors, and the administration had no clue as to what happened. This incident was still undocumented after 3 attempts from parents both me and my wife to get to the bottom of this THE DAY BEFORE. After telling JODY MILLER about this scenario, she went to "TALK WITH HER BOSS" for a good 10 Min (LEAVING ME IN OFFICE), and came back with Mrs Stephanie's report from "4:30" yesterday. This report was written defensively in about 5 min while I was there. It was not signed and acknowledged by the director, and it was not given to me until I came and threatened DCF action. 3 Different stories from 3 different ADULTS!!!! WOW Talk about sweeping some shady shit under the rug AND STILL NOT DOCUMENTING ANY OF IT!!!!!!!! DISGUSTED AND APPALED EVEN IF THE TEACHERS WERE TELLING THE TRUTH IT WAS HANDLED INAPPROPRIATELY ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!
