This place has the most reasonable hourly labor rate that you'll find AND you'll get excellent customer service from them as well. Even though the job took longer than expected I was still only charged for one hour of labor because that's what the owner quoted me and he stands behind his word and that is something that almost no other place does not do in today's business world. Because it took a little longer then they expected I left the guys in the shop a tip to maybe buy lunch for themselves and thank them for a great job and honest business. I'll highly recommend them to anyone who would ask me. Erik

A couple months later, car vibrating from front with burning smell coming from front wheels. Took it back to Porter`s and spoke with manager Tyler. Upon inspection, apparently front pads were not replaced at the previous visit and I was told that the $85 was a brake labor charge. Pads were replaced this time and I was charged an additional $65 for "pads only." Pretty shady in my opinion. I will not go back. They have lost me as a customer. My advice, go elsewhere for service.
