The service is always great but they only have registers on one side now and not at both doors. So park on the right hand side if you can to make leaving easier.

We were gone for three weeks. I requested a return label for a store credit. Lauren Nicole received the package 1 day over the 30 day return limit and rejected the return. I sent a letter explaining the situation they refused to give me a credit. I had to pay to ship the dress to them and then additional 17.00 for them to ship it back.. I will never wear this dress. It was the first time I ordered from this company. Very disappointed in their customer service. Don't order from this company if your item doesn't work out they only issue store credits. NO refunds.

The sale Section was clearly outlined and everything was organized by size. It was very easy to find pretty much anything you were looking for. They had several cute sweaters and I tried on a few. The fitting room had a few clothes that were hanging out from previous customers that could have been put back. However it was not disheveled.
