The food was amazing. They can turn any boba tea into ice cream or a milkshake. It's delicious and sweet without being heavy. It's a perfect afternoon treat. My partner got a mountain of chocolate Reese' rolled ice cream. And for whimsy's sake, the whipped cream is blue. I'm all for local business. I always pass this place and I finally tried it. When you enter the restaurant, the decorations seems lively and i was greeted immediately. The vast menus are on the walls and counters. It took me a while to check what they have. They have normal/sugar free ice creams, shakes, sundaes, and specialty items like a burrito rolled ice cream. But I was craving for a concrete (Andy's Custard) or Blizzard (Dairy Queen). This type of ice cream or similar was not on the menu. I asked the cashier if they can make me one. I was surprised that they are not aware of what a concrete or blizzard. But they did state, they can try to make one if I can describe exactly what it is. I stated it is a very extra thick shake with toppings in it. The cashier said that should not be a problem. From the moment they put the soft serve ice cream in the container, I knew it's not going to be similar to a blizzard. It came out to be a normal shake with the topping on top and a blue color whip cream. My rating will be based on service and the shake that I received. Overall, service is good and tried to make what I wanted. Unfortunately, the shake was sub par. I ordered a strawberry ice cream with Oreos as the topping. The strawberry ice cream was a vanilla soft serve ice cream mixed with a strawberry dye. The taste was very syrupy and Oreos stale. At least they were honest that they didn't know what a concrete or blizzard is so this is on me, however, the ice cream is nothing special. read more
