If there is a particular appliance that you are looking for, just ask and they will try to get it for you. I was able to get my appliances for way cheaper than what Best Buy was offering. Home Depot and Lowe's didn't have my brand/model. So I'm super happy about that. They also deliver and set up your appliance. The delivery guys were quick with the set up and nice. FYI - There's no "showroom" and it feels like a mom and pop shop you're walking into so keeping an open mind will help the experience LOL!!

Several years ago, I had used them to have the ducts cleaned in the house. This most recent job was for having the dryer vents cleaned. This job was done on June 1, 2022. Having used them before, I knew that they would be good to get back in touch with. I did think about having all the ducts cleaned, but the costs have skyrocketed to near $1000 due to inflation, supply chain issues, etc. Therefore, I have held off for now on having that done again. I had called a few days before the actual appointment to have one set up. They answered very quickly when I called. They were able to get me a morning appointment for June 1, 2022 at 8 am. Fast forward to the scheduled day. They were here just before 8 am, which worked out well. There were two technicians that came to do the work. They would take care of moving the dryer, doing the cleaning, etc. When they came in, they went over what would be done and such. All of it made sense and I just let them do their thing. In about an hour, maybe less, they were done. Everything was put back where it belonged and left it in the same condition as before they started, except that the dryer vent was now clean. Apparently, this type of service is recommended to be done yearly, but it had definitely been longer than that. Looking back, I can understand that since it could be a fire risk otherwise. I definitely don't need that kind of burning desire in the future. The good thing is that we were able to have everything recovered that had been sitting in the dryer graveyard (behind it). Overall, the technicians were professional and efficient. They did very well with the explanation of everything about the process and asked if there were any questions. The service was excellent as always, and I would put it in the sense of the white glove treatment. If you look at their Facebook page, they do look inactive there, but they are still in business. If you are looking to have your dryer vents or air ducts cleaned, I highly recommend them, and also be sure to ask about any specials or discounts.

Long story short, Dana went above and beyond just cleaning the air vent to ensure that our dryer was installed correctly and would be able to be properly maintained in the future. They did far more than what I had initially anticipated they would do! They came out almost immediately after calling and got our dryer back up and running shortly after arriving. Well.... I wasn't, the exhaust was still dumping inside instead of outside. Talked to the property management company they said the Tech(Scott) said that it was vent was installed incorrectly. 2nd visit Scott decided to replace the exhaust ducting with hard flex line which when he pushed it back into place pinched and cracked and caused again the same issue. After telling me I'm good to go I do laundry and discover again the issue has not been corrected. After a call to the property management company he again says the vents were installed incorrectly. So from 2 visit we've learned.... the vents are installed incorrectly(which is false, they were installed to code when the condos were built) and that apparently because of that he can't seem to make the exhaust go to the outside. I would not recommend hiring this company!!!
