They travel to different venues, which are out of their range. If your lucky enough to book something you want done from them, you will be more than satisfied with the results!!!

We have used the Party Fun twice now for Photobooth services about 1.5 years apart between events…read more The first event everything (2020) went great, there was communication prior to the event, I saw proofs, I got to look at the backdrops, it was great. This event, I had contacted them, signed the contract, and then there wasn't much communication after. I understand that its not necessary to be in touch until shortly before the event, but that didn't happen proactively on their end. I had to write to them asking to confirm everything, even asking them to confirm the Vendor meal we were going to provide, and they still did not respond. I asked for them to bring an album so that we could keep a copy of all the pictures in there so that it could serve as a guest book and people could sign it. Because of this, we didn't plan another type of "guest book" On the actual event- The person who came to set up was lovely, and was on time and did the best that he could, but it was obvious that someone either above him or before hand did not do their part. The event was for my in laws 50th Anniversary and it was very important to us hosting the party that everything went perfect, because it was almost uncertain if this party was going to happen due to my father in law's health. You can understand my disappointment when we went to get our photo taken and- -The photo came out in a strip instead of the postcard style (fine, I can let that pass) - The background of the photo strip was nothing I got to pick out, it was some pink background (ok fine, minor) - THE NAME on the strip was Mr. & Mrs - Not my inlaws last name!! The attendant had to cut every strip- so basically everyone was leaving with a photostrip but there is no name of the event, date of the event nothing on this strip. The attendant tried to call tech support but did not have much luck. I then asked the attendant if he had the album so that at least my in laws could go home with a memory of the event that night. The attendant told me he usually brings them but there were no notes in my event for him to do so, so he did not bring it, he did take my name and address and said they would mail it to me. I emailed the company post event on 8/22 still have not heard back, further more, no album has shown up yet. Shocker. I do think this company is well meaning, and this may have been a one time thing, but the mark of a company or vendor for me isn't just what they regularly do, but how they respond to adverse events like this- and clearly they have not done a good job, because they have not done Anything. PS we previously used Jackie for our 2020 event and he was wonderful, the attendant Ryan at our event this time was great as well! I just dont know what is happening on the backend.

Their setup team is incredibly experienced and helpful, not only did the do the heavy lifting, but they took a look around and helped me decide which tables to go where for the best bang! The dealers seemed to be having as much fun as we were and were happy to teach us how to play at each table. I could not recommend this team any more highly. Let me start this review by saying I am NOT from New England and only recently moved to MA. This is…read morean entirely new game that nobody outside of this area has even heard of let alone played. I was invited by some friends as a sub for league night not knowing what I was getting into. I was so nervous that I wouldn't get the hang of it, and I really didn't do great, but for my first time I broke 54 twice hahaha. The ladies I played with had an absolute blast and were encouraging which helped. I tried to emulate some of the clearly skilled players but it's a challenge to get used to those little balls! I'm used to playing "big ball" as everyone kept calling it. Anyhow, the game is candlepin. For those who don't know - they are basically straight sticks that are laid out in the same pattern as big ball bowling. You use a ball the size of a bocce ball (larger than a softball) that is pretty light with no holes. You get 3 chances to clear all 10 pins. There is some sort of skill involved that I couldn't quite comprehend. I saw everything from releasing the ball low to the ground right at the entrance of the lane, to people releasing in the air halfway down all having similar success. I witnessed curvature of throws and straight down the line all having success. I'm guessing it's more of a luck thing than a skill thing given I learned nobody at that alley in however many years of history has broken 250 score. I showed up hungry in the hope there was a cafe, but there was no food and I'm unclear on the drinks situation. People had them but I didn't see how they were acquired. Note to self - eat before you go or bring snacks! The gentlemen behind the counter were a HOOT! I rented shoes and they gave me the rundown of not only my team but how the game works. They were ribbing people over the mic which was so fun. This place has been around for a long time and the regulars are embedded into the history. The parking situation is pretty great. There is a lot adjacent to the building with lots of space, and an overflow lot across the street. All in all this is a great alley with character and I'm super excited to go back and practice.
